I was a little disappointed at how worn and dated the hotel had become. Furnishings needs to be updated, as well as fixtures in the bathroom and carpeting, with updated furniture. If you want to keep up with the other national chains, you need to update. Breakfast was really good and I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

The bed was very comfortable and check-in was quick and easy. Great cable. No problems at all!

We were very satisfied with the entire hotel. It was clean, quiet and located in a perfect location for us. The only problem we could see was the sink in our room. The water faucet was very hard to pull on. Maybe a little maintenance there and something in the bottom of the bathtub for safety. Otherwise we would surely stay again. Thank-you,

I used this hotel on a business trip. I was very disappointed when I got to my room and saw that there were nasty wet towels on the floor in my room below the fridge( found out later they were defrosting it). Maintenance had forgot to clean up. Ok, I can live with that, but then I asked that housekeeping hit my room up as I was still sleeping from a […] long working evening, and asked that they come back later. I let the front desk know that I'd like housekeeping to stop by while I was gone. When I came back at 10:30pm, it still had not been done and I had no clean towels, the bed was a mess and my sheets were wet as I had left a towel on there when I left, not thinking anything of it because I had asked that housekeeping come by and clean. And while I love the comforters, mine had a blood stain on it, that I found DISGUSTING!!!! I don't know how housekeeping didn't notice when making the bed before I got there. I would never stay there again. OH, and since we are talking about cleanliness, I have been itching since staying at the hotel. At first I thought maybe it was the detergent you all used, but since I've been home for a few days now and still itching, I wonder if it isn't something else, bed bugs, flee's?????? Who knows!!!!????!!! Anyhow, I thought you should know. Quiet--never heard another guest door slam nor did I hear other people talking in the halls at any time of the day or night. The pool temperatures were perfect.

My daughter and I spent the weekend in Boise to run errands and used this hotel. Loved every minute staying here. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and my daughter loved the indoor pool. I would most definitely stay here again and we will probably do so again in April to once again run errands and enjoy the city.

Very accomodating for us when we needed breadfast early on a Sunday morning because of early soccer days.

Best shopping in Boise, very good accommodations with all the amenities that I was looking for. Very good restaurants near by. Fun place to be. .

This hotel was very comfortable and family-friendly. It has the feel of a nicer hotel, but is more affordable. We loved the 24 hr. pool and hot tub. Room was decent, but nothing special. Pool and hot tub looked good but we didn't have the opportunity to use those facilities. I've stayed in much worse places. I'd stay there again.

I had dealt with Mary Ann at the Elko Amertel and I know she runs a excellent hotel, and as to be expected the service was great and the hotel was clean and comfortable.. The time at the pool was priceless and we will be back

Have stayed here several times. Convienient to the mall. Reasonable price, and the breakfast bar is way better than most. Rooms clean, comfortable bed.

It was a good hotel, person at front desk wasn't the friendliest but oh well. As for the room it was clean and nice, bring your own pillow as the hotel ones are junk.......

We stayed from the 16-24th....When booking on 16th my email was down...the person with whom I booked did not tell me about Rapid Rewards. We extended stay on 19th, the person told me of Rapid Rewards (over phone both times), my email was back up so gave email address and said I want Rapid Rewards. I then extended again on 20th, was told R. R. would […] always count now that I am in program. Now, I am told I only get 3 credits, none for the 1st 2 days, and then that somehow I don't get any for 3 of my days...?? This makes us not want to stay there anymore....!! 더 보기

Amazing: the room was upscale...lovely furniture and most of all a really quality mattress so we slept well. I loved the comforter. Everything very clean. Breakfast was a treat...omelets and bacon as well as waffles, fresh fruit bowl and all the rest. Service with a smile everywhere.

Decent price for the location...it is close to everything. The room looked and smelled very clean and the continental breakfast was pretty good. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our visit to Boise, the cookies were fanastic. It was very convenient for shopping and places to eat.. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful and knowledgeable.

Though we did not arrange for it in our booking, the hotel was able to provide a handicap room for us when we arrived. Very helpful to my elderly mother. Front desk personnel were more than helpful. Room was comfortable.

Beautiful, cozy, friendly. My only complaint is the comforters on the beds.... I had a room with 2 queens... One clean. The other questionable.

We made last minute reservations on our way to Washington state. The staff was very friendly, the room was nice. The carpet in the halls was kind of dirty and in some areas pretty beat up. The vending machine was out of bottled water. All in all, it was a great trip.

This hotel was close to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly and our room was very comfortable.

Breakfast was just right with waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit and English muffins. Its great for shopping or for soccer weekends.

I have stayed at several Ameritel Inns in Idaho and Oregon when traveling in that area of the country. They have all been excellant.

Quiet hotel. Clean room. Excellent FREE hot breakfast. Next to the mall. What more could I ask for?

i VERY MUCH ENJOYED OUR STAY. COMING FROM A SMALL TOWN NEEDING TO SCHOOL SHOP, THIS LOCATION HAS ALL THE AMMENITIES THAT WE NEED. THE ROOMS ARE VERY NICE AND I WISH THE TELEVISION WAS A LITTLE MORE UPDATED. BUT 10 STARS FOR THE BREAKFAST, WE ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH AS WELL AS THE COOKS AND ASSISTANCE THAT WAS THERE!
