Very pleased with our stay. This was the second time i stayed here. Will stay again.

I usually stay in moderately priced hotels, but this could be the worst night's sleep I've had in years. The beds and pillows are like rocks. On top of that, I'm booked for a 3 night stay and ready to check out after 1 night. And the hotel nor Hotels.com will let me. No wonder this hotel has this policy...everyone would check out early! Despite the fact that we had to wait 35 minutes for our shuttle to arrive, it was a fine stay. It is a little further from the airport than expected but it's nice that there is a strip mall right next door that has - or 4 restaurants for food options. It was quiet and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Breakfast and a pool are nice […] extras when travelling. If you have the time, stay there. If you don't, the hotel in Miami airport or any of the others very nearby would be much more convenient. We saw shuttles from Sheraton, Crown Plaza and even Best Western circulate 4 times before ours finally arrived. 더 보기

the worst hotel in south florida

Perhaps a little too close to the airport, lots of overhead planes but not heard in the rooms. Clean and being upgraded. Nice size rooms and washrooms.

Chose this hotel for a one night stay because of the really good price and close proximity to Dolphin mall and the airport. The lobby and the downstairs of the hotel were under renovation (January 2012). Room was spacious, smelled of cleaning products, some carpet stains, but overall clean. Hotel was nice but the staff were not helpfull at all breakfast was taken from the tables even if you were serving your self.

Had a layover in Miami. Shuttle was 1 hour late to pick us up. Concierge was very friendly and rooms were ok. The hotel was under a lot of construction due to renovations and looked pretty crummy. Front desk was very cutious

Our stay was absolutely enjoyable! The courtesy shuttle to and from Miami International Airport was a plus! The drivers courteous and most helpful.Especially, with the luggage..The desk staff and maintenance staff were great.Our TV didn't work and within 10 to 20 min.we had service.Just an all out wonderful place to stay! This hotel is good for overnight stop to airport Miami international. The breackfast is a good american standard and the aircondition was quiet silent. Bad: The aircondition smelled of muggy, the room smelled of chlorine and the gym had no towels. The noice from the airport was tolerable.

I purchased a stay in the King (an upgrade) non smoking room. When I arrived, I was given a two double bed (base room) that stank of cigarette smoke. When I called the front desk to inform them that I was not given the type of room that I purchased and that this non-smoking room reeked of smoke, I was told that they were sold out and that there was […] nothing that they could do. They did send a a maintenance man with an ozone machine to clear the air. (side note - ozone is not to be used in this application with human exposure). I called Hotels.com to let them know of the situation. Shortly thereafter, the hotel front desk called to let me know that they had another room for me. Good job Hotels.com. Clean nice And quiet hotel !recomend it

Not so impressed with the property, poor maintenance, expired elevator certificates, still has smoking rooms! The service was overall fair, nothing else. Overpriced for such low quality. We're very disappointed.

I CHECKED ABOUT HOW LATE THE SHUTTLE WOULD BE RUNNING, SINCE MY FLIGHT WOULD BE ARRIVING LATE IN THE EVENING. I WAS TOLD THAT IT RUNS 24 HOURS A DAY. WHEN I CALLED FOR A PICK-UP.I WAS TOLD THAT IT ONLY RAN UNTIL 10:00PM, AND THAT I SHOULD TAKE A CAB. THERE ALSO ANOTHER PERSON WAITING FOR THE SHUTTLE, AND WE SHEARED A CAB. For the price, this hotel is very nice. It had every ammenity that we needed. The room price included a mini refrigerator, coffee pot and Big Bonus is that there are NO parking FEES.The desk space in the room was large and plenty of area to walk around. Except for the wait on the elevator and crowd at breakfast this was a very enjoyable stay.

Friendly staff, wonderful ambience, clean, and easily accessible to all points.

The location of the hotel in relation to Miami int AirPort was great, Nice large rooms with a goodwill breakfast. Thos Os not a family vacation hotel but more a hotel before or afterna Longyearbyen flight.

This is a great hotel for a great price. The breakfast was good. Our only complaint were the drain in the sink didn't empty and when the toilet flushed, you thought a 747 was taking off from the miami airport.

I found the free shuttle to MIA convenient. For travelers that have a rental car and don't mind driving approx. 10-20 miles to various tourist attractions, this hotel is great given its price and newer facilities.

We have to run away , first bed bugs, they change the room and the second one with roaches. I need to claim my money back. I used to stay there and used to be excellent. but I wont come again and want a refund.

The hotel was OK. The Breakfast was OK, nothing special but slightly better then at Days Inn. In my room the non-slip mat ont the tub was loose and moving around so it did not provide the non-slip it is intended to provide.

Two stays two weeks apart for a MIA layover. The hotel is 20 minuted from the airport. 1st night the room smelled like it had being smoked and the bathtub had "hairs". 2nd night the room was clean but the AC temperature could not be adjusted up or down, it was freezzzzing. Could be kept better maintained and clean in my opinion.

Time for breakfast is short. Must be to: 6 AM to 10 AM.

The shutle service is very slow. Stayed there twice and on my frist stay I waited over 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle in 90 degree heat and the second stay was better but not by much. Also there are two other La Quinta's in the area creating confusion over which shuttle to take as they are not very well marked.
