쉐라톤 임페리얼 쿠알라룸푸르 호텔 (Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel) - 콸라룸푸르

모노레일과 가깝고, 부깃빈당 쇼핑 지역과 KLCC로 이동이 편리하고, 호텔 청결 상태와 편안함이 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 하지만 체크인 할때 분명이 extra bed 요청했는데, 그날이 마침 픽이였는지 없다고 나중에 알려줘서 좀 불편하게 잠을 잘수 박에 없는 부분은 기분이 별로 였습니다. 미리 확인을 잘하고 체크인 할때 이야기를 해줬으면 좋았을 텐데라는 아쉬움이 남네요. 하지만 방 상태 등등은 매우 만족했습니다.

페트로나스타워가 보이는 룸에서 숙박했구요 전망...나쁘지 않습니다....만 지금 쿠알라룸프루가 전체적으로 공사가 많이 진행되고 있는 상태라.. 공사중인 건물에 타워가 좀 가려보입니다. 조식부페는 진짜 만족스러웠구요... 음식 종류도 많고 맛도 좋습니다. 건물 자체는 지은 지 오래된 느낌이지만 고급스럽고 깔끔하게 되어 있습니다. 인터넷 부분을 잘 이용을 못했는데, room number하고 이름 입력하면 3시간 무료로 사용 가능합니다. 나머지는 다 괜찮았는데 교통하고 주변이 늦은시간에는 다니기 살짝 겁이 났습니다. 모노레일 역하고는 진짜 가깝고 LRT역하고는 좀 거리가 있습니다.

야경감상하기엔 절대좋은위치는아니구여~ 교통은 편리한편입니다 모노레일도 3분 거리정도구 지하철역두 5분정도?? 룸상태좋구여 호텔옆에 아시안 헤리티지로우 있다구 해서 기대했는데 정말 별~루 그냥 부킷빈탕에서 놀다 호텔로 가는게 좋을것 같아요 조식도 괜찮구 호텔들어가자마자 세면대 막혀있길래 뚫어달라구했더니 바로 해결 직원들두 친절해요

정말 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 수영장도 좋았고 넘 복잡한 도심에서 살짝 비켜나 있어서 너무 조용하고 한가로웠습니다. 호텔조식도 환상이었고 직원들 친절도와 서비스도 대만족입니다..전철도 가깝고 택시도 늘 호텔앞을 지나다녀 교통도 편리하고 인근에 있는 파파리치라는 식당도 너무 좋았습니다. 너무 편하게 잘 쉬고 온 쉐라톤 임페리얼 나중에 꼭 다시 방문할 예정입니다. 완전 강추입니다..^^

KL sentral에서 선불택시 13RM내고 쉐라톤호텔에 도착했다. 입구부터 도어맨들이 알아서 짐받아주고 리셉션카운터로 안내해줬으며, 넓고 깨끗하게 잘 정리된 방은 너무 마음에 들었다. 오래된 호텔이라는 말을 들어서 약간 걱정했는데, 리노베이션과 관리를 잘 한건지 새호텔 같다는 느낌까지 들었고, 침구도 쾌적하고 정말 좋았다. 조식 역시 다양한 음식과 맛 등 모든 것이 좋다. 부킷빈탕이나 KLCC와 거리가 좀 떨어져있다는 것이 불편할 수도 있겠지만, 모노레일과 LRT 2개를 모두 이용할 수 있고 복잡거리지 않는 곳에 있기 때문에 나에겐 이 위치가 더 좋다고 생각된다. 단점을 들자면 호텔에서 KL sentral로 갈 때 […] 파란색 고급택시만 탈 수 있고, 요금이 40RM이나 된다는거 정도 되겠다. 아뭏든 지금까지 다녀본 호텔 중 상위에 들어가는 호텔이며, 마찬가지로 오래된 건물에 있는 방콕 쉐라톤오키드에 비해 시설과 서비스 모든 것이 훌륭했던 곳이다. 더 보기

KL에서의 3박을 쉐라톤호텔을 결정한 가장 큰 계기는 SPG멤버쉽이었다. 현지상황을 잘 알수없는지라 쉐라톤의 브랜드를 믿고 선정하였고 결과적으로 위치를 빼곤 매우만족스러웠다. 위치는 KLCC나 부킷빈땅쪽이 최고이겠지만 호텔 바로 인근의 모노레일로 쉽게 억세스가 가능했고 KL SENTRAL 역까지도 커버되어 만족스러웠다. SPG멤버로 35층에 배정되어 페트로나스 트윈타워의 환상적야경을 즐길 수 있었고 잦은 룸크리닝과 쾌적한 침구상태는 여행의 피곤함을 잊게했다. 시설은 조금 오래되었으나 가격대비 만족스러운 호텔로 추천한다

The hotel is elegant and the rooms are well appointed. We chose Petronas Towers views and weren't disappointed - although this may not have been so good on a lower floor (we were on the 28th). We stayed 10 nights in the Club Room giving us full access to the Club Lounge on the top floor with the greatest views. Our entire stay was excellent in evey aspect. There is staff everywhere willing to assist. I mean everywhere. The main entrance would have 12 plus staff there to assist. Their restaurants are excellent. Room service was surprisingly […] well organised especillay in busy periods. A free shuttle service takes you to several shopping locations on the other side of town. A taxi home was only AUS$5. TIP: Always eek out a BLUE TAXI. They are very new & clean. Will always use their meter and give a receipt. A/Port to Hotel is a standard MR120. Blue Taxis are modern-highroof Toyotas & have much larger passenger & luggage space. 더 보기

Good location to shopping, restaurants. Hotel staff were very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful! The breakfast was excellent! I would definitely stay there again.

It was by far one of the best hotels I have ever been to, it's even better than the other 2 sheratons I have stayed in other countries. One small thing thou, at check out my trolley was delayed 20 minutes to come down from my room. Other than that it was perfect.

Grand old hotel, magnificent staircase in lobby! Big rooms though furnishings are a bit old fashioned and dated. Friendly helpful staff, great service in Club lounge. The buffet breakfast was fantastic! Great selection of food - western as well as Asian and freshly squeezed juices of your own selection. Must try the lovely creamy ice creams, delicious! […] location is a bit out of the main shopping area but monorail station is close and easy and cheap to get around. Problem with noise from the bars nearby even though we were on 33rd floor - the music went on till 5am some nights which might disturb a light sleeper. From beginning to end our time at the Sheraton was wonderful. The breakfast was the best of ten hotels, especially the waffles and yam icecream. Remember to ask about the free jacuzzi. Watch for promotions to take advantage of upgrades to club lounge. Well worth it. (1) I am very impressed by the staff, especially at the concierge who are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. (2) Monorail (sky train) and LRT (underground) stops are only a few minutes away from the hotel-excellent location. (3) Guest service needs improvement. It took them at least 30 mins to turn up when I was informed 10. Worse still, the problem […] remained unsolved when I called for the clock didn't show the time, the staff brought another clock after I waited in my room for 45 mins' . He said all clocks were the same and he left without changing or fixing the clock. However, I had a new clock when I was out for a few hours! (4) I went out for an hour swimming one morning at 9am, putting "No Disturb Please" sign outside. The sign was found INSIDE my room on the floor when I returned. My room was then NOT made till I returned and called them at around 5pm! (4) I had a LOT of mosquito bites while using the computer at the lobby, especially at the high table - the area have to be sprayed! 더 보기

Close to monorail station, My room has great view of the city. The near by shopping mall are not as good as the one over by Bukit Bintang. I will go back to hotel near Bukit Bintang next trip.

we stayed for a whole week in one of the Club rooms with a gorgeous view of the Petronas Twin Tower. everything was as expected for a 5 star hotel. though it's located a little further from the main shopping area, there are 2 trains you can catch, just 2 to 3 stations away. the buffet breakfast was superb ! definitely returning

breakfast at the hotel was amazing. There was a selection of food to suit all types of pallet.

Excellent service, all amenties in room, clean and English newspaper in the mornings. Few blocks to walk to LRT (underground rail) and five blocks to On and Off bus. Enjoyed the cold tea served when we arrived and it was available everyday for all. Mornings provided a hot cup of coffee or tea and a carry out bag containing a crossant.

overall its nice ....... its quite difficult to get a good night sleep because of the thumping of the discotheque from midnight till about 6am ..... =(

The Sheraton is a lovely hotel and is very grand. We had a room on the 30th floor with amazing views. The staff were really helpful and even assisted us in booking lunch at the KL tower. The room was very comfortable and clean and would definitely recommend this hotel to others, however, having also stayed at the Shangri-La in KL during the same trip, […] I would say that I personally prefer the Shangri-La over the Sheraton despite it being slightly more expensive. 더 보기

we enjoyed everything there, but make sure to ask about spa when you checking in , because we have been told about the free spa when we were checking out ~~~

Excellent location. Close to everything. It has a railway station next to the hotel which takes you everywhere in the city. However, you can walk everywhere. Cons: The restaurant buffet is VERY expensive. For dining go to the mall where the JW Marriott is, there are plenty of options.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Very well maintain. I am very happy with the services.

This hotel is in need of renovation. A few more years and it will be really shubby. For instance: The armchair and the carpet was dirty in my room. Otherwise an excellent bathroom.

i must everything of this hotel was a grade if i visit kl again i would stay at the sheraton imperial a-z sevice excellence location room free internet facility and much more as well as all the concierge excellent service

Although in the Golden Triangle the surroundings of this hotel reflect what KL used to be like years ago before many of the old houses were cleared and for that it is interesting. It is fairly easy to get to the towers, just two stops down on the metro, but there is little that will detain you or engage you about the immediate area. The hotel exudes […] old world service and traditional comfort,. It is a large building but the cleverly designed layout means that intimate ares are created so that you never feel you are in a big impersonal space. The staff are very attentive and food is very good. Drinks are expensive in the bar and there is a good selection of food at breakfast to suit eastern and western palates. The rooms are perfect; we were on the 31st floor with fantastic views of the towers and the surrounding high rise, which, may not sound pretty, and maybe it isn't, but it is very impressive The hotel offers several dining experiences ranging from mid price to expensive. There are the usual facilities that you would normally associate with the Sheraton group. If you feel like a change from the hotel offerings then a taxi ride to Time Square is inexpensive. During my last trip, I transfered between a couple of hotels in different cities in Malaysia. Sheraton Imperial is really something different. The decorations and design of the hotel make a big diffrence. The service and comfort are usual for 5 star hotel but I liked the design.

stayed at the sheraton November 2011 with 3 other friends. staff were amazing and very helpful in an unfortunate situation. The rooms are large with everything you will need. Def recommend!

The hotel itself is beautiful and is located next to monorail station and about 5 minutes walk from subway station. Just back from a week in this hotel and I would recommend it a great place to stay Try get a club room upgrade the free drinks in the evening and laundry service make it very good value . It is possible to get from the airport by train or bus and then the monorail which stops outside the hotels front doors makes getting around KL easy . Fantastic hotel great service, friendly staff and extremely clean. I stayed in the Club Room On level 38 and all the facilites comes with it is absolutely sensational more so we travel alot for business to Kuala Lumpur and from now on this will be my permanant place of stay when i visit KL.
