Location was great, however room is cold and place is heated by old boiler system. The hot water in the shower took forever to come on and the reason we went to this hotel was for the pool. The pool was dirty and cold and the hand rails to get in and out are loose.

The staff was very friendly and informative in answering questions and their breakfast buffet was excellent. Very convenient to have the city bus shuttle up to the ski slopes.

Great price, excellent Marriott bedding and beds, customer service is great and we were very much surprised that the food was very good... I guess we're used to not so good hotel food.

For the price this hotel is very high quality from the lounge to the restaurant and the little touches like flavored water in the lobby. To add to the ambiance, they have a roaring fireplace and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Staff is very friendly though.

This hotel is a stone's throw to the historic 25th Street in downtown Ogden, Utah. Close to many restaurants, shops, etc. We went skiing at Wolf Creek up Ogden canyon, which is a mere 20-25 minutes away. Snowbasin and Powder Mountain are also very close.

For a Marriott, I was convinced it would be the best hotel we had ever been in, I was sadly disappointed... They shouldn't have a book promoting sales of pieces of the room, if they are not willing to sell them on the spot. They should also think about fixing their security doors. I enjoyed everything about my experience at the Marriott. However, the wireless internet connection was surprisingly and painfully slow.

I room was good, but we wanted to put items in the refrigerator freezer. It was iced over and full of frost. We couldn't use it. The people we nice and we got extra towels without any trouble.

It is a beautiful hotel but the staff was not overly happy about their job, the pool was freezing and they charged an extra person fee of 20$ for a 4 year old! There are other hotels for that price that want you to come back-

We came for the quiet and decompression of a good hotel. We were not disappointed. We could do what we needed in calm and comfortable circumstances. It was a relief to come and we would like to have been able to stay longer!

Hotel was great, very comfortable. Not particularly happy with the room provided as the only view was the roof of the front lobby. Hotels.com may want to ask that rooms be upgraded to a better room.

Nice hotel with great amenities.

Nice hotel, enjoyed the unique restaurant and bar scene. Be sure to catch the Ogden Raptors minor league baseball one block away. I didn't like the fact I could really controll the temperature of my room.

we love to stay here! just wish that there was an in-house small fridge or microwave!! staff is wonderful and the hotel is beautiful!!

only good things to say... very comfortable. The only thing that was kinda strange is that the only elevators are very far away from the lobby.

Over all stay was good. only one mix up i change my mine after three days to stay one more day. so some one else got a key while I was still in the room.

The Marriott Ogden was wonderful experience. We will be back and recommend this hotel if you are planning on either an over night stay or week long vacation. Beautiful rooms!!!

Lovely stay. Employees very friendly and accomodating. Information needed was readily available. Clean, modern, bright, comfortable. Cannot say enough and will definately recommend the hotel to others.

Very nice hotel - would certainly stay here again. Ogden has improved for the better over the last ten years.

The 24th street Marriott in Ogden is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very clean & confortable. The beds were superior (loved the matresses) However, I gave only a #3 on condition because: 1. The bathroom in our room (191) had no exhaust fan, which is very much needed for the obvious reason. I've been in some seedy inns in my time, and they at least […] had an exhaust fan. 2. The tub/shower had no long, slanted grab bar on the long wall from end of tub to the front. There was a grab bar on the front wall under the shower head, which is useless, since you wouldn't stand at the front of the tub to take a shower. This a hazard for older folks, or young ones as well. All in all (except items 1 & 2 above) our stay at the Marriott was excellent. The food and the service of the hotel staff was exceptional. Whenever our travels require hotel accomodations, we always look for a Marriott first. 더 보기

ROOM WAS QUIET AND CLEAN-THE ACCOMADATIONS WERE ABOVE BOARD

I booked this room at the last minute. Due to a fierce snowstorm that was passing through, I was not able to drive home, so I stayed at the Ogden Marriott. The hotel is excellent with a terrific front desk staff and comfortable, clean, quiet rooms. My only regret was that I couldn't stay another night or two.

This is a nice, clean hotel with a very young but courteous staff. But don't think you'll sleep comfortably here. Our party had two rooms, and our biggest complaint was the inability to control the heat. Control of the room thermostats is overridden by the hotel, which claims to have some system that makes everything perfect everywhere based on the […] outside temperature at the time. Wrong. One room was too hot, and we couldn't shed enough clothes for comfort. The other room was hot, too, but the air flow fan ran all the time, and it was LOUD. There was no sleep in this room, either. The hotel is aware that this system doesn't work, as printed information in the room suggests we open the window if we're too hot, or throw on more blankets if we're too cold! Here's the bottom line: the $39 a night joint across the tracks has individually controlled thermostats in all the rooms. But the Marriott...the MARRIOTT of all places...can't be bothered to extend that courtesy. 더 보기

Good hotel, great staff. Short walk to good restaurants and bars on 25th St. Didn't want to leave.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. It is about a block away from an outdoor amphitheater where they had a free concert with 5 different bands playing. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only complaint we had was the pool and hot tub were not working. We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub.

I got this hotel because of the pool/hot tub, but when we got there, we found it had just barely closed due to unexpected maintenance issues. We were so bummed, but when we got back later that evening, we found that the staff had left champagne and cheesecake in our room to make up for it. It was so nice! And it was our anniversary, to boot, so it really […] added a special touch. I would definitely stay here again. I could tell that the staff was being sincere when they apologized for the inconvenience, and that they really wanted to make sure the night was still special. The best part was the bed. The worst part was the pillows. The resterant was crappy as well. But all in all the room was ok.

Hotel is 30 years old and going through upgrade. Broken up, elevators are extremely hard to find. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was too small but clean and recently updated. Lighting in room was poor at best. Expected at least a queen bed. There were two uncomfortable full size beds. When I put on reservation I want a king bed, I certainly […] do not want a full size. Overall stay was good. We were in town for wedding and spent very little time in room. They were not flexible on late checkout. Again, we were in town for wedding and needed to be able to use room after noon checkout. They did let us stay until one, although the keycard stopped working at noon, leaving us with a long trek to desk to get cards activated. I have had good experiences with the Marriott chain and intend to use them again when traveling. This location is a victim of a city struggling to reinvent itself, and a design (originally built by Hilton) that would be strange no matter what era it was built in. 더 보기

This hotel is located in downtown Ogden which is a easy home base. The room was nice, clean (which is most important) and the front desk person was a great person to talk to. He appologized for the heating/cooling system being "in between" seasons, which meant the room was a little to warm. Buy all in all I would stay there again.

Everything was great, typical Marriot. Only issue was terrible service at the Starbucks in the lobby. The barista only knew the price for a large coffee. The register was broken and that was all she could serve because that was the only price she knew. No reflection on the hotel.
