Stayed here while visiting Ohio Wesleyan. Nothing special about hotel other than it was comfortable. Has an indoor pool and breakfast, but we didn't utilize these amenities to give an opinion. Rate was very reasonable.

The desk clerk asked if I minded getting a room on the second floor. I said no. What she failed to tell me is that there is no elevator! I am 73 years old, was suffering with a bad back, and had multiple bags because I was traveling with my wife and daughter. I went back to the desk and demanded a room on the first floor. They complied. There was just […] one problem: we were unable to flush the toilet. No answer when I phoned household. I returned to the desk and was offered a plunger. The location and rooms were fine. Room was clean and smelled fine but the halls smelled of smoke and the staff seemed to be sitting out front smoking often.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staffs were very helpfull. The hotel is not too far from Dhio Welesleyan University which was the main reason I decided to stay there. I was however a little dissapointed about the free breakfast.. Boiled eggs, sausages and bacon are served cold with the only option to warm […] them up it's to put them in microwave. It seems like all left over are packed in zipper bags and put in the fridge for next morning. The staff in the (breakfast) cafeteria is rude and not professional. 더 보기

Check in was smooth and pleasant. The hotel has a Kroger and Walmart within walking distance. room was comfortable and clean. I stay at this hotel every year when I visit fmily in Delaware.

This hotel is as basic as they come. Has a nice pool and hottub but other than that, basic. Rooms are ok -- have all the essentials and the shower was ok too. Its no 5 star resort, but it serves the purpose. Great location -- 5 mins drive to OWU so if you are a parent, its prime location.

Good hotel for 1-3 nights stay; any longer look for a higher quality hotel. Showers need maintenance; i stayed in 2 different rooms and in both showers the water didn't flow well. Hotel could use much better type of soap/shampoo (if you bring your own you are ok). Coffee in the morning was good though!

Great value. Great indoor pool & hot tub. Grand-kids loved it. Hot breakfast was very good. Area is easy access yet quiet. Afternoon check-in staff less than enthusiastic. Evening and morning staff much better.

Hotel was convenient to OWU, and reasonably priced. Rooms and general cleanliness were good. Two issues, though. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk for about ten minutes. Also, we stayed two nights and the room wasn't cleaned after the first night. By the time we got back that second evening, it was too late to clean the room. I stay frequently at this Best Western because the price is generally just about right, it is very clean, the pool is nice, the service is just lovely, breakfasts are adequate (could be more fresh fruit of course) and it is the best location if you have a child at Ohio Wesleyan University and wish to be close. The local Bed and Breakfasts are all right […] too but for the price the Best Western is usually the best choice for me. I stay here frequently and can recommend it highly. 더 보기

close to columbus zoo. also to caverns.
