This hotel is located right off 196. Our room was clean, as was the lobby and breakfast room. The pool area is nice and perfect for younger kids. There is a small pool (5 feet deep) and also a small hot tub. Breakfast was good and even included eggs, sausage, and waffles. For the price, this was a great find!

Don't plan on a big breakfast in the morning. Hotel was empty and we had the pool to ourselves.

Need new mattreses, Did not sleep well, the bed was like sleeping on a crunchy cardboard box.

Overall cleanliness was ok, but poorly maintained. There were at least 3 things tha tneeded t be fixed in our room plus the outside security door on the end opposite of the desk was not functional. Ok for a short 1 night stay, but nothing else.

The air conditioner in one of the two rooms we had booked was out and they couldn't provide a fix till the next day which was the big negative. Also the hotel does not has elevators so since we had an infant on a stroller we had to pick it up. Breakfast was good as well general condition of the hotel. Neighborhood is non existent though safe.

Room was clean and location was convenient; nice breakfast and staff. Unfortunately, our nonsmoking room smelled so badly of smoke that it was difficult to sleep.

The outside was all overgrown, and the lobby had no air conditioning. I aske about the a/c, the clerk shrugged and said only a few more days of this weather, no use gettting if fixed. On our first night here, the hotel had overbooked and informed me that they would need to turn away the last guest to check in. While I felt fortunate that we would not be that family, we were forced to take a room that hadn't been properly cleaned. Despite the no-smoking policy, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were no towels and light bulbs […] were missing. The front desk quickly got us the items we needed and gave us a new room the following morning. Had there been vacancies in any hotels in the area, we likely would not have stayed that first night. Given the chance to make things right, the staff did just that. The rest of our stay was satisfactory. The desk staff seemed overwhelmed with various complaints that they indicated were a result of decisions made by the management. We needed to be near Zeeland and this was. It was quiet and clean. Breakfast was very busy but they kept refilling the items.

We sayed at the Quality Inn Hudsonville during July the 4th weekend, one night only. Everything was nice and clean, good price for what the hotel has to offer. The only thing that disappoined us this time was the fact that there was almost no food left when we came for breakfast before 9 am. - no coffee, no orange jiuce, no wafles and etc. You would […] think that during the holiday weekend the staff would be prepared and have enough food for breakfast for all of the guests. Hotel is clean convenient location just of the highway only food I wish is lite bit better .

The only complain is that the air-conditioner was not strong enough.

Good room, good breakfast, fantastic service - very polite, friendly and helpful.

This was our second time staying in this hotel. Once again, we considered this to be a great value! The rooms were free of fragrant odors as requested; the beds were more comfortable than most hotels; and, the breakfast was DELICIOUS!!! We will undoubtedly stay in this hotel again when in the Holland, Michigan area.

Very bad smell when we walked into the room. Found a half empty beer can under one of the beds. Found the smell.

I booked two rooms at this hotel because of the close proximity to Holland and the annual Tulip Town Festival. Our group found the accommodations to be excellent for the price of the stay. Plus, I made a special request via phone on the morning of the stay...no perfume-type spray in the rooms due to allergies. The housekeeper honored this request and […] the rooms were assigned and waiting for us at 6:30 PM. Also, the free breakfast was incredible! I did rate the hotel a little lower in one category for two reasons: the internet service was not available that night which did cause a problem since I work via laptop and the landscaping was non-existent. Just spraying the dandelions and planting a few perennial flowers or nice bushes would be easy and make the hotel more inviting. Why not plant some tulips for spring? Clean, comfortable room and a GREAT breakfast!

This was a pleasant stay, staff was pleasane, room was nice and clean, overall I rate this right up there with the best! It was quiet, lots of room in the pool and hot tub! Keep up the good work!

Great price, easy access. We didn't have time for the indoor pool, but wished we did because it looked nice. Good breakfast with HOT food -- better than most free continentals we've had. Room was satisfactory -- soft beds and pillows, plenty of towels. The room was freezing when we walked in, but the heater worked fine and didn't take long to heat up. […] It was a good night's sleep for our needs and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. 더 보기

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. We chose Quality Inn because of price, convenience to where we needed to go and it is a pet friendly hotel. Our room was as we requested, but in a high traffic area, near a main entrance - not a problem for us, but it stirred up the dogs a bit. We would probably request a room at the far end of the hotel […] on out next stay. All staff, including the manager were very accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, typical continental breakfast. A good deal for the rate. I would stay here again.

Hotel wasn't bad customer service was pretty good. air condition in our first room didn't work. that was a inconvenience. hot tub had way to much chlorine in it to enjoy it. all in all after the move to a new room stay was not all that bad

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property itself was clean and maintained well. The complimentary breakfast saved us a few bucks from not having to pay for breakfast at a restaurant or diner. Overall a very pleasant stay.

To tell the truth, I did not expect much from the breakfast they offered and was pleasantly surprised. There was a variety of items on offer, something for everyone's taste. I had planned to stop by a Starbucks on the road, but this breakfast was plentiful and good, so I didn't have to. The room was comfortable and clean. All in all a great value […] for the money. 더 보기

Our room had a broken toilet and we didn't check in until late but the staff came and repaired it within the first hour. Clerk went out of his way to get us what we needed. Walls a little too thin- our only complaint.
