The first room still had a styrofoam food container with food in it from previous occupants. On the way to the front desk the condition of the hall as you exit the elevator was deplorable. So I looked behind it the cable from the wall to the tv was missing. When you take all of this into consideration, it is very appearent that there is no real form of housekeeping at this establishment. My unit was a queen bed studio. It had a full kitchen sans oven but who cares. 1300 watt microwave. Its back of a Target superstore that has everything and close to the Denver Technical Center. There's traffic noise from I-25 but far enough away to sound like wind, which I found restful. The selling point was the breakfast bar by the kitchen - low, […] wide and long w/ two office chairs instead of barstools -plenty of room for multiple computers and printers and with a quad 110V outlet. I prefer this place over more luxurious but less useful hotel rooms. It s more like a small apt than a motel room. Perfect for the engineer or scientist who has to hole up and crank out the work. A salesman would need more glitz to impress clients. You have to ask for stuff, but the staff is friendly and gets you what you need. This was my second stay here and I'll be back. 더 보기

we check in at 11pm. reservation was for 4 peeps. 2 in queen and 2 in sofa bed. We open the sofa bed, an old dried up onion falls out!! i swear! There was no bedding for the sofa bed and there were only 2 sets of towels. I called and they said they would take care of it. It is then approaching midnight and 20min later....nothing. I end up having to […] go down to the lobby and get the stuff myself. Then I get to bed and every time I lay down I hear a beeping noise that is going to keep me up all night. I figure out that it is coming from next door in the rec room and that some kind of air fresh device or something is giving a battery low signal ...... so I take the batteries out myself and then go to bed. The hotel was clean overall. The front desk area is clean and the desk attendants were friendly and professional. My room was certainly tidy however the pad just under the mattress was dirty enough to be able to see debris including hair right through the sheet. I also picked up a nasty case of athletes foot (something I haven't experienced in many […] years) which says a lot about the cleaning practices at this particular hotel. A few sprays from a can of fairly inexpensive disinfectant would have prevented this. 더 보기

The hotels appears nice from the outside and lobby. People cook nasty food and the stench lingers in the hallways. The garbage room is inside and people just toss garbage in there without tying all the time. I had to hold my breath and run for my room. Rooms are ok. Beds are not comfortable. I won't stay there again.

Myself and my husband where very happy with the stay we had. We would like to stay again in october we are going to another concert. Please send some more deals for that time frame.

I had a very bad experience with your hotel especially with the treatment I received from your Hotel receptionists evening and morning. I wanted to have Wifi enabled in my room 101, it did not work. I didnot get any support, nor your staff was resourceful nor courteous. I was left all by myself to get the issue fixed, which still persisited even after […] 2 hours. Our first room had a maintenance problem with the sliding door into the bathroom; the handgrip was hanging by one screw. The second room was spacious and clean but the bath tub stopper would not close to hold bath water and there was no shower curtain. There were no ice vending machines or phone directories in the room.

Scary looking inside the rooms. Walls banged up, cabinets hanging by one hinge, everything old and outdated

This hotel needed to replace some furnishings as they were "a little long in the tooth." Additionally there was not a smoke detector in our room. When I reported that it was missing, on our way out, I was told they would have been glad to move us. We were only there one night and I am glad.

The first room leaked rain so got moved to another room. 2nd room was not cleaned as it should have been but was comfortable and safe...

The occupants directly above us were extremely loud when they walked across their floor. I didn't fall asleep until after 2:00 am. The front desk said they would call them and ask them to be quiet. It didn't work.

We attended a concert and when we got back to the hotel it was late. We went to the front desk to ask about restaurants and/or bars and pizza delivery places nearby. The front desk person said "I'm from Aurora and don't know anything about this area." Totally unhelpful. We tried to Google information but ultimately ended up eating out of the vending […] machine. 더 보기

The room is a lot smaller than you would expect and the bed was is comfortable in no way. When you call the front desk someone in another state answers and takes a message then they are supposed to contact the front desk where you are but they never call back. Then when you wlak down stairs to the front desk noone is there.

I had a horrible time at this hotel, first off they put me in a room that the stove did not work in, next they tryed to move me to another room and I checked the stove when I first got there it worked fine but after I had moved all my stuff into the new room I turned on the tv to find out that it did not work and if that wasnt bad enough I turned on […] the air conditioner to find out it didnt work either! I called back down and they told me they did not have any more rooms avalible so I had to cook my food in the hot no air room and then stayed in the other room with a non working stove! The next day I was woken up by a maid at 9am even though I have the do not disturb sign on the door and I had the room for 2 nights. Next thing I know I get a call from the front desk saying that I need to leave my room because they didnt have me as staying in the room I was in. So I faught with them about that and then finally they looked up my information and found out they were wrong but they didnt even say sorry! A little later I called and ask what time check out was and I was told 12:00pm so I got a 10:00am wake up call and then at 11:00am I was called and told I needed to leave the room! Well I wasnt ready so I said no I will finish what I am doing and leave at 12pm. I decided that the manager needed to be told what had happened and after I told her she just say bye and nothing she didnt even seem like she cared! NO ONE SHOULD EVER STAY HERE! 더 보기

I can't remember paying so little for a room. Considering the price, it was an excellent value. I had a kitchenette suit, it was very clean. Pillows weren't so comfortable, but that is minor. For stays less than a week there is no housekeeping. For clean sheets and towels, you must bring them downstairs for exchange. This was fine for me. Smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms are directly across hall from each other. We reserved a non-smoking room but could not get the stench of smoke out of our room for the two days we stayed there.
