We liked the fact we could go to a bar and not have to drive home. They have specials and evening events so it made our trip through Arizona fun. The accomodations are not top of the line, but were okay for an overnight on our way through town. Interesting thing is, I found out how much having sheets that don't come off the corners means to me!

Tidy hotel, a bit away from anything - would need to have a car. Lots of RV spaces at the back.

The towels looked like rags. I had to go back to the front desk to get clean ones, because the ones in the room were stained. The replacements weren't much better. There was no bag for the ice bucket. No do not disturb door hanger. Which I had to go back to the front desk and follow the desk person to house keeping to get these items. There was debris […] under the bathroom sink. The Pool was green from algae so We didn't go swimming. All in all this was not a very comfortable stay. 더 보기

The hotel was very run down. The pool was very dirty, green color, we rented two rooms and one of the rooms shower was not working so we had to call the front desk for repair. Also one of the bathrooms was dirty, we cleaned it ourselves. The hotel is very old and run down it is in need of major rentavation.

with the exception of not having fresh towels an 1 day of not having beds made it eas pretty good.iust used it to sleep at end of a long day

We were on the second floor of a poorly laid out hotel. There isn't an elevator, and Ramada requires a credit or debit card when you check in. If you use a debit card, they will hold $50 from your account until a few days after your stay. The iron board was broken and would of been nice to have warm eggs besides cold hard boil eggs.

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the jobing.com arena - 4.7 miles. It was significantly cheaper than hotels that were a couple miles closer to the stadium. Even with cab fare to and from the stadium, we still saved about $100 by staying here instead of the other options. The staff were friendly. I was not to impressed. Not the cleaness place I've stayed. The breakfest was good, but was totally satisfied.

Fixed light promptly, older property but clean, in industrial area but close to major freeways , overall positive staff and stay

They are a pet friendly hotel with excellent rates for Pets, that is the only reason I stayed at this hotel. Lighting in parking lot was, or should I say what lighting? When traveling along I would not have stayed at this hotel.

We were told that we had a room with a view of the pool. On the chart it ollked perfect. Then we get to the room. And there's this big tree (that needs some serious trimming) right in our line of sight. I mentioned it to the desk clerk the next day. All I got was a big laugh. Also the towels could use some upgrading. Along with better housekeeping. […] Otherwise the continental breakfast was okay,yet the coffee was cold. The high mark was the Matchbox bar and grill. The pool was not clean. The pool water looked cloudy either because the concrete surface of the pool had scum and/or the water was grimy. The pool filter didn't seem to be working at all. The heat/air unit was VERY loud, it woke the kids up every time it went off. Breakfast was sufficient although hard boiled eggs was the only protein provided.

The first thing we noticed was a burned out light bulb that had not bee replaced. Then, we noticed and reported a missing knob on a drawer we wanted to use; we reported it and were assured it would be replaced..it was not. The lights next to the bed would not work; found that the light had been unplugged, and that was not checked by housekeeping. I took my family there and was very disattified with this hotel. Let me start with the Room, the room smelled like mold, the sheets were dirty, the pillow cases were covered with stains, the shower was dirty and when we asked for a rollaway bed, they wanted $10.00 extra. When we went to grab a bite to eat at the cafe/ sports bar, it looked like casino […] in Vegas, a bunch of old guys gambling,not a place for kids. I'm not very picky bu this is diffently not a family hotel, oh yea forgot to mention all the leaks in the hallway. Although the place is dirty,the staff was very polite and tried to be helpful. 더 보기

This hotel is in a good location for spring training, but the hotel is old and not kept up very well. It does have a nice bar attached to it with good food and drink. Wouldn't stay there again

Had to remind the cleaning staff everyday to leave at least 3 towels for the 3 people in the room. They kept taking 4 and leaving 2? Also my shaver went missing? Also It takes an hour for a taxi to get there mid day.

This hotel claims to have been recently "renovated," but someone seems to have confused the term "renovated" with the phrase "bought some cheap new furniture." The towels look like they were pulled from the bin at the car wash; they were gray with dirt and use, and some of the smaller towels were actually just pieces of large towels that had been ripped […] up into smaller ones. The bathroom was covered in pubic hair when we checked in, and the bedspread on one of the beds was freshly soiled with what I'm sure was someone's bodily fluid. The walls were in desperate need of paint, there were no elevators and the stairwell was hidden behind a door signed "vending," and the soda machine was empty throughout our entire stay while the snack machine was unplugged and out of service. It was cheap, though, and a prime example of the truth in the saying "you get what you pay for." 더 보기

given a room with the safety lock completely broken off, the entire floor and room smelled of smoke, iron is bolted to the iron board... shady hotel, very old and dirty. did not feel safe at all!!

The continental breakfast was fine but the bedspread and towels were stained and the carpets were worn and needed cleaning. It had a cigarette smoke smell in the halls covered by a strong disenfectant smell......it reminded me of the commercial where the lady is wearing a hazmat suit to go to bed...... The only problem was the cleanliness of the floors. I doubt the carpet had ever been changed, so I had to make sure my little one didn't put the pillows on the floor. There were a lot of good things I liked about it but the most I like were the beds!! I didnt want to leave it :) The breakfast was yummy, the only thing we didnt like was the bar food. From 1-10, 1!! Other than that we would stay again.

The place didn't even have an elevator. you have to climb stairs to get to your room. it looked like a sleazy hotel. Very friendly staff, and the Bar was alot of fun. The Food was great at the Bar, get the nachos. The Continental Breakfast was very good, and the staff kept it maintained the whole time and was very attentive. Would stay here again:)

This hotel has an excellent location but maintenance has been lacking.. My room at times did have hot water and the faucet handles were loose. The personnel at the hotel were helpful and seems to want to make you stay enjoyable.

Nice room, service was fast and frienly, lounge was a nice sports bar to hang out, hotel close to stadium will stay their again when going to see the cardinals play next season. One bad thing the stairs smell a lot of cigarettes some times the smell will go into the room.

This place is old and dingy. I will definitely not stay here again. The staff was nice but the building is very old and run down. Not worth the money.

This hotel is close to (driving distance) the Cardinals Stadium at University of Phoenix, if you are going to attend a sporting event there or at the arena next door. There is not a lot of restaurants near the hotel, but Westgate is down the highway and has a variety of businesses. I did have a problem with the card key, as I checked in before my game […] and when I came back in the evening, it would not operate the room door. Breakfast is carbo intense, but not much protein, if you are training for anything. Fitness center is roomy because there aren't a lot of machines or options. Good for a night stay over. 더 보기

the sheets on my bed were dirty with hairs from the last customer. when i asked to change my room they had a bad attitude with me.

Old hotel. But quiet and clean. Good biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Hit the "Peoria Cafe" just down Grand for a GREAT breakfast.

The hotel was great. The price for a 2 bedroom hotel was a great price. Comfortable beds and clean. Close by the Cardinal Stadium plus great restaurants nearby. It was a great location and I will return again in the future!

This is an older looking hotel, but very well maintained....very comfortable - good experience. Only negative is there is no way to get to the main lobby or to the lounge without going outside.

I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN THE BAR WAS CRACKING WITH NINER FANS HAD FUN

Reviews seemed positive yet our stay was rather disgusting. The room had hair all overthe bathrrom inlcuding a hair band with hair on the bathroom door handle. The lights did not work with the exception of one. The microwave and coffee pot were broken. The fridge only froze all items, including my babies milk!!

As a pending Graduate of the University of Phoenix, I was looking for lodging conveniently located to the stadium (place for the Grad ceremony). A short 10 minute drive and no traffic, I couldn't have asked for better! The rooms-rates were reasonable and I was able to pre-pay the lodging for my out-of-town guests. Of course they loved that! The rooms […] were nice and spacious, clean and well maintained. Close to room parking, always appreciated. As well as the in-room coffee service, micro-for reheating those doggy-bagged meals from the prior night's dining experience. Refrigerator that actually kept things cold is a definite plus. Ironing board with iron that worked (including the steam function: bonus!). Heck, if we were on vacation to Phoenix I'd gladly had stayed there a whole week or longer. The customer service at the front desk was impeccable. For the traveler, if you're looking for a "nice place" to lay-up for a few days or even a week or longer, w/out all the flash and glamour, then a place that has all of the basics covered, this is that place, the right place, because it is a pretty nice place. Greatt place to stay and not to far from the staduim...Also had a blast at the lounge..this place was clean and quiet ...

Had a good stay, would have perferred more towels and breakfast was actually pretty good and server man kept area stocked.
