The hotel was a little difficult to find since it actually sits on a different road, but you have to turn into a driveway on Belt Line Rd. and drive to the next block. the staff was very friendly and helpful but the elevator stunk! It needs new carpet and updating terribly. The rooms were OK - nothing great but the price was lower than everywhere else in the area. For the price it was OK but needs work in the elevator and hallways

This hotel was very accommodating to myself and my father. My father was recooperating from an auto accident and the staff was very aware of his codition and concerned enought to check in on him and make sure he was comfortable. The stay was very, very pleasant and though there is not place like home, this was right up there like being at home.

There was numerous maintenance items that needed attention. I was told that the maintenance dept did not work on the weekend. The bed frame stuck out from under the bed, I busted my ankle many times on the frame. There were burned out lights in room, the vent in bathroom did not work and the sink stopper did not work. The lobby is nice but the rest is not. Run down, smells, just icky. Chose it for the indoor pool for my kiddo to swim in. Pool room was way too hot, pool was only 3-4 feet deep, no hot tub. The hotel isn't visible from the road, ended up driving behind it before we could find it with the GPS. Overall it sucked. Will not be staying there again.

A spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The staff from housekeeping to the front desk were very helpful and more than willing to assist in any way. We will be bak any time we are in the area.

All ratings are based on price comparison not on 5 star hotels. With that said it went above my expectations for discounted price we paid. If you try to find this hotel from Belt Line road it is very difficult, but if you go from Arapahoe it is very easy. The breakfast variety is better than a cheap hotel, but is lacking on Monday-Wednesday morning, […] Thursday-Sunday morning they have a wider variety, but what they have is good -n- hot and way better than a motel's muffin or snack cake only breakfast. They have 3 types of cereals, scrambled eggs, meat, waffles plain & blueberry (preserves too), muffins/pastries, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, bagels & cream cheese toast, milk 2% and whole, orange & apple juice. On the weekends thy had that and fresh fruit (including grapefruit), yogurt, boiled eggs, 2 flavors of enhanced water, whipped cream?, etc... Our room, though very clean otherwise, had some really gross stuff that was over looked. In all of the drawers, but one (we only used them because we were staying a week) it seems the previous tenant spilled food and it never got cleaned up until I did some scrubbing. The beds in our room were for back sleepers not side sleepers so for the first few days we had sore back and necks. Otherwise very comfortable and lots of room for the 6 of us. We didn't have to drive at all to get to fine dining, but we did anyway. Really close to the galleria and other entertainment and a lot of good restaurants delivered to our room including sushi and steak :-) Yum! The pool was warm (despite the snow outside), but a little too much chlorine for long swims. I must add they over do the air fresheners in some areas like the public restroom, office etc... Oh & don't go in your room right after they clean it; you'll be overwhelmed by the air freshener, but it fades quickly. NIce, new Hotel with pretty amenities except for the following minor issues: 1. Elevator is beside the indoor Pool so, it's carpet was wet and smelly - and should be replaced with tile to match the hallway; 2. Our Room (#222) Entry Light and Tub Lights needed replacement (and were upon my call to the Front Desk); 3. Bath Vent Fan was not operating -I […] suppose it is fixed by now. 4. Yogart was removed for Saturday/Sunday Breakfast -probably due to increased occupancy. 5. Coin Dryer was out of service so Front Desk dried our clothes for free. All 3 shifts of the Desk Personnel were very nice & made maps for us to find our Soccer Field locations each of the 4 days. 더 보기

Quiet suites, nice living area (just wish it had a tv!) very comfortable and spacious.

It smelt like smoke when I walked in... Allergic to feather pillows and had no others to swap out with. Slept horrible. Both phones in the room did not work. Tried to order pizza and there was no dial tone. Remotes for the tvs hardly worked would only allow channel up.....

Well, normaly I stay at the Marriot when I'm in Dallas, but since this was a last min, travel I book a room at this hotel, because of it's location, but this hotel didn't meet my expectation, and I will never book a room here again. the room smelled of smoke, the bath tub was broken, and the breakfast "SUCKED"

Hotel room very clean and loved the atmosphere of room. Great place to just relax. We will be returning to your hotel on one of our return trips on the way to Austin.

The hotel is in a great location for nearby restaurants. The rooms are very big with a separate lounge area, unfortunately the downside of this is that the air conditioner struggles to keep the room cool although it was 106 degrees outside so I think all a/c's were struggling. Breakfast was the same every day, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with bacon, […] biscuits and gravy and the usual yoghurts muffins bagels and just one waffle maker. The hotel was nice but our room was very uncomfortable. The a/c just wouldn't cool the room. It might have had something to do with the outside temperature at 100 degrees at 10:00 PM

I have a family of five, so when we look for a suite, we are hoping to find sort of separate living and sleeping areas. This was not the case for this suite, but we made it work. It was clean and in a great neighborhood, but I wish there was a little more separation.

This was a great stay the hotel had everything even and indoor pool. there were only 2 problems the hot tub was dirty and broken and the pool was only 4' deep.

The size of the room is great. I did not expect to have such a large spacious room for that price. It was wonderful!!

Nice hotel. although, the hot tub was not working everything else was good. the breakfast bar was very good!

Very nice property. Facilities were clean and kept up. Breakfast was nice. Highly recommend staying here if your travels take you to Addison!

What was that HORRIBLE smell when we first walked into the room? I guess it came from the A/C. We turned that off and slept with the windows open. In the morning the smell was gone. I also noticed toilet paper in the toilet when I first looked into the batroom.

First room that I was given...smelled bad, the tv didn't have a remote, the pillows were the square type that are used for decorating not for the regular pillows and the toilet didn't work. After being moved to the next room, the phone didn't work, the towel rack was falling off the wall and it was dirty. This was NOT a good experience.

the morning breakfast should have more meat rather than little bits of bacon inside the eggs. And i wish they would fix their hot tub. Other than that it was great!

While this wasn't a horrible hotel, it wasn't up to the normal standards I've seen at other Comfort Inns. The lobby is completely different than the halls and room. The breakfast was substandard. Great price, so if that is what you are going for this is your hotel.

There was only a couple of issues within the room itself. 1) we had a stained comforter (looked like lipstick) along with pillow casses that looked like old rust stains or something. then 2) they did not have sheets & blankets ready for the sleeper soafa (which they knew we had 6 people in the room). But they were very quick in comming up to switch […] out the dirty and missing linens. Very nice about the whole thing. Which they are in the remodling process. There were a couple of bathroom maintance isses, but like I said they were in the process of remoldling all there rooms so those items will be taken care of when that room gets remodled. Considering how little I paid, I was very impressed. They were accommodating to me traveling alone with an infant. rooms were clean. Very close to restaurants and shopping. I recommend.

Booked at the last minute only needing a room to sleep as I was going to get in late and leave early the following morning. Rate was very good, but that was about it... The room was filthy. Several pubic hairs were in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom. I got two rooms and they BOTH had this problem. I pulled back the sheets on the bed and they […] were yellowed with stains. Found quite a few hairs in each bed. I do not think they had been changed from the previous guest. One bed had blood spots on the sheets. If it wouldn't have been so late I would have immediately left. One of the non-smoking rooms also smelled like someone just finished smoking in it. Elevator carpet was filthy and elevator smelled like hydraulic fluid. I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone. 더 보기

Location off Beltline Road was great. We had a little problem with the battery in the door key, so had to make a couple of trips downstairs to get that resolved. And the TV remote in the living area didn't work...assuming that was also the battery. Two biggest complaints -- the lobby smelled funky, and we couldn't get the room cool enough. The thermostat […] said it was 62, but it definitely wasn't. Breakfast was so-so -- also didn't care for the sign that said you can't take food back to your room. Contrasted with a hotel we stayed in a couple of days later, which had a sign that if you didn't have time for breakfast they'd be happy to pack one to go for you. We had to move from the first room because the ceiling was leaking in the bathroom. The security lock was also broken. Second room had many things broken as well.

On Beltline Rd between Inwood and Midway. Walk to great food! They could use a can of paint and some carpet cleaning...

This hotel hasn't been updated in quite awhile. Furniture, paint, fixtures are worn. We had mold on a picture in our room, duct tape on the shower, etc. The service is almost non-existent. We booked two King Suite with pull outs and had to go down to the desk to get our linens and were told we would have to pay an additional charge for them. Apparently the sheets were not changed when someone stayed in the room before because I found someones dirty socks in my bed. Very digusting (ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwh!!!! yuck!!!!!!!!) The Hotel did not show any concern, just ignored the problem and I emailed the Corporate Office and they just ignored the problem as well. I'll Never stay at another Comfort […] Suites. 더 보기

I needed to make a few copies of a financial report and the front desk clerk offered to make them for me...free of charge. Awesome service!

The housekeeper/maid was rude and there was no meat with the complimentary breakfast.
