It had everything it said it had. I can not say much more than that. The quality was not spectacular, but it worked and I had not real complaints.

We felt very safe at this motel, First think you noticed was how clean the room was. Staff was friendly, and had a great breakfast. It I had a complaint it would be like most hotels, if you want a thicker pillow, bring your own. we got a great internet rate, and we would stay again.

THE STAY WAS NOT SO WELL THE FRONT DESK CLERK WOMAN WAS UNPROFESSIONAL DIDNT SMILE WASNT POLITE HANDED ME MY ID ON THE COUNTER WHEN I PRESENTED MY ID CARD TO HER IN HER HAND .. IT WAS JUST A MESS THE ROOM WASNT CLEAN HAD A BAD SMELL ALSO THERE WERE BUGS IN THE ROOM THIS IS A PRIVATE OWN COMPANY ANS WOULDNT SUGGEST THIS TO ANYONE

Was allright for the price, and only stayed 1 night. Bathroom tiny, but good places to eat and a store right next door, not a great neighborhood, wouldn't go out at night but over all not bad for a nights stay

Only problem was the commode overflowed. Other than that it was fine. Nothing fancy, just a place to crash for the night. And close to other places I need to go to.

The room was relatively clean from what I could tell. It could have really used more pillows or at least pillows that were thick and dense enough to support the human head. No alarm clock in our room. The shower curtain pole was partially broken, which kept the curtain from staying closed all the way. Suppose for a quick stay I didn't mind that half […] the bathroom would get wet when you showered. Oh and the ceiling ventilation fan was hanging from the ceiling a bit. We just needed a bed after a trip to St. Jude's. Headed more to the east so it was convenient to I40. Wasn't so sure about the neighborhood but had no problems.

When I booked this hotel, I had my doubts as the price was exceptional, but the property at first looked questionable. When I got to the room, however, I was very pleasantly surprised. I see that the room was well-maintained with newer fixtures. The bathtub was excellent as was the furniture. First of all, the location and appearance of this hotel was not appealing. The parking lot seemed dangerous because there was not sufficient lighting. When walking in the hallway toward room, the place looked like it was about to fall apart. There were scratches and dents in the doors and walls. The carpet was dingy. Inside the room, the furnishing […] was horrible. The lamp switch fell apart. And to top it off, the "hot breakfast" that was advertised was cold and there was not even enough for everyone. The place looked really dirty that it made me not want to eat. Plus the staff seemed uninterested to accommodate to the needs of the guests. 더 보기

The property is in need of updating and repair. Coffee machine - no pot or coffee in room. Door locks broke off. Holes in Bed Spread. Would not stay there again.

had leak in ceiling . price was good

We were driving 8 hours overnight so we decided to stop. Hotels.com over the phone was extremely helpful last minute. I picked this hotel briefly online through my phone because we had a free night stay from all of our hotel welcome rewards. The clerk was okay at check-in. I could barely hear him as well as he was not that friendly. I know it was late […] at night but he could have been a little nicer. The room was really nice and big however. The a/c was either broken or we could not figure out the timer on it. The bathroom was okay except there was a bar of soap that was left from the last guest. It was okay considering this was a quick overnight stay for us to get home. I did it find it odd there was not a coffee maker yet there was a fridge and a microwave. 더 보기

i go to memphis once to twice a month and always stayed at other hotels but for now on i will be staying at this one very quite and very nice rooms and people

Other than the location, there is nothing to offer a traveler. The place is a wreck. It needs new management and about a $1,mil in refurbishing. It is obvious that little is being done to maintain the place. The desk employees need some better supervision or take a job where they don't deal with the public.

If you are going to spend more than one or two nights, I would not recommend this hotel. The room was "falling apart",meaning, the shower curtiain rod was falling out of the wall, there were paint chips and drywall on the floor. However the hotel is right off of the highway and surounded by resturants and lounges. So, if you are looking for a long stay, […] I would not recommend this hotel. On the other hand, one or two nights, spending the day(s) away from the hotel, (meaning, only sleeping), it is worth the savings. As we were. Good value for the money, and location is ideal if you don't want to be in the hubbub of Beale St. and downtown for your evenings. About a 15 minute drive to those locations. We would definitely stay there again.

Very pleased. Room was neat, close to highway and downtown. Lots of restaurants close. Drug store was also close. Room was surprisingly large. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was fine for a cheap stay. Had Wi-Fi and hot breakfast, (staff didn't know this). Shipped me a bag i left.

I wasn't expecting the Hilton because I knew we didn't PAY for it. I do, however, expect a clean place to stay the night. There was also what appeared to be a tour bus of homeless people unloading as we arrived- no big deal, right? We got our room, ordered pizza and all was okay. Not the best, but okay. Then, I was laying on top of the bed with my 8 […] month old and accidently dropped my phone between the bed and night stand... I reached to grab it, but instead grabbed a used bloody condom. I would have changed rooms, but the amount of "stuff" my family travels with would be a pain to move. And I assume one room is just as clean, or not, as the others. The hotel didn't offer to refund or reduce my stay, and I can't wait to submit my pictures to their corporate office, to my own personal websites and wherever else I can smear this disgusting hotel. I reccomend spending the extra twenty bucks and staying across the street at the Baymont. 더 보기

The overall experience of the hotel was good. The inside was clean, beds were comfortable and all facilities appeared to be clean and in good shape. As you first enter the hotel room area there was an oder and the halls appeared to be kinda dark dreary creapy looking. But after we entered our room it was nice and clean and I was satisfied with our stay. […] The outside appearance could have just been from an old building. 더 보기

As others have commented the hotel is being renovated and negative comments made a year or longer ago don't seem to apply anymore.

The hotel was ok. The only thing that I disliked was the stairs. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor. Other than that, the stay was ok especially for the price.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel and their staff. The only unexpected thing we ran into was the fact that the first floor rooms had a front and back door and with children we had to watch both doors but even with this it was still a very good hotel and we would use it again.

THIS HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD. THEY HAVE REMODELED AND IT HAS PAID OFF IN SPADES. THE STAFF COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMADATING.I WILL BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE.
