Always clean, always friendly. Great beds and bathrooms. Can be a bit noisy at night as it is close to bars / restaurants. Occasional room upgrades are gratefully received !

The location could hardly be better as it's only a short work (1 km) or a very short cab or tram ride from the station and is located right in the centre of the city centre. The hotel itself has been refurbished tastefully while attempting to keep as many of its original features as possible. Having said that it is an old building and some of the hall […] floorboards creak and there are stairs in peculiar locations. The room was small but well appointed, modern and very clean. excellent hotel. very clean, smart. room extremely comfortable ( privelige room 505) large bright airy room. comfortable bed. staff very friendly. good central location. parking at fletcher gate discounted. ask reception to stamp your card, then take it to security on level 3. would highly recommend

I booked a single room, which was very small and rather claustrophobic due to only having a small window onto an enclosed internal courtyard. The room was much too hot, even in February, so what is it like in the summer? The air conditioner helped, but was very noisy.

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay. Reasonably priced and a good location right in the centre of Nottingham.

Parking is difficult to access and away from hotel. otherwise good value and location.

Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs and was warm and comfortable.Parking was a nightmare, as was trying to drive to the hotel, as the one way system is really difficult to follow. Park in either Trinity or Fletchers Gate car parks, if you can find them! They are £6 overnight, as opposed to […] £16.50 in the others. The only down side to our stay was the ridiculously expensive cost of the drinks in the hotel bar. Its not the West End of London!! People dont want to pay in excess of £7 for a vodka and coke. 더 보기

Great location, excellent room with king size bed. Efficient staff who were courteous and professional. I was able to get a great rate for the room although it was a Friday night so maybe lucky. That said I would recommend this hotel highly.

Hotel had just opened the day before so it looked very good. However when I arrived at my room the door was open and no light switch was available. I had to go down to the reception and one of the staff returned to my room with me to show me where to put my room card. The room card slot was actually in the bedroom so not convenient when you first enter […] the room and are not sure of the layout. Shower was very good. Tea making facilities were provided.
