bed exprience , I have been bited by louse when i seat on the soft.

This hotel advertised a full breakfast bar as one of the amenities. That would have been true if they would have kept the food trays replenished, which they did not. My room was OK save for the fact that whenever someone walked around in the room above me, the floor/ceiling creaked so loudly it woke me up! The last insult was when my key was de-activated. […] When I went to the front desk to have it fixed, I was accused of smoking in my room and that was why I was forced to come to the front desk. I felt like the elementary school student sent to the principles office! Needless to say, I have never smoked a day in my life and was not ammused. Yes, the bathroom did smell like smoke, most likely the result of one of the housekeepers sneaking a cigarette. 더 보기

Very polite and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and location was very convenient for public transportation. Overall had a wonderful experience at this hotel!

While the stay was very very good, I was disappointed in the fact I was not given either a notice of cost at check-in nor a recept indicating the final charges. All I have is an initial confirmation which does not provide me with a final overall cost.

Near to the airport but far from everything else. Overall the hotel was clean. Breakfast was just OK.

Friendly staff! Overall a nice place for the price. Not a very good selection for breakfast, plan on eating out somewhere.

Good location for the price and nearby freeways to travel to various sites in the area. Room was clean and comfy, but elevator a tight squeeze with luggage. Breakfast bar was good. Would stay here again.

Yes, the price was decent. Just needs sprucing up. Dirty corners in room, paint chipped, maid forgot bag of garbage from last guest. Old TV and there was a trick to get the cable to work. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel provides complementary breakfast. I would definitely book again.

Tired rooms and bathroom which had seen a lot of wear

Overall, we were presently surprised with the accommodations, room was nice a size and it was clean. With the exception of the mattress, (too hard for me), I have nothing bad to say about the place. Everything was to be expected, the reservation was fine, we got in late @ night and had no problems. Well, we waited almost an hour for the shuttle from the airport, which wasn't pleasant, but once at the hotel, everything was fine. The room was comfortable & a good size. The bedding was nice & plush, no cheap velvety blanket, real bedding & lots of […] pillows. The breakfast the next morning was yummy & we had lots to choose from, hot & cold items, even a waffle maker. bed was lumpy; bathroom floor was dirty. if we hadn't checked in at midnight and left for the airport the next day at 6am I would've looked for another place. no bell at front desk to contact staff when they are in back. room only had one towel for two guests - it looked like someone simply made the bed and straightened up - I'm not even sure they changed […] the sheets from the previous user. great proximity to the airport but not worth the worry of bedbugs or other germs. 더 보기

Very little parking at site. Was forced to park on the street several blocks away.

The Quality Inn near SFO was of questionable quality. The room was not clean (black hair in the tub and in the corner of the bathroom), the beds were not comfortable, and the towels were so worn they were practically as thin as a paper towel. For the money we spent, it was not worth it.

the general manager, BM Patel, was very helpful in clearing up a booking error

Two things I didn't like #1. curtain won't close all the way so there street light peeping right on my face all night. #2. There is no sink in the bathroom so you don't your privacy of brushing etc.etc. overroll very clean worth the price.

I had a quick stay at the Quality Inn. Its very simple but very clean. The hotel also provides a shuttle to the airport. For the cheap price it was worth it.

We were greated by a friendly woman at the counter and were quickly checked in. Our room was very nice. We've stayed at hotels costing much more that were not this nice. It was quiet at night and we slept well. It made the early morning flight almost OK!

The hotel is near SFO, but I was attending a reunion in South San Francisco. A large group was checking out...on person was working with the group and a second person was 'observing' while I patiently waited in line. The room was very comfortable and I think I had been upgraded for my quiet patience. On both days, I kept seeing the maid's cleaning cart […] in the hallway so I don't know if they were understaffed or if they work all hours. No matter, other than a broken mirror in our room, it was just fine. When I drew water for the bath, it was not clean so either the hotel filter has a problem or the city of South San Francisco's water district needs to work on purifying their water. The hotel has a good breakfast. There is an IHOP w/in walking distance.I'll stay there again if I'm in the area. 더 보기

the hotel was great. the staff at the hotel was weird. not very friendly, acted almost put out to serve me. full breakfast is worth the price of admission, though. overall, ignore the staff, enjoy your room and breakfast.

Gostamos muito do hotel, ele atendeu as nossas expectativas, sabiamos que ele era afastado das principais atrações turisticas, mas como estávamos de carro, isso não interferiu em nada. Próximo a ele tem um shopping muito bom, inclusive com um grande supermercado dentro. Ficaríamos nele de novo.

２２時にサンフランシスコについたが，ホテルシャトルの無料電話の欄にこのホテルの電話がない．公衆電話からかけるとシャトルは終わったのでタクシーで来いと言われ，やむなくタクシーで移動した． それであれば２４時間シャトルサービスと記載しないでほしい．部屋も寝るだけであれば何も問題ない．朝食はややバラエティに乏しいが，無料であれば問題ない．

Escolhi esse hotel pela comodidade de ter o aeroporto perto pois somente iria dormir e no outro dia cedo teria q ir para o aeroporto. Me surpreendi com o hotel. Falta funcionários para atendimento. Na recepção o atendente fazia check inn/out e dava apoio ao local onde era servido o cafe da manhã (por sinal muito básico)..As mesas muitas vezes encontrei suja. O crédito que daria para este funcionario da recepção foi conseguir um carro para alugar,pois a cidade de San Francisco estava lotada de turistas. . O […] importante é frizar o Transfer. NÃO HÁ TRANSFER COMO ESTÁ TRANSCRITO NO SITE. O QUE É FEITO É LIGAR NO HOTEL QUANDO CHEGA AO AEROPORTO, PEGA-SE UM TAXI E AI SIM, É REEMBOLSADO. Et godt motel til prisen. Venlig betjening. Lå 5 min. fra lufthavnen, hvilket var godt, da vi ankom sent og trængte til at sove. Gennemsnitlig god morgenmad incl. æg og cornflakes. Brugte også motellet inden afrejse fra USA. Vi fik lov til at tjekke ud senere uden merbetaling.
