We stay here every time we are in Laughlin. Darn good stay for the money spent.

Room was nice,TV should be updated with flat screen

It's the little things that can make the difference between an average hotel stay, and a great hotel experience. The Tropicana doesn't provide a coffee pot in the room, there's no room service, the television appeared to be about 15 years old, and the cable TV listing was bare bones. fine but would be better if the rates were not raised so much due to the special event run to the river m/c event

Although the hotel is showing its age, our room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated that housekeeping didn't start making noise in the hallway until very late morning. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean and pretty with beverages and towels available.

Awesome town during Laughlin River Run the room is so simple and bed are very nice

We stayed for one night as we attended the River Run. All the events were happening right across the street. I did reserve late, so we ended up with a smoking room. However, it didn't really smell blade, plus the receptionist was nice enough to mention that cleaning department can either spray or run some kind of an air filter machine, which was really […] good to know next time we travel with out kids. I had stayed here before and had been pleased. This time we arrived to our room about 8:00 in the evening after a long day of travel to find a room that had been stayed in and never cleaned. There were beer bottles and trash all over the room. All of which I am sure was just an oversight, but when I called the front desk they seemed unconcerned with […] the situation and told me they would have some one up to clean the room. Which I told them was unaccepatable and that I wanted a new room. They told me they would send someone up with my new room keys, I stood outside the room with my 2 kids and all of our luggage for about 20 minutes. Was not impressed with the customer service. I would probably give them a second chance as I'm sure it was an accident and the rest of our stay was fine. 더 보기

The room was ok for the price. But no coffee pot and had a few problems with the toilet that were not fun to deal with. Internet was down for a few days. And cable went out too. When they say its a classic type room thats what they mean.

it was very good we even ate at one of the restruants thre the steak house was excellent but the reguarlar restruant in front of the dancing bar was horrable they took forever to bring our breakfast and it was messed up order too.

The room was clean and well kept.

We've been coming here for over ten years, and it remains a great value for the price. There isn't any refrig, microwave, coffee maker, or wi-fi in the standard rooms, but you can't beat the price for a good clean room with a good bed.

When I first walked into the room I heard the shower leaking, I tried to stop it from leaking but it was was broking.. willing to deal with it, after I took a shower I just closed the door to the restroom. My next surprise was a pair of old lady underwear next to the night stand! I couldn't believe it, I called house keeping and the guy who came up […] was very unprofessional. He just laughed and was smirking the whole time, he didn't apologize once then just left the room with the underwear. With no managers to talk to that night I slept on top of the covers concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. In the morning I was finally able to talk to someone that was very professional and very apoligetic, they gave me one free night stay which I wont be using because I will not be going back. 더 보기

This is a good value stay. Not fancy but clean and good food. Close to other points of interest so served purpose well at an affordable price.

Compared to the two other hotels in Laughlin that I've stayed in, this is the better of the three. Good buffet and other hotel restaurants are good as well. Good entertainment in the bar as well.

Casion at the hotel was dingy, as is the entire city. Room itself was okay, with a lovely view of the parking garage. Beds clean and comfortable. Hotel charged an additional (and unexpected) $10 surcharge for the internet. Could have gone to McDonalds and used theirs for free. The hotel was everything hotels .com said it was, The room was the upgraded resort room price was exactly as stated no surprises at all, will be booking back through hotels .com soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good stay. Limited hotel option available, but this is a good option. Room was no one remodeled but they do have some refreshed rooms. Not located on the river but within walking distance.

Overall things were as expected or better. You should add coffee/tea pots in all the rooms. The TV's were small and old, but they worked fine. We would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. Wish I could have won some $$$$ on the tables. TV in room was not very good. Thats the only negative thing about the room or hotel. See you next year.

no sense of welome at check in -room was devoid of any mags (things to do)cheap soap toilet paper etc NO room srevice old style T V so called desert view included parking lots out buildings pool area under some type of maint/repair NO snack bar I could go on .............will not book again

well me an my friend bored on saturday an couldnt decide what we were going to do that day an on a whim we decided to go to Nevada so we went onto hotels.com an found a very nice room an very cheap price so we called up on saturday an left phoenix to Nevada an 3 hours later we where there. As soon as we walked in the staff was very nice helping with […] anything and everything we needed even bringing up a fridge when i need it. i would recomend this hotel to anyone an everyone!! Compared to other hotels we have stayed at Laughlin, it needs to be refurbished. A coffee pot in the room would be nice, as would a mini refrigerator.

the rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable the only downfall was the distance to the rooms from the casino. The rooms were kept clean by the housekeeping staff but I felt the costs at the hotel restaurant was a little pricey compared to other hotels

This hotel is older and very smoky. I know it's Laughlin and a casino, but I have been in other hotels in this area that are not as dirty and smoke filled. I would not stay here again. The food is over priced and Mc Donalds would have tasted much better in comparison. I was sadly disappointed.

It was good and cheap. Rooms are very clean but I booked for a king bed and didn't get it so that was disappointing. Either than that I would stay again if there rooms are still the same price.

Be careful when laying in bed as you might fall on the floor.Bed should have been replaced years ago.

It was a nice hotel ,great food.

We were in ths promenade tower. I was suprised at the quality of the room. It was clean and beautiful and the price was perfect for a weekend getaway. The food in the hotel was really good and reasonably priced. I alsp enjoyed that there was a pretty good lounge act the weekend we were there and the drinks were in expensive. It was close to other casinos […] so we went over to another casino to see a comedy show. I would definately stay here again. 더 보기
