Carpets a bit soiled in the halls and corridors. Adequate for a one night stay waiting for an early flight.

We were headed back from a long weekend in Elko and just wanted a clean place to crash. We checkin in and it took maybe 60 seconds. We asked what a good place in town was to eat, she reccomended Red Rock and it was really good. We got back to our very spacious room, clean and comfortable. I would definatly stay here again!

I was looking for an inexpensive quick overnight stay. I did not have high expectations. But I was quite surprised by the value. Hotel was nice, quiet, and comfortable. I will plan on staying here again.

We had the misfortune of being in Salt Lake City when a snow storm prevented us from going home. I had spent all day at the emergency room with my mother and decided that it would be best if we spent the night and then headed home in the morning. That turned out to be a big mistake. Our bathroom was infested with ants. When we told the desk clerk she […] said she could let us shower in another room. Our bathroom tub had no caulking around it, and the wall was bowed out. We wanted to speak with the manager but he was not available. We ask the desk clerk to please tell him to call us but he never did. I called the hotel the next day after I got home and of course the manager was not available so I told the person on the the phone that he really needs to call me. It's been almost a week and to this day we have not heard from the manager. What ever happened to customer service. The room we stayed in should never have been rented out. They should rename the hotel because it definitely is not a Quality Inn as the name suggests. Poor quality and that's giving them a complement. DO NOT STAY at this hotel even if it is the last resort. You'll pay way to much, unless they are charging for the ants. 더 보기

This hotel had so many problems. First room they put us in didn't have a phone. Second room they moved us to didn't have remote control for tv and toilet didn't work. Third room they moved us to the AC was broke. Front Desk Clerk had list of rooms not to rent due to many problems....we finally left and went to LaQuinta down the street and it was very […] nice! I was driving across the country and needed a place near Salt Lake to stay for the night. I got a very reasonable rate here and I was impressed with the cleanliness for the price. Continental Breakfast was average but room seemed very clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I have stayed at quite a few Quality Inn hotels but this by far was the worst. The shuttle took 1 1/2 hours to pick us up then we get there and their computers are not working so we have to wait to check in. Once we finally check in the curtain rod was broken, the TV had a fuzzy picture and the colors would go in and out not to mention we didn't have […] a remote control. The hotel lock on the door was broken and then the bathroom tub was dirty and the light bar kept flickering on and off. The beds were hard and the room smelled funny. The plus side the towels did smell like bleach so they were at least clean. 더 보기

Watch this hotel, when you pay on hotels.com they will ask for a credit card for incidentals. Then they will bill your credit card when you check out.

My wife was traveling and due to flight situations at Salt Lake City, was required to spend the night there. I chose this hotel due to price and the advertised "24 hour airport shuttle", it is not. My wife told me that she had called for said shuttle and waited over an hour and called again. The person at the hotel did not even know if the shuttle had […] the hotel name on it, nor did he know the color of the van. Hardly qualifies as being "helpful" due to attitude. A shuttle from Hampton Inn arrived and my wife asked that driver if he picked up Qualtiy Inn customers. He indicated that he sometimes does that. If not for him, there is no telling how long my wife, being alone, would have had to wait. Obvious lack of proper training of hotel employees and evident lack of caring attitude of employees. Communication a serious problem. No satisfactory help with direction to room and, or elevator, which, had closed door to open before elevator doors. And yes, this was during night time hours. This hotel is close to the airport but a little out of the way for everything else... Overall the hotel was great. The front desk could use a little more personality and friendliness...

I stayed here on both legs of my trip and was very satisfied. The beds are cozy, linens were crisp and clean. The bathroom is a little small for a larger person and there are some furniture pieces that showed some age, bit overall it was a good value for the price! Also, they allow you to park for free at the hotel and that itself is a value and hard […] to find sometimes! Note, shuttle is NOT 24 hours as stated on here. We used this hotel because we had a early flight to St. Louis and could not have been happier. We were a late night check in but the desk clerk was just awesome dealing with us. He informed us about the shuffle to the airport, that we could leave our car parked there during our trip and we offered to have some breakfast for my husband because our flight […] was before the actual start time of the breakfast offered. He was friendly and outgoing and so helpful.We will definitely same there again just because of his customer service. 더 보기

Friendly staff, clean room, good complimentary breakfast; an overall good value. The hotel is located in industrial park near the Salt Lake City airport with easy access to major highway for convenient travel in and out of downtown Salt Lake.
