It smelled awful and there was dead bugs and it was dirty

I'm pretty sure the hotel room we stayed in had bed bugs because after my stay I had tiny itchy bites down my legs and it was very dissatisfying.

I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, there were cigarette burn holes in my blanket, and stains on the sheets. Additionally, after I checked in and was in my room someone knocked on my door and said they needed to spray the room for bugs. So I watched as an employee sprayed the corners and edges of my room for insects. […] The staff was rude and inattentive. Don't bother staying there. bed bugs and roaches. Had to make a docyotrs appointment to check out my face and neck from all the bites....... complained to staff and wanted to just change room. So they already know of the issues......

NO SERVICE AT ALL. ROOM DIRTY STICKY BED DISGUSETING. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. POOL WAS DIRTY HALLWAY WAS DIRTY. WASNT ABLE TO RELAX AT HOTEL DUE TO THE SMELL OF IT. GOT SICK FROM SMELL THE SMOKE IN A NON SMOKING ROOM. NEVER SAW A ROOM SERVICE AROUND....THE PIC ON THIS HOTEL DOES NOT LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE HOTEL.

That was a disaster

This wasn't that bad for what I paid. Came through for me when needed. Just needs a microwave and fridge.

This hotel is HORRIBLE. My family and I checked in at 3:30PM, the room was not cleaned at all; we left for an hour and asked the desk clerk to have maid service clean it. We came back and our belongings were GONE and the room had yet to be cleaned. I have stayed in many hotels in my travels and I have to say this was one of the worst. Dirty hallways with dead roaches. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Patched up walls from suspect holes. A continental breakfast consisting of stale powdered donuts and weak coffee with only two tables for the entire inn. WiFi that takes you 10 minutes to connect to. We arrived on Friday night about 10:30 pm. Checked in, and went to the room. After putting my 3 year old son in bed I went to take a bath. The first thing I notice was there was no plug for the tub. Second thing I had to do was clean the bathroom before using it. The walls in the shower had miss match tiles and the tub was dirty. At 510 in the morning there was a car parked outside with music playing so loud it was stacking the windows, the person at the desk was so rude I was going to wake my husband and son up and leave. I went back to the room and manage to get back to sleep. I spoke to another person at the front desk and explain that we were checking out because of the person at the desk the night before and the problem I had with loud noise. The person at the desk suggested that we move to the back of the hotel so we were not near the club. he explain to pack up everything and when we got back he would have a room ready for us. When we got back, we were put on the 2nd floor in an upgraded room. Once again when we got in the room the bathroom was not clean and the little sink in the kitchenette had so much hair in it. Granted there was no noise, but the toilet was coming up off the floor there was mold in the bathtub. In the general areas the place was dirty. 더 보기

Hotel staff was welcoming and helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful, but the hotel could have - and should have - been much cleaner. However, as it was close to the interstate it made it simple to get around Tampa. I will stay there again.

THE PLACE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK THE ROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN, SMALL BATHROOM, HARD BEDS, SOME OF THE LIGHTS DID NOT WORK AND THE A/C DID NOT GET COLD. WILL NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE.

Checked out of this hotel within an hour of checking in. I woke up to being bitten by bedbugs. Need I say more.

The room was not well cleaned as there was dirt behind the nightstand and under the beds. The toilet became clogged up and needed plunging. The staff was extremely friendly. The continental breakfast consisted only of store bought donuts and coffee. The location was not in a very good neighborhood. The hotel was not clean at all is a very old hotel and needs many restorations done to it. The pool was filthy and nasty, looks like it had never been cleaned and cigarettes and lighters lying around everywhere. The continental breakfast was a big joke. It took me approximately 45 minutes to find a somewhat […] clean and decent room that I felt comfortable in. Needless, to say this hotel needs lots of attention and much much better front desk service. There was no room service that looked dependable to leave your things in the room and hope that when you came back they would still be there. The hotel needs spraying for many bugs of all sorts. They need better tv reception and more channels to chose from besides only 10 channels.. Their were no children stations at all to choose from all. Needless to say, the front desk clerk, offered me my money back before I could even get settled in because of what I found in the first room...Not a good place to stay alone or with your family...Also, got back in from meeting on Saturday evening and three cops are out in front of the hotel arresting someone whom the front desk clerk has called on...Not comfortable with the surroundings and environment within the hotel. 더 보기

The Rodeway Inn Hotel in Tampa was the worst hotel i have ever been to. When i went to check in there was a line of angry/upset people complaining to the frot desk. There was not much help offered to them other than "you can go somewhere else. Inside the hotel itself looked terrible. Chipped paint, stained/ uneven carpet were the most not noticable […] problems. Some of the room doors were wide open and apparantly could not be closed. The carpet and paint problems continued in my room as well. I can honestly say i had never been in a hotel with roaches in the room until my stay here. My first night there i spent the majority of my time killing several roaches. There were even roach carcasses in the mini fridge. Suffice to say within an hour of staying at the Rodeway I knew i would never return and i would tell anyone who asked to make sure they did the same. there was thugs wondering the hallway, room was dingy, i felt so unsafe we stayed at another hotel.

This hotel is very old and unkept. We had no hot water for one full day!

We went for two nigths,the hotel was great,nice staff, but the bed was very uncomfortable very hard ( king size),good location,near Bush Gardens,we were looking for a nigh club near there,but we dont´t like the nighborhood near them,didn´t seem safe for stay at night..Anyway I recomend it to other people,we had a good time

Roaches were everywhere...in the bathroom, walls and floor. I don't recommend anyone stay here. The health department need to shut them down. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I booked the hotel. Worst motel I ever stayed in. Please don't come here. this is a hotel you should run away from

BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I say no more!!!!! And thugs shooting up cars in the parking lot

we accidentally booked this hotel. and I was glad when we moved on. no fan in the bathroom. and old little shampoo bottles have been placed. it smelled yucki and if it is not really necessary I wouldn't want to stay there one more time. hotel is near bush garden-amusmentpark

When I walked in the room, I was instantly moved! The room was not clean for one, and I was thinking I got what I paid for, then it seem as if I was overpriced!! I dont know if this was because of this being an independently owned hotel, To put the icing on the cake, they LOCKED us out our room demanding we pay a $150.00 unlock fee to get our stuff, so if you really plan on having company this is not the hotel for you. Because they will charge you as if they was staying overnight, even if they wasnt. So I was instructed to call the LAW ENFORCEMENT, When they arrived they saw fit for me to get my clothing and was then BANNED?? They REALLY REALLY need to do some repair work on the rooms. They also need to find a cleaning service that really cleans the rooms. First room assigned not clean, even had bugs, no sheets on the bed. Second room did not have refigerator, coffee maker or ice bucket. Request for ice bucket lead to an unsuccessful wild goose chase. Breakfast offered no decafe coffee or tea and just sugar donuts. Night clerk did his best to cope. Outside of building looked good, inside old and worn. […] General maintainance an issue. I was, so frustrated , when i came into the hotel, the bathtub was dirty, the bed covers too, the curtains had hols on it, i was so disappointed with every thing inside the room, i also don't recommend the hotel for no body, the mattress was horrible no words to describe how bad that hotel is sorry but i hated! I didn't actually stay here, as soon as i walked into the room there were coackroaches all over. the halls smell like weed. however the front desk was very nice he gave me a refund and i left.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. First i want to start off by saying that it's in a very bad neighborhood. We go inside and the lobby looked like it hasn't been remodeled since the early 1900's. The hotel has no elevator so after we went up the stairs to our room my boyfriend and I almost got high off the smoke of marijuana! There were […] ghetto weird looking people roaming the halls. I wanted to run like a bat out of hell but was exhausted from the trip. We go inside out room and it was filthy dirty. It was old and very creepy. Our a.c was barely working. We were scared to lay on the bed thinking we would catch something. We had USED soap in the bathroom which was full of dirt and hair. I couldnt believe it. Our toilet was clogged and when we went to the front desk to ask for it to get unclogged the maintance guy was dirty and drunk so the guy at the front desk handed us a plunger and asked us to do it ourselves. I was appauled!! We had ants on our bed and the pillows were paper thin. The most disgusting, horrible, dirty and unkept hotel I've ever seen!
