We stay at these during trips to the States for medical with our pets. Always good and reliable. The only issue is that the internet is wireless which creates concerns with confidential info. Have to go to lobby for hard wire.

Great place to stay with a family and a grocery store across the parking lot.

Clean, good continental breakfast, friendly hotel, conveniently located, let us check in early, room very comfy, would stay at again.

Front desk staff were the mest I have had in a long time. Very helpful and friendly throughout our 2 day stay. Excellent breakfast with great variety. Definintely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Very nice Hotel. It looks more like a studio Apt. than a hotel room. I really liked the extra space of the studio, even though we did not do any cooking. I would definitely stay there again.

The web-site pictures do not do this property enough justice! The grounds were very clean and spacious. The tennis court and outdoor swimming pool/hot tub were clean and well-kept and not too busy during our Halloween weekend stay. It is a 3-story building; and getting from the free parking lot to the secured entrance doors was a breeze. A luggage carrier […] was was available at the elevators. The 1-bedroom suite was huge with a full kitchen (large fridge, stove, microwave, large coffeemaker, glass plates/coffee mugs/wine glasses, silverware, pots/pans, cooking utensils, cutting board, dish towels, dishwasher/detergent. The only thing missing was the dish-washing liquid. Bedroom and bathroom (shower/ tub) were separated by a privacy door from the rest of the suite. Queen bed was comfy and cozy with Egyptian sheets and warm comforter. Large flat-screen tv in BOTH the living area and the bedroom! Sofa bed was very spacious and comfortable for 2 people (or maybe for 1 larger adult) and came with extra bedding/blanket. Large windows in both rooms with windows that open for fresh air and blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep! And their free breakfast...amazingly good! Texas-shaped waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, potato wedges, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, tea, coffee...the works! Served from 6-930am and plenty of food available for all patrons. My teens loved having their privacy and own tv to play their dvd's and Xbox. We couldn't hear any neighbors, and there were no security/safety issues to our cars or room the entire stay this weekend. Many restaurants near the hotel. Kroger Grocery Store is within walking distance with a gas station on the corner. The Galleria is about 15 minutes away straight down Westheimer. Sam Houston tollway (which will take you just about anywhere in Houston) is only a few minutes from the hotel. The staff...excellent! One small problem with card key reader on an exterior door of bldg. B, South end. Otherwise, a great location, very accommodating in the suite. Would choose Elmside location again and again.

I would recommend this hotel for someone who is looking for a great deal and needs a suite. The staff was very nice and maid service was terrific. Was located in a very nice area with plenty of restaurants around it. My only complaint and I do not think it is entirely the fault of the hotel is that the air conditioner was not working that great. I thought the hotel was wonderful, the customer service was very friendly, and the location was great. My only complaint was that the walls were thin and my neighbors were loud.
