리츠 칼튼 쿠알라룸푸르 (The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur) - 콸라룸푸르

호텔 예약단계에서 부터 밀착해서 도와주는 컨시어지 서비는 정말 최상이라는 생각이 든다. 쿠알라 룸푸르 시내의 요충지에 위치해서 어디로든 쉽게 접근이 가능하다. 정말 손님이 왕이라는 것을 느낄수 있게 해주는 호텔.

We have stayed in KL a number of times and experienced the excellent service and facilities offered by other 5 star hotels. We were looking forward to our stay at the Ritz Carlton as we had read the reviews and heard about the world- renowned Butler Service. From first stepping inside the hotel our expectations were let down. The building was old, the […] foyer small, and we were not able to get similar rooms on the same floor even though we had booked months in advance. We thought things would improve with the Butler Service, being told that we could order complimentary orange juice, coffee and tea at any time, so we did. What arrived was reconstituted orange juice, tepid coffee in a cup, a tea bag in some tepid water and no milk or sugar. We did not use the Butler service again. One afternoon we headed down to the pool and ordered some cocktails. They arrived with no straws or coasters and no nuts. This is not what you would expect from any reasonable 5 star establishment. To order our second round of drinks, we had to approach the bar, and they then took 20 minutes to arrive, albeit with 1 straw. We didn't stay for a third round. On check in we were asked what time we would like to have our room made up, we asked for 10am, and at times it was not completed by 4pm when we returned from a day out, in fact, it wasn't done at all on one day. On the whole, a disappointing 6 nights. Unfortunately we will not stay at the Ritz again, in KL or at any other destination. 더 보기

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was very delightful. We spent our First Anniversary there and the experience will be one to remember. The hotel and staff lived up to the standard that I had in my Mind of a Ritz-Carlton; a 5-Star top of the line hotel franchise. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had requested for a room at a higher floor […] so we could see the fire-works for the Chinese new year; which they gave us. I also asked for a complimentary upgrade and they offered it to us but said unfortunately it was not on the higher floor. I further messaged them in private if they could arrange for a rose to be placed on our bed for my wife; and to my surprise the rose was there on the bed just as I asked. And while the hotel staff member was taking us to our room she said to me quietly in ambiguous words so my wife couldnt hear or understand that "your request is placed" in regard to the rose. The room was beautiful, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the ambiance was perfect. It is very close to fancy dining areas along with Kuala Lumpurs most prestigious shopping mall: The Pavillion. I will recommend the Ritz KL to anyone, and that you will not regret it. It'll be a hotel stay that we will always remember. 더 보기

A good hotel to stay. Good deal for what it is.

unbelievable for an hotel that is supposed to be on top of hotel ranking. we check-in at 4 pm to be told that the room was not ready yet. so we had to go out shopping until the room was ready. not very good service

If you want to stay in a Ritz-Carlton once in your life time, this may be the chance. I booked here because Ritz-Carlton is usually out of my price range, but was affordable in Kuala Lumpur. Well worth the experience, as the concierge and services were awesome. But as tourists not staying in the room much, it was not necessary. Their breakfast cost […] extra but was one of the best breakfasts I've had anywhere, and I'm one of those people who travels to restaurants on TV shows in the US. The hotel is connected to JW Mariott via a mall, and their breakfast was not nearly as good. There are no tourist attractions and mass transit lines in walking distance, so stay here only if you are actually going to relax in the hotel. There are no good views of the Petronas Towers. 더 보기

I only staying one night for business here, but the staff were friendly and the location was great. I felt very well rested and relaxed due to the quality of the room and the service provided.

One of the best hotel in KL and located in the heart of shopping and business district.

a Ritz is a Ritz the world over... something indescribable about the brand...you sleep better knowing where you are.

hotel is linked to starthills & newly opened Pavilion that offers good shopping and dining options. highly recommended to try out the dining floor in basement of Starhills, especially Shook!. In Pavilion, go to Mdm Kwan's to sample local cuisine in comfortable ambience. The swimming pool in the hotel is a disappointment! As for massage, go to Thai Odysey […] in Farenheit shopping centre, which is across the hotel for authentic thai massage at half the price that the hotel spa charges. 더 보기

Relatively close to all the sights. Bukit Bintang shopping center is nearby. High-end stores around the corner. There are restaurants from many different countries within a short walk.

As a frequent traveller that has stayed in many international class hotels, I would recommend the Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpu Malaysia as the Best that stands out from the rest!! The […] minute you arrive at the doorstep, there are smiles and friendly faces to greet you and at the check in, you have the personal attention of the desk manager to swiftly check you into the Ritz and a personal escort to your room, which is a pleasant and very hospitable gesture to make you feel at home almost immediately. As I was on an early morning flight into town and needed to freshen up for the meetings, the desk manager did an excellent service to arrange for an early check in, which surprises me because many world class hotels dont normally cater to the request. My stay at the Ritz was perfect with the inroom butler service and the service levels of the Ritz family, is an experience that will linger in your hearts for a long time to come,,,,,, All i can say is .... Cleaning of room is poor (hair in bathtub and bed). No facilities at all for children. Good was the location and the breakfast and the price. But the hotel has everywhere carpet which makes it look old and dirty.

大通りからは隣のリッツカールトンレジデンスの方が大通りに近く、最初は間違えた。 ドアマンはとてもフレンドリーで親切。 シャワールームの水の温度調節が効かなかった。パスタブの方の水の温度調節は問題なかった。 冷蔵庫が大きめで、コンビニで買ってきた飲食料を冷やしておけて便利。

１歳と３歳の子供を連れて、奮発してクラブルームに泊まりました。 良かった点 　・部屋がじゅうたんで、けがの心配なし 　・デスクコーナーに仕切りがあり、子供が寝た後に読書やパソコン（有料）が可能 　・ショッピングセンターにぬれずに行けるので、 　・朝食はメインコースを　 程よい広さで快適

部屋の設備はやや古めだけれど、お部屋の広さ清潔さも申し分なく快適です。バトラーサービスも利用しましたが、迅速な対応でさすが高級ホテルだなと感心しました！ランチにホテル内の飲茶を食べたのですが、こちらも価格以上に満足度が高いです。ホテルに泊まらない人にもお勧めしたいレストランです。

my wife & I spent 4 nights and honestly, enjoyed our stay very much. the hotel is large in terms of the size, however, the ambuance is quite similar to a petite hotel. though, the noise outside is a little annoyance, considering the city center location, it is acceptable. we both wish to stay again, at our next visit to KL.

夜について1泊だけの滞在予定だったので、デラックスツインを予約していましたが、ホテルの手違いで、ダブルベッドの部屋が用意されていましたが、グレードアップしてくださり広いお部屋で快適でした。日本人スタッフが常駐していていつでもきちんと対応してくださいます。さすが、老舗ホテルです。 ブッキビンタン通りに近くどこに行くにも便利です。

場所はクアラルンプール一の繁華街ブキッビンタンにあり、モノレールの駅からも近いロケーションでした。近くにはパビリオン、ロトテンなどのショッピングセンターもあり、またコンビにも近くにあり便利でした。ホテルの従業員の接客態度、部屋の清掃などは行き届いており非常に好感が持てました。ただホテル内は静かだったのですが、繁華街にあるため夜中に騒音が聞こえてくることが有ったのはロケーションからしょうがないのかなと思いました。リッツカールトンという好感度の高いホテルを安い価格で経験できるのは、このクアラルンプールしかないのではと思います。

市街中心部にありますが、公共交通機関（モノレール）の駅から少し離れて（徒歩７～８分？）いるのが少し残念。 行動はタクシーが中心にならざるを得ませんが、日本に比べればかなり安いのでそれはそれでOKです。が、クアラルンプールは時間によりかなり渋滞がひどいのでできれば駅に近いホテルの方が良かったかな！ ホテルの雰囲気、心地よさには充分満足できます。 ホテル周辺には巨大ショッピングセンターや屋台街があり、手軽に楽しめました。
