Hotel was very nice but under construction which was frustrating due to constant banging till almost 9pm on the friday night and at 8 am Sunday morning! Other than that an enjoyable stay

When we first got there after a long 6 hr drive, there was no one at the desk, with a sign that says 'clerk will be right back'. After 15 minutes still no one there. Then finally a woman came down the stairs, talking on her cell phone. At this point there were 2 other customers also waiting for help from the front desk. We were all fairly irritated […] by then. The check in process went smoothly after we finally got looked after. We checked into the room, and all the lamps were very dusty, and there was a thick layer of dust behind the bed as well. We weren't about to go change rooms, as we were exhaused, and it wasn't a big bother to us. Then we got ready for bed, and all we could hear upstairs were elephants stomping around. I phoned the front desk to see if they could ask the people above us to quiet down (it was 11:30pm) and she said she 'would get around to it when she could'. They were still stomping around all night, thankfully we had some cottonballs that we shoved in our ears to drown out the noise. Another downfall of this hotel was the homeless people that were living in their cars taking up parking spots. It made us feel very uncomfortable, and we also couldn't find a parking spot, so we had to park down at the dairy queen. I told the girl at the front desk about this, and she just shrugged her shoulders. AVOID THIS DUMP! 더 보기

The room was dirty, the bathroom was in very poor condition. There was a hole in the ceiling where the tub in the room above me was leaking thru. Also the tub had hair all over it from the previous renter. Ibwant impressed with this hotel at all and will never stay there again. It was very unclean an not maintained at all. Had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

For the price it isn't bad. People you have to understand that North Dakota is in the middle of an oil boom and people moving here out grows constructing housing. Supply vs demand. If the price is too much consider traveling through South Dakota.

pretty pricey for a Super 8

Asked for a non-smoking room & definitely was not! The smoke smell, the dirty sock on the desk chair and the long black hair on the "clean" hand towel were enough to make me realize why this is a 2-star motel.

Old run down and like every hotel in Minot- overpriced. Holiday inn is newly remodled and comparably priced. Much better option.

There was a bad gas smell that came into the room, I closed the bathroom door and it seemed to help. The noise from the upstairs room was pretty loud. But overall it was a nice hotel.

Close to airport

Room was clean and was available when we wanted to check in early. Not close to the mall but Minot is easy to get around and not very big so location really not an issue.

The hotel was fine except the breakfast area in the morning could use more space. As it is, the breakfast is available in the lobby of the hotel which makes it a little crowded if you have several people using the services. otherwise, everything else was fine.

The room in general was acceptable, clean and with a comfortable bed and room temperature. Staff pleasant. I had to climb 3 sets of stairs several times; not fun. The refrigerator froze my food and made it unfit for consumption; very disappointed. The room was overcharged by 50 % because management has taken advantage of "the oil boom" in the western […] part of the state. I don't own an oil well and I don't make "oil wages". I will do everything in my power to stay away from Minot motels. 더 보기

The only reason I stayed here was that it was the only room available in town. It is old and dated and way over priced. Don't book unless you have to.

the bathroom, bedspread,mirrors, and coffee machine very dirty

DO NOT STAY HERE..... Hotel is old and not kept up very well. I did not feel very safe or secure in this hotel. On my last night , fights had taken place in the hallway across from my room and the police had to be called. Staff did not act too surpised or apologic of this occurrence. Go stay anywhere else but here.

I was pleased with our stay at this motel. I hadn't stayed at a S8 in several years. This one was at a premium, since the city was flooding. (the charge was the highest - of our trip, 3rd location). Having a recliner, no charge?, and breakfast was a welcome addition. The room was quiet and clean.

I stayed at this hotel only because it was the last hotel available that allows pets in Minot. The service at the counter was mediocre and the front desk smelled strongly of curry. Because of the floods, there was a boiled water advisory in effect but there was no bottled water made available either free or to buy in the rooms. The room was non-smoking […] but reeked strongly of cigarette smoke and it was apparent that the rules were not enforced as other rooms were actively smoking and you could smell it throughout the building. The capper to it all was that there are bed bugs! My wife, baby, and dog did not have a pleasant stay. This building should be condemned. The sad thing is that the proprietor was gouging extra money because of the floods. I paid more to stay here then the Marriott in downtown Minneapolis. STAY AWAY from this dump! I hope this review prevents anyone from wasting their hard earned money at this place. 더 보기

Out of 5 nights on the road this was the worst experience in a hotel we had. The cost was twice as much and the hotel was shabby. Continental breakfast was the worst out of all as well. When one of us were 5 minutes late for breakfast, nothing was offered to munch on. The conditions in Minot were not the greatest, but this had nothing to do with the […] service at this hotel. 더 보기

If you can stand the smell, no hot water, and nothing really close you might be here. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Checking in at this hotel was very slow and frustrating. The room was not clean or ready at the check-in time, which was 1pm. They gave us the room key that opened the door to disaster. The bed was not made, the garbage had not been emptied, and the toilet was not even flushed! Unfortunately, the hotel was booked and we had to settle for a quick cleaning […] job. fast and friendly, close to airport

The hotel needs some work as it is getting worn out and needs a facelift. Everything is showing its age and over use. It's also out in the boonies, so if you want centrally located, forget it. If the owners spent some money to update it I think they would be busier.

This motel was fairly convienently located which was nice, everything we needed was pretty much on the same street, from dining to the mall and even my husbands job interview. It was hard to find a room in town and we had to take a smoking room and it reaked of cigerettes! It was really disgusting, but I didn't have much choice.
