this was a fine hotel after our visit to Mt Rushmore. It's on the way out of town headed south so convenient for us, but not for everyone. If you do stay here, do you self a favor and visit the Mammoth site next door, a fun and educational experience.

I was disappointed that the wireless connection did not reach our room.it was a definate inconvenience.A the room across the hall was a smoking room& it was very noticeable,even coming into our room and down the whole room.the staff were very helpful and cheerful

Absolutely the bottom of the barrel even for Super 8. Carpets and furniture were very worn and stained. I have seen bigger bathrooms in motor homes. Literally had to put 1 foot in the tub to sit on the toilet. Front desk clerks acted like they were doing me a favor by showing up. Even after I had been standing there for 10 min. Breakfast was a box of […] store bought donuts and a loaf of bread, cereal, milk, and orange juice. There was a toaster. The milk and orange juice were room temperature. We didn't dare eat any of it. I don't expect much when I stay at this type of motel and I have stayed many times at Super 8 and others in this class, but few if any that were this bad. Like all the hotels in the Black Hills during Bike Week you can forget getting reasonable prices for nearly anything. We paid double what might be expected for a normal Super8 room. Other than that it is a good place for a clean room in a good location, but didn't have a pool and the included breakfast was nothing to write home about.

The hotel was good. Unfortunately, our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. If they charge $250 for clean-up then they should really clean it up. If you have a large family, go somewhere else. We have one child and it was cramped. Location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

They advertised Wifi but through out three day stay could not find a signal in our room or get on it while sitting next to the router. The outside had some updates done to it but the landscape was bad, piles of rocks and dead potted plants. We arrived late and left early so we didn't spend a ton of time there. The place was clean and comfortable. I couldn't get the advertised wifi to work but since it was late I didn't pursue it for very long. The selection for breakfast was small but did the job. Overall this place was nicer than other Super 8s I've stayed at.

Enjoyed the room very much. Close to sights. Nice to have a 'frige and microwave in room.

We were greeted so gracefully upon our arrival even though we were there before check-in time. I don't believe we could have asked for better treatment by the front desk clerk. The room was more than satisfactory. A very convenient location for our travels.

From the friendly deskclerk, to the clean and comfortable rooms, we were very satisfied with our stay here! My only beef is that the pool doesn't open until 10 am. boo!!! But, other then that it was perfect! Will definately stay here again!

Check-in was easy. The rooms were clean and neat. The hotel was quiet and we slept well. Check-out was just as easy. Donuts and coffee were a nice added surprise.

nice location.....wish you had a pool

Booked on short noticce in a tourist area in high season, so I was not expecting much, and I got what I expected. An older, worn property, it provided a place to shower aand rest and not much more. The "complimentary breakfast" was perhaps complimentary but not my idea of breakfast. Non smoking room stank of stale smoke. Corridors also had weird smell. Dining area fine. Morning staff much nicer than night staff.

The best hotel to the price on our 3 week trip in four states in USA.

We stayed at the Super 8 in Hot Springs for 4 days while visiting local attractions - Wind Cave, Jewel Cave, etc. The hotel is conveniently close to Wind Cave NP and its close proximity to the Mammoth Site makes it easy to find. Its a very small room, the mattresses are a bit old, saggy; clean sheets, and furniture. Room smells nice, a/c in good condition. Quiet. And plenty of hot water.

Due to items left in our room from past visitors, not much variety of Breakfast meal

The room was very small for a family of 4, especially the bathroom. The continental breakfast only offered a couple things. We bought breakfast out.

everything was taken care of from the moment we checked in.Pleasant folks, and friendly staff made our stay very comfortable, and was accessable to all the tourist sites in Hot Springs.

mehr muß nicht sein, dafür ist die Einrichtung zu schlicht und unkompfortabel.

Hôtel cher mais comme tout les hôtels dans le coin. Petit déjeuner réduit au minimum.
