The room was nice and comfy. Everything was tidy, but the tub didn't drain very well. The staff was very polite and breakfast was typical hotel fare (toast, cereal, toaster waffles, fruit, muffins, etc). Overall we had a good experience over our three night stay

The description lists complimentary internet access in the room. There was no internet service. If I had known that upfront, I would never have booked this hotel. My worker lost several hours of work time due to having no connection.

Everything was pretty good. Just one problem in that the shower didn't work. The room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

I was admittedly nervous about staying at such an inexpensive hotel, but was in town for a shower, and didn't want to spend a fortune. Pleasantly surprised. Hotel was literally immaculate. new carpeting, fresh paint, very clean. all external locks that we came into contact with were working-hotel was very secure, parking lot well-lit. Front desk was […] polite and efficient. Housekeeping better than average. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels for $150 a night more than I paid for this one and gotten a worse deal. Had to beg for towels. 3 of us only 2 towels. Toilet pluged overflowed front desk help mopped it up . Was not friendly or happy to have a job.

They hotel Clerck was very friendly and she spoke English WOW! The rooms was very clean and would stay there again.

This hotel was in a great location and was a very nice place to stop over for the evening. The rooms were clean, decent bed and the breakfast was absolutely fine. Your not paying for a 4 or 5 star but for the money your getting a good deal. Our room happened to be next to the gym and my wife took advantage of that. They were training a new clerk and […] she accidentally ran my card (because when you use hotels.com they are a third party) but the trainer caught it and no charge went to my account. The card issue is what the experienced clerk told me when I was there, but I can't see them letting you stay and not have a card on file for incidentals. My only idea is to make sure they know you booked your stay with hotels.com and go from there. She may have charged the room and there could be a separate code for incidentals. Bottom line, we stayed in a good room and left early in the morning for a good price. 더 보기

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard for being included

I did not expect to have in-room Internet, a safe, refrigerator and microwave for the price that we paid. It was great. I would have given this motel all 5s if not for the tub of cottage cheese left in the fridge and hearing the periodic footsteps of the guest above us. Neither was bad enough to request another room. If you're looking for a simple, clean room for the night. This super 8 should do just fine. I usually will avoid walking around on hotel carpets without my shoes on but the carpet in my room was unusually clean for a 2 star hotel. The bathroom was also very clean. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay and would stay again

Clean, Courteous, Comfortable

Stayed many times as stop enroute. Always consistant......clean, comfortable, good value.

My boyfriend and I were in need of a night away from everyone and everything to just relax and reconnect. Hotels.com helped me find a quiet place for us that was in our budget. I would reccomend Super 8 in New Stanton to anyone just searching for the basics in a good nights sleep.

This hotel has a larger proportion of smoking rooms, so the hallways have a smoky odor to some degree. Other than that it was very nice. Beds were okay, not great and the staff was very solicitous.

The Super 8 is a good choice to stay for a easy to get to, clean, basic, place to stay when on a road trip. I would not stay here for more than a few nights or on a vacation, if I would be spending much time in the room. The rooms are basic, a bed, simple desk and very basic chairs. I was in a handicapped accessible room, and I was really pleased with […] the cleanliness, and how well equipped and the amount of safety equipment there was. Another nice amenity to Super 8 is that they are pet friendly. The cost is low compared to other hotels. However, your pets cannot be left in the room, which can be inconvenient if you want to go to dinner. The pets must go with you. That's ok in the tempurate times of year, but in extreme cold or heat, animals cannot be left in your car. So, you better plan to grab take out and eat in your room, or if you are travelling with someone, eat in shifts while someone stays with your critter/s. Resturants are convenient to the motel, so that works out well. The location is good for the PA Turnpike and Rte 70. I definately would stay there again when passing through the area, since it is a good stopping place for me on my travels. 더 보기

Hotel was not fancy, but was a fine place for the price. Would not necessarily recommend for a long stay, but we stayed one night while travelling and found it to be adequate. Free breakfast hit the spot as well.

Location is excellent and the area resturants are super.

This was a new Super 8 so it was very nice by default. However, the way the staff was working so hard and thoughtfully indicates to me that this motel may stay pretty nice for a long time.

It was okay for my needs. However, I've found that the floors in the Super 8 Hotels tend to be thin. I arrived at midnight and at 4 am I was awoke by someone walking upstairs. I figured they would quiet down and it turns out there was a thespian competition and kept on for two hours, so the kid was probably practicing his lines. Not the hotels fault, […] but I've stayed at other Super 8s that have the same issue, so I always ask for a top floor on an end if possible 더 보기

I'm very happy with my experiece at the Super8. It had the 4 C's I needed: clean, comfortable, quiet, cost effective. Area is quiet, accessible to 70, gasoline, Subway, Bob Evans, convenience store. This will probably be the start of my new home-away-from-home.

Convenient, clean, in good condition, restaurants close, at PA Turnpike Exit 75 & Interstate 70. Stayed several times in past year. Always satisfied.

This hotel was the highest rated on Hotels.com for the price. I can see why. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, limited continental breakfast selection. There was a hair on one of the folded hand towels in the bathroom, we were only given one washcloth but two of everything else, the mattress was pretty hard and checkout took excruciatingly long. […] All in all, though, good value for money and I would return. 더 보기

The room was satisfactory for this type of hotel. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The continental breakfast in the morning was very satisfactory.

Very convenient location, close to Pittsburgh and the Laurel Highlands recreation area, as well as the Lenox Factory Outlet store. It had a nice breakfast, all the necessities in my room, helpful staff, and is close to quick food, gas, the Pa. Turnpike and Route 70. This hotel was underwhelming. Scratchy towels and broken box springs were the 2 things that come to mind. (When you sat on the bed there was a part where you went way down.) The breakfast was devoid of protein other than milk. All in all it was not the value that I experienced at several Microtels that I had stayed in earlier this year.

Was absolutely fine at a very reasonable price for the purpose of our visit. Quick overnight accomodations so we could attend a local party.

It was a great stay for both myself and my wife. Would reconmend to anyone. Very clean and the room was just right for us. Thanks

For some reason, we were given a handicapped accessible room. We told the girl at the registration desk, but she said a regular room would cost more, so we kept this one. I let her know that if the room was needed later we could move.I did not request this type of room when making the reservation with Hotels.com. The only criteria was that the room […] be non-smoking. There was a serious water main break in the town when we arrived, so there was no water pressure at the hotel when we arrived. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and although the water pressure was not restored to the hotel for hours, there were things we did in the surrounding area, and the staff thanked us for not cancelling our reservations […] and coming back. The price was right and the rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was an added plus. The only suggestion I would have, is to add a couple more pillows on each bed. One of the things I appreciate about Super 8 is the consistency of the brand. They are up front about being a budget tier property, but deliver good quality compared to their competition. This hotel was no exception. Traveling from NJ to IN and needed a place to crash. The room was clean but it did have that chemical/musty smell that I hate. I slept like a rock and didn't hear any of the neighbors (always a plus). The counter staff was extremely friendly and courteous.
