Not quiet at all. We heard our neighbours talking and fighting all night. Poor insonorisation.

We attended a 50th anniversary party, so we spent little time in the room except for sleeping. The room was too small for lounging, but was clean. It was hot, even though cool outside and we adjusted the thermostat as low as we could, even switching to A/C. I told them OK about the Green Program, but didn't realize that meant no one would even make […] up the bed or dump the wastebasket. Very convenient, though. 더 보기

club level was a joke. breakfast was to be included but the coffee was always empty. the pastry was stale and the toaster held only 2 peices of toast .never refilled coffee or anything else.i received better breakfast in hotels half the price

Ok, so we check in at 9pm on Saturday. Everything was ok. At midnight, the alarm clock in our room went off and woke us up. Then at 2am other guests were yelling at each other in the hallway, a call to the front desk did not stop the comotion for 25 minutes - they probably just got tired and went to bed. At 3:30am the room was boiling hot. Check the […] air conditioner, it was making noise but carpet all around it was soaking wet. Call the front desk, after a while we were given a new room. Slept late. When we tried to show the water pressure was so low that you had to squeeze next to the tile to get some COLD water on us. The shower was less than satisfying. When we came back again at about 9pm on Sunday. The room was not cleaned and the hotel claimed we had checked out. We got a new room and left that morning. Over all our stay was very pleasant. The only things that we were unhappy with was that the pool was not on the premises you had to exit the hotel and walk to the sports complex behind the hotel. The other thing was the fact that the only place close besides the restaurant in the hotel to get anything to eat was a 7-Eleven and a Dunkin' Doughnut . Do not stay here if you did not bring your own car. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive to the nearest subway station. What we did is that every day we would drive to the subway, park the car there (6$/day) and then take the subway to downtown Boston (about 20 minutes away). Besides that, the hotel was great. Nice hotel, lovely lobby and clean, good condition rooms. We saw tons of youth groups though so be sure to pay the premium for the club level if you don't want to be disturbed!

The hotel my husband and I wanted to stay at was booked so we chose this one. The lobby is very impressive and so is the restaurant and pool area. The rooms, however, alothough comfortable were much smaller than anticipated. It was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the expressway but besides a Dunkin Donuts, a gas station, and a Subway restaurant, […] there was nothing else in the vacinity. Overall our stay was pleasant. Family found hotel very comfortable with a good staff. Location was within reasonable driving distant to historical Boston.

We stayed for the weekend. We were disappointed with the fact they advertise the fitness center and pool to be 'part of the hotel'...however the center is actually about 100 yards away from the hotel, and is actually the Boston fitness center. You need to walk from one building to another. I think this is also a safety concern, especially with kids. […] The pool is also set up with swimming lanes...which makes it difficult for families to just have fun in the pool. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, updated and modern. The staff was professional and nice. The beds were pristine with white linens. Old hotel but still a good value. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room clean but aged. Veneer on desk was falling off.

Both of the rooms our party occupied had air conditioners that didn't function. We were given a different room the 2nd night in a section of the hotel where the "air conditioning was more reliable".

Comfortable bedding. Friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were very comfortable. I have ZERO complaints about this hotel and will return.

Although a bit of a trek from Boston this hotels afford the traveler a great, comfortable stay. Easily accessible to the city. Everything looked new and the staff were pleasant in their presentation.

No shuttle for airport, very loud noise from adjacent hwy, not a convenient location, poor value for money

hotel was ok; bed was comfy; club room food very minimal; breakfast....not worth it. pool looked old and dirty....can't tell when last time it was cleaned.

The Colonial Sheraton is not only a beautiful hotel, but clean as well. The staff was friendly (the bartender was hilarious!) and I would recommend that anyone stay there.

There must have been a big tournament near this hotel. The palce was packed with noisy kids running all over the place. We chose the Sheraton due to its reputation, but we were very disappointed this evening. The Sheraton Wakefield Hotel is very convenient to the Interstate and the surrounding areas. The hotel itself is visually appealing and the staff is courteous. However upon entering and examining my room, I noticed that the waste basket under the desk contained some empty soda and water botttles. Other than that the room seemed clean and comfortable. I […] only stayed one night, but if I had stayed more than one night I would've changed rooms. The next morning when I took a shower I discovered that the shower/plumbing wasn't working the way it should. Water came out of the shower-head but it was also coming out of the spout and the drain was very slow, so I was standing in ankle deep scummy water. I mentioned to the front desk about the shower, so hopefully they'll have that fixed for the next person. 더 보기

The hotel is perfect if you decide to stay away from Boston. Good hotel, big room, clean. Not so good if your purpose is to visit Boston

I am up in MA every month driving around on business so I stay around the state. Chose this hotel as I had a morning meeting in Woburn, which it was convenient for. Otherwise there's not much around the hotel. I got a good refundable rate on this hotel which was nice, computers in lobby didn't work very well but Starbucks in the room and HDTV were  […] nice. 더 보기

the hotel was nice but the hotel staff seemd a bit snobbish, they also mesd up the reservations for a king size bed. when i called down to speak with someone i was on hold 10 minutes then told they had no availabile rooms with 1 bed even though i had the receit saying it was for a king size bed they insisted that it was for two twin beds...even with […] the receit....guess my receit was no good?! 더 보기

The rooms were very loud we could hear everything from the room next to us and anyone walking past the room and every car that left the parking lot. We got very little sleep. The bathroom was a little dirty. I do have to sat that everyone who worked there was very nice.

I might have been expecting too much based on the "Sheraton" name, but I was very underwhelmed with our room. It was standard in size. The beds were average. The pillows and comfort level was also average. I typically get rooms at 2/3 this price at other hotels which are equally nice if not better. This was an ideal start to our holiday in America. Relaxed atmosphere of hotel combined with the 12 o'clock check out was a perfect way to begin ones holiday

Awkward location, but a great hotel. Too bad breakfast was not included, but we had it anyway and it was really delicious. Another awkward thing was that the pool was not in the hotel, but in the nearby sports club, which meant you needed to walk across the street and a parking lot to get there (closes at 7 pm, which was not convenient either). The room was cheerful looking, comfortable and quiet. A good centrally located spot to visit Salem and surrounding areas. The food in the on-site restaurant was exceptionally good and priced right.

Great beds, very quite. They even use Bliss Products. We were recommended a fabulous little breakfast diner by the receptionist.

What a pleasant surprise! Actually feeling like i got a great deal on a great hotel! I liked this one so much i am filing it away in a safe place so i dont forget for future trips!!
