The sign inside the center of the terminal suggests the Sheraton is a 500m walk from there when, in fact, it is only about 50 m. One of the most convenient airport hotels I know. If your travels rewquire you to get in and out of Amsterdam quickly then this is the hotel for you. Very convenient to transportation for people to come to meet you and the added benefit of the central train lines so you can be in the hague in well under an hour for a morning meeting and back to Amstardam for an afternoon meeting and still be alert. I would like to have seen some more flash in the hallways and rooms with a Dutch theme possibly as they are bland and booring felt like a Sheraton in Minneapolis. This is a great Hotel is you are passing through Schipol. The access to the airport & railway station underneath gives it a brilliant location. The food is adequate but drinks are good.

The perfect place to stay whilst in transit or prior to a flight. Extremely attentive staff and a comfortable room. Had a problem with the shower not draining which, whilst annoying, was more than forgivable as the staff were very quick to remedy and very apologetic. You literally never go outside to get from the terminal to this hotel. A very short walk. Plus, because Schiphol has such great shopping and a grocery store you don't have to rely on only the hotel for food though I must say the food was good. Great business hotel. Chose this hotel because of the brand and location. The location was great as we arrived after 10 pm so not far to go. The welcome was abysmal, very unhelpful staff, unfriendly and not at all welcoming. The room was cramped and the matress was lumpy and needs to be replaced, the pillows were not the usual quality and also need replacing. Not a good […] night sleep at all. In relation to other top of the line Sheratons this hotel was like the Holiday Inn Express and we would have been better off taking a cab for the extra Euros and time to a similar priced better quality hotel in Amsterdam. Typtical business hotel. American size rooms

Great hotel experience for most convenient hotel to Amsterdam Airport. American style, luxury hotel, clean good size contemporary style rooms. A bit pricey compared to other surrounding options but hotel is absolutely up to prime standards and will not disappoint.

Wondeful location to airport and people where polite, rooms clean..however for the price, the internet access was very expensive. Good for morning flights, without the stress of getting to the airport.

This is the perfect hotel if you have an early flight at Schiphol the next day as the hotel is connect to the Schiphol main entrance (literally a ramp away) Hotel staff is very friendly, hotel is new / clean, great workout room, decent room service, etc. And if you want to pop into Amsterdam to burn some time, you're only a short train ride away. After 10 days touring southern Italy, the sheraton was an oasis. The Italian drivers all named Mario gave us concerns while in Italy, so not having to leave the area in an auto was a nice finish to our trip home. Everything except the price for breakfast the next morning were great.

This hotel is clean and modern and very convenient to Schiphol Airport, but the price tag is a bit steep.

My wife and I chose this hotel as we were ending our Baltic cruise in Amsterdam Port and returning home to Spain very early the following day. The access to the hotel is directly from (and in) the airport concourse so inclement weather is no problem - 5 minutes easy walk (with two cases). We spent only from 1300 on 6/9/09 to 0515 on 7/9/09 and had a […] light lunch, evening drinks and dinner (we had a table by the massive windows overlooking the airport activity), all very good in a fine situation. Our room was silent despite having an excellent view of the aircraft stands and taxi-ing area. Our one disappointment was that our bathroom, which had a full bath and separate shower cubicle, had no shower gel supplied and a towel was missing. Carpet,walls, mattress are worn out, rooms and corridors need face lifting , seems not much has been done , other than lobby and restaurant ,since inauguration which believe has been over 10 years

El hotel esta muy bien situado, solo cruzas una calle saliendo del aeropuerto y ahí está. Muy cómodo

Helaas was onze kamer klimatologisch zeer onplezierig. Veel te warm en VEEL TE DROOG. voor een hotel als het uwe zou dat niet moeten kunnen.

Detta hotell är helt fantastiskt! Du behöver inte gå utanför terminalen på Schiphol. Vill du åka in till centrala Amsterdam så kostar det endast 4 euro enkel resa och du kommer mitt in i gröten, dvs centralstationen. Rummen var mycket fina, be om ett rum högt upp med utsikt över landningsbanorna och man ligger och gapar när stora plan landar dygnet […] runt. Bra service, allt toppen! Hotellet er rigtig godt og ligger så man kan gå direkte til det fra lufthavnen tørskoet. Hotelet er i absolut top klasse.

Typisk bisnisshotell. Kjempedyr overnatting og frokost til over 200 per person. Ikke verdt pengene.

Ett perfekt hotell om man har någon dag att spendera i Amsterdam. Rent, snyggt och trevlig personal.
