Great hotel in a perfect location! Very clean and nice rooms...gave us an upgrade at no additional cost after arriving from Germany!

We had a great stay thanks to Murat at the front desk. He made several recommendation of what to see and do, it made our trip to Zurich. The weekend desk person Roman really helped us fix a booking with the airlines. The staff at the hotel was great. The room was one of the nicest we stayed in during our 4 week stay in Europe. nice location, close to the beautiful lke, clean & spacious room. They had compimentary crementine at the entrance, which was so nice as well!

Within seconds walking disctance from the lake and 5 - 10 min walk from Zurich old town. Although on arrival in Zurich we took a tram to the hotel from the railway station, we realised we could have wallked. Hotel is also walking distance from the delights of the Banhofstrasse. Hotel is very close to lake Zurich and 2 minutes walk to the Engebade floating swim decks. While there is no view from hotel, you are 5 mins from the heart of both the new and old town. room rates good for zurich and hotel clean and staff friendly. Good for overnight or a couple of days. better of the mid-price hotels in the area

Close to the lake, bahnhofstrasse etc. Hotel itself has comfortable rooms and clean. Would def go again!

The Sheraton Neues Schloss was wonderful. It was about a 3 minute walk away from Lake Zurich and had a wonderful reception and service team. It was slightly odd that some of the auxilary services were closed due to holiday (restaurant was closed), which I thought would be a high tourist time. Other than that, everything was quite perfect. As is the case with all European hotels, beds were too hard. Was a decent experience considering only reopened a day or two before I got there.

The staff at the hotel was responsive and informative. While anyone at the desk was as competent and helpful as any other, I'd like to say that Sebastian, the gentleman on duty at night, was the best. He had the combination of kindness, eagerness and intelligence to provide a level of service even the most demanding visitor would be pleased. I'd read some other reviews suggesting that the hotel was a bit shabby and needed updating, which appeared to be supported by the fact that the hotel was scheduled to be closed for renovations soon after my stay. But I found the hotel to be quite nice, though small, with reasonable amenities and an in room safe. It was also only a short walk to the […] conference center and the lake. I had forgotten to get a receipt from the taxi driver when I came from the airport, which I needed for reimbursement, and the staff were kind enough to get me a blank receipt from a taxi service they use. 더 보기

Luktade mögel på toletten. Fick besvär.

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, am Wochenende (Sonntag!!!!) hat das Restaurant nur zum Frühstück geöffnet! Abends war die Bar nicht besetzt, kein Raucherraum vorhanden!

Hotellet ligger i ett bra kvarter, 5 min från sjön, ca 10 min till centrum. Ganska tråkig personal, dyrt att bo där, finns säkert bättre för samma pengar.

Ett mycket bra hotell med perfekt läge, trevlig personal, stora och fräscha rum.

Hotel pas mal, par contre le restaurant une vrai arnaque, une fondu chinoise servie avec de la viande encore congelé et des frites pour 80€ à deux, j'ai jamais été autant dégouté en sortant d'un resto

A reggeli megfelelö, de az ebed es vacsora valasztek igen szükös, az arak a közepes minöseghez kepest igen magasak, valamint az eteladagok igen kicsik! Legutobb marhabelszint rendeltem, a kisebb adagot- de sajnos majdnem nagyitoval kellet keresnem a belszint a tanyeromon....!!!

Alles super, nur man sollte länger die Möglichkeit haben, etwas zu essen. City-Taxe für was ? Unverständlich solche Zusatzkosten !!!

very good room: confortable, light and spacious (we had an executive room). very close to the lake and tram station (stockerstrasse). Recommeded!
