Let's cut to the chase; this hotel is clearly a nice hotel and its got a beautiful presentation. This review has less to do with the actual hotel, and more to do with the people who work there. Of course, we all know that people will have different experiences. However this experience, was enough to make me NEVER want to revisit this place again. The […] location and facility is nice and convenient. I made a reservation at Hotels.com for this past weekend so I could see my family for Passover. I make several trips to NJ a year, and this was the first and last time I will stay at this hotel. Check-in time is 3pm. We arrived around 2:30 because our 4 hour drive from VA miraculously had no traffic pitfalls. We expected to wait around until 3 so we could check in. So, at 3pm, I asked the woman at the desk if my room was ready. She checked, and told me no, just give her a few more minutes. Ok, fine. 3:15 I return to the desk to check, and she says "I don't know when it will be ready. Try me again at 3:30." Um, ok. Now, let's keep in mind that we were a family of 3 who needed to shower, settle in, and be back out on the road to head to see our family for Passover dinner at 5:30pm. Finally at 3:30 I asked her if it was ready yet, to which she replied "I have no idea when it will be ready." I ask why this is the case since check-in was 30 minutes ago, and why she couldn't just tell me this the first time I asked. A gentleman at the desk said to wait just 5 more minutes. At this point we noticed the hotel lobby was filling up rapidly. Not only was there a dog show (thus about 20 other people with pets stuck in the lobby waiting to check in) but there was a tour bus full of people heading to a large church function standing out front. I could overhear people announcing that they had to move the time of the dog show entirely because check-in was so delayed! We were not the only people clearly upset at the disorder, but at this point, I am just confused. At 3:45, I ask to speak 더 보기

Great hotel with easy access to highway. Was not impressed with service or quality of food in restaurant. Not a busy night, had to wait for someone to come and seat me and then wasn't given a menu. Then a second person came over realized I didn't have menu and had to go get one. White wine was warm, shrimp scampi was average. I stay at alot of Sheratons […] and will stay here again, if business brings me back, but I won't be visiting restaurant. 더 보기

The Sheraton service, room and food were top rate. I would not use Hotels.com, since they did not understand what I was saying and they initially booked me a room in Staten Island when I specified Edision, NJ. Book the Sheraton directly.

We have stayed in Sheraton and same star hotels but this was not a very pleasant experience. It was more like a Highway Motel style (spend a night and move on). Room heater was noisey, Washroom floor were cold as heater vent was not blowing in washroom, coffee maker maker wouldn't start on the third morning. On our 4th night stay we could hear next […] room having Saturday night enjoyment and we couldn't sleep. We infact had to call front desk as people were loud in the hallway. We do have plans for coming summer but definitely we will not stay at this hotel for this price. 더 보기

nice staff, comfortable beds, great price, i drove farther but its was worth the price and cleaniless

There was a few areas that needs to get fix (R/R walls had holes, TV had a blue line at the middle of the screen, A/C wasn't working, etc....

The hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly. Check in and Check out were less than two minutes. The hotel lobby and hallways were very clean. My room was very clean. I was impressed with how white the comforter and pillow cases were. I would definitely visit again and recommend this place to all of my friends.

Water in the tub took too long to clear. Room not clean. AC was not effective. Had to change rooms as we asked for a king bed and got a queen bed. The staff were kind enough to change the room. Room was done without towels in the restroom.

The hotel is lacking facilities provided by 4 star hotel

The bathroom tiles had mold. The carper had stains. There was a lot of noise in the hallways. The pool wall were dirty. And to top it all the fire alarm went off at 12 midnight that seemed like an eternity. The hotel management did not apologetic or offered anything to compensate for the false alarm disturbance.

This hotel was very nice as expected from a Sheraton. The staff was great and the food from room service was wonderful. Only one complaint is our room was by the stairs and our floor was packed with kids screaming and yelling. Only late at night did they stop opening and spamming the stairs door and yelling in the hall.

I WAS TOLD BREAKFEST INCLUDED IN THE RATE. BUT AFTER I CHECKED IN , I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED PAY FOT IT . I REAUESTED TO TALK TO A MANAGER, AND I WAS REQUIED TO CONTACT TO HOTELS.COM. HAHAHA. GOOD EXCUSE.

Very enjoyable stay. Check in & out was quick, room was clean & comfortable. Appearance of entire hotel very pleasant. Will stay here again.

I booked a two-bed room. However, when I got there, after a long long wait at the reception, I was told that there is no more two-bed room left and was offered a single king-size bed. Then came to the room. I was about to make a coffee from the in-room coffee maker. I noticed the coffee make was not clean, so I flushed it three times by boiling water […] through. I took the dirty water to the reception desk and reported the problem. The gentleman said he's send someone there to clean it up. However, after having dinner, the coffe maker is still dirty. The hotel looks nice from outside and even inside, but the service is really bad. 더 보기

Stayed at the hotel with my husband for the ENOCH convention in June, close to the convention center, easy drive of 5 minutes.

I had requested two double beds, at the time of my reservation, as their were three of us. I was told this request was an option. When we got to the Sheraton, I was told that only a king size bed was available. And they would charge me $30.00 for a roll away bed. I declined and one of us slept in the chair.

Beautiful environment. Good price. Nice service. Highly recommend.

My stay was short but pleasant. I would choose this hotel again if I needed a place in that area. My only complaint was that wifi was not included in the cost of the room but was an additional charge. Room was comfortable and clean. Service was pleasant.

Great rooms. Comfortable pillows, but no free breakfast. They have a restaurant but it was $16 per person, which would have been $64 for our family of four. There is an indoor pool. Hotels.com was cheaper and I had to sit in the lobby on my droid phone to order a cheaper room than at the counter.

nice hotel only one disadvantage they charge for refrigerator $30 etc thats not good should be complimentary

This hotel had great rooms the serice was a little slow though

Nice room liked the bathroom

Easy access to I-287, pet friendly. Clean, comfortable beds. Shower was clean. Breakfast buffet was adequate.I love the fact that there is NO pet fee. We leave the room as clean as when we arrive, and appreciate not being penalized because we travel with our dogs.

Best stay ever in a hotel that also accepts dogs. Great staff. Clean room. Comfy bed. We'll be back!

The hotel is very conveniently located if you have an event at the NJ Exposition Center. The rooms are clean and nice and the bed was quite comfortable. We ordered room service a couple of times and it arrived in a really timely fashion and was quite good. When I have business in the area in the future, I will stay there again.
