Asked them 2 times for maintence to come over and fix the bathromm door track but wasnt there or too busy, all you had to do was tighten 2 screws.

We had a nice experience and it was clean. Also, very affordable and breakfast was very good. Wil definitely stay there in the future.

The rooms were very small. We were only there to sleep for one night so it wasn't a big deal, but if we were using it as "home base" for sight-seeing or for an extended stay, it might have been uncomfortably small. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.

This hotel and the one across the way are regulars for us in our periodic visits to the area. It is always clean and comfortable. We find the staff friendly. On this visit, they considerately gave us a room away from the girls soccer team, also staying there. An excellent value for your hotel dollars.

The hotel was nice and clean and everyone was very friendly!!! Only stayed a night but it was what we needed and very nice!

I LOVED this hotel! I needed to a budget-priced hotel to stay overnight after a reception in Lancaster, and my stay was wonderful. Sleep Inn and Suites is minutes away, right off Route 30. The room is super small bad experience stay somewhere else... The Bathdroom and room are so close together no refrigitator smell funky and stingy...

We have stayed at this motel several times over the past three years and the quality has gone downhill. The beds are comfortable but the furnishings need improvement. Staff seem disengaged.

I found the facilities to be clean and very presentable. The room was comfortable. The location was not too difficult to find even though I was not familiar with the area. The staff at the hotel were welcoming to me and my family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is set back from the road enough so it is quiet. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Pool is large enough. Breakfast is limited - some bran cereal would be nice. Everything at the hotel was fine, but I would like to have a refridgerator in my room. When travelling often people have food to keep cool.

The hotel staff was professional, but not overly friendly. We also encountered a major leak in the bathroom ceiling at 12:30am. The night manager was very accommodating and was able to move us to another room on the same floor. The room was on the small side, but the beds were comfortable. We may try staying here again, but unlikely.

Nice pool and hot tub. Nice breakfast, only about 6 tables total. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Maxwell House coffee was available 24 hours, along with coffeemaker in room. The kids loved it. Would return. Also use of computer, fax, copier.

I was looking for a hotel with a restuarant and this one had a burger/piza joint on the other side of the parking lot next to a mini golf. I was looking for a hotel with a jacuzzi and this one had one next to the pool which was ok. We were looking for continental breakfast and this was bare bones continental with just dry cereal, bagels, apples, and […] hard boiled eggs. We were in Lancaster (Farm Country) in August when fruit is cheap and all we were offered was apples? Would it break the bank to throw in a waffle machine and some pastries. And the fitness center was a converted storage room with one treadmill, one stationary bike, and one cross trainer. I do give praise for spacious rooms and a clean facility. This hotel was your basic chain, but the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms themselves were clean, tidy and comfortable--a little small, but all in all, a very good experience.
