The manager was not friendly, he seemed to be bothered by our request to be checked in and another request later for more soap. When I told him of a leak behind the toilet, no-one came to deal with it. Then the next day, I hit my ankle on a metal bar that was jutting out under the bed, which I didn't see because the blanket blocked it. It hurt immensely […] but there was nothing that could have been done but to complain about it to the unfriendly staff member. The pool needed to be cleaned and at breakfast we were told by the same guy that we could not take the remaining food back to our room because of the possibility of pests, so we had to waste the food. 더 보기

Good location and value . The only we issue we had was left over coffee in the coffee maker inour room.We have stayed there before and it is very clean.

The hotel is a little hard to find, but well worth the effort. I have stayed there several times before and have been very satisfied each time. The rooms are small but clean and quiet, even though it is very close to Interstate 25.

The room was a small and the toilet wouldn't stop running and there was a wierd knocking all night long. I knew where it was since I had lived in Denver years back so it was a nice area.

I booked this one cause it was a little cheaper - but went back to the Days Inn the next time I had to get a hotel, but cleaner and nicer, with the same price just about. There was a pair of boots in the closet from the previous occupant of the room - which tells me the rooms are cleaned or checked as well as they should be. The hotel is conveniently located. The rates arre fair. the staf are quite frindly and the room are clean. A good deal for the price to include a a continental breakfast.

it was ok. and the pool was ok. the food was NOTgood and there was a smell by the food bar and trash was so full .and everyone just keep walking by it tne maintenance man finley took it out. the housekeepers need to clean the room and the halls better and it would be a nice place.to stay

For the rate we paid the hotel was an excellent value. It was clean, we were treated professionally, nice lobby with coffee and snacks and the room was very neat and tidy. There is nothing I can say negative about my experience at this hotel.

This property is a bit off the beaten path and without GPS or specific directions, one could easily see a good portion of the business park it is nestled in. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the hotel. 1st time no water in the pool. When I made my reservation the 2nd time, verified pool was working. What they didn't verify is that the heater for the pool wasn't, so AGAIN unable to use. This hotel has disappointed a 11 yr old boy 2x now, in addition to his mother

The hotel needed a lot of maintenance. Air conditioner did not work. Requested it get repaired, but they never did. Shower door did not close correctly. House cleaning was non existent. It was a non smoking hotel, however, there were guests hanging out the windows on the first floor smoking. Elevator made lots of grinding noises and it moved. SO...the hotel pool was DISGUSTING!!!! It was so dirty my children refused to get in. The next day the pool was closed. That was the main reason for picking that hotel, and it was quite a disappointment. Also the fire alarm detector in our room was low on battery. I called to alert them. Although the Gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating, there was just one person the entire two days working the desk. At times I had to wait at the desk, never too long, but I did feel for the guy. There could have been more fresh fruit at breakfast, but that is just my opinion. Overall, a friendly place I would come back to.

I was not accommodated when I had a family emergency a few minutes after I checked in to the hotel. Naturally I explained to the front desk attendant and turned in my keys. The next day I called the hotel twice and they were evasive (kept telling me the General Manager was not on site throughout the day) and unaccommodating when I and Hotels.com asked […] for the unused night to be transferred to the next night. It was all about their not caring that I had a family emergency. That's not the way the big hotel chain Choice should act. Would never ever stay here again staff is horrible and rude. Dirty. All around disgusting.

inconsiderate, lousy front desk personnel. bed sheet was dirty, i would think they didnt change it because the ink stain was fresh. ..will never come back in that place.

The room was very nice and comfortable, but our AC didn't work the entire time we stayed. We asked the first morning for someone to check it out, if they did, nobody told us. It still didn't work the whole time.

Nice hotel--except the AC in my room didn't work. Wireless didn't work either for the period of my stay. Nobody offered to do anything about either--even after I alerted to the clerk to these issues on checkout. Overall, however, the hotel is nicely kept and the rooms are modern and clean, too.

The pool was cloudy, the outdoor patio area very run down and dirty with cigarette butts and trash. Pictures are much more pleasant then what it appears to be. I asked for a couple extra pillows and they could only find one flat pancake one. Towels seemed to be scarce too. The overall condition of the hotel seemed run-down and dirty. The carpet in the […] hall ways was less then maintained, down-right filthy. The shower door was broken and the carpet in the room seemed to also need steam cleaning due to lots of spots. I have seen Motel 8's in better condition. Okay place - good price, but the AC didn't work.

This motel is run well,and is easy to find.

The hotel cleanliness is extremely poor, the next morning we woke up the bed sheet had blood stains, we complained the front desk in the morning, it was not changed until the 2nd time we had requested after we came back in the evening. 2nd day after we woke up saw blood stains on the bed sheet, we complained again. For the price this hotel is ok. 2 minor complaints: 1. The TV's are old,small and burning out - hard to see 2. The "absolutely no food in rooms" posted in the continental breakfast room is insulting.

This hotel has bed bugs. Told manager/Owner and showed him three bugs we caught in a cup. Manager refused to address the problem. manager insists they have no bugs and have had no complaints even thought we gave him a cup containing three bedbugs. Would not stay again.

Chamber maids didn't have the room ready at 7:30 at night. Toilet paper roll was broken; Coors light beer bottle on the sink counter; one bed spelled like urine; no conditioner. In this economy there are people that are trainable and want to work. From a former chamber maid.

We had been on a 6000+ mile trip--this was near the end--I was thrilled to find a real step- in shower of our trip We had stayed mostly in "chain" motels, and they all had tubs, (even though we booked ADA rooms) which made it almost impossible for me to shower. The service was good, bed very comfortable, and breakfast a nice touch.

The toilet didn't work. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told he would fix it. He didn't. They attempted to change rooms, but the new room smelled like smoke, in a smoke free hotel. I still couldnt check in at 1:30 PM. they told me have to wait until 3:30 pm. 2. room didnt clean good. pillows cover didnt change clean one every day. bathroom towel found have hairs some have dirty spot 3. ants and bugs still can find in the room. 4. no small ice box in the room. not convenience in the summer hot weather.

The A/C unit was not blowing cold air. Asked to be moved to different room and had the same problem. Our room felt like a sauna!! It was not fun to sleep in.

I recommend the Sleep Inn mainly because of its location, but it is a comfortable, cheap stay, with pretty good service.

The room was nice a little small but nice. But the whole main reason we chose this room over any other room was because of the swimming pool for the kids and the stupid swimming pool wasn't working. The heater was broken and the water was freezing. My kids were so so upset about it. I wish the manager would have at least appologized or someting but […] nothing was said or done in the three days that we stayed there to fix the pool. We had some trouble with the air conditioner, but the front desk personnel were wonderful and got us into a very comfortable room. We appreciate their efforts to help us feel comfortable.

My bag was stolen from my room when i went to dinner, when you arrive, they charge a $50 deposit even though the room is paid in full and they have your credit card on file. They didnt have any of the toiletries that normal hotels have and when i asked for some they just said they were out and when i checked out, they presented me a reciept with my […] name on it and someone elses credit card information!!!!!!! The staff was friendly. The room was clean. I had reserved a handicap accessible room. There were 2 adults and 2 kids. When I checked in, they said there were no handicap rooms with more than one queen bed. Got a 3rd floor room at the end of the hall. Water pressure was very low.
