As many other reviews indicate the Lancaster Host is great place to stay while you are in the Lancaster area. I am disappointed that our facility did not meet your expectations; we recently upgraded our WIFI to fiber optic which has resolved many connection and speed issues. We are out in the midst of farm country; many local farmers utilize manure on their fields as fertilizer, very green, but can be odiferous for a day or two. We thank you for your patronage. We are disappointed that we did not meet your expectations.We did have a large contingent of soccer families in the hotel that weekend who were participating in a regional tournament in Lancaster. The noise problem was an unusual occurrence for us; I apologize for the disturbance. We learned our lesson and have noted that for 2012 tournament weekend to double the number of security guards on duty to better control noise situation. Again, thank you for your comments. I will follow up with the Front Office Manager on the shredding of the room key issue, however, our property management system disables the key access code upon check out, the key itself does not contain any personal information pertaining to a guest.
