Great Hotel, great location, very courteious staff and good service.

This hotel was very close to the train station and some restaurants, very pleasant and clean with a fun, retro-modern style. We really liked it. However I think it isn't particularly close to the old town or to the waterfront.

The hotel was nice enough. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a very short walk from the Metro which is very convenient in Lausanne. I was able to arrive at the train station from Geneva Airport and easily find the hotel. The hotel is a bit dated. They still use clunky keys that one leaves at the front desk when you are out for the day. I was slightly […] worried that anyone passing by could simply take the key if they wanted to. They are not particularly protected. The room was nice enough with a refrigerator and coffee service. Considering breakfast was 22 CH per person in the dining roomit was a good thing. Internet was also extra at 12 CH per day. I managed without. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of daytime construction going on directly on the property with a huge crane hovering over the top of the hotel. Fortunately it stopped at 5:00pm Friday for the weekend. The worst incident was upon our departure on Monday at 5:40 am. My 14 year old daughter and I had paid the bill the evening before knowing we had to make an early train to the airport. When we tried to leave the lobby the door was LOCKED and we could not get out! How scarey is that? When I called out for assistance the meanest night porter in Switzerland proceeded to yell at us gruffly that there was no Reception until 6:00pm and pointed to a sign on the counter. I explained we had to make a train and he purposely slowed down and insisted upon slowly checking to make sure our room was paid. He was obnoxious and really left a horrible impression on us. I remained calm due to the fact that we were literally at his mercy until he unlocked the door and let us escape! Very scarey indeed. We did make the train and plane and are happily home again. 더 보기

This hotel may have been the place to stay thirty years ago. It has aged badly. There is construction going on morning to night and no reduction in room rates. If you want a good night's sleep stay at a different hotel.

Hotel is under construction and you should not stay there until they finish becos it was very noisy with all the drilling.

The room was very clean and the bed was lousy, but this worked for a 1-night visit to Lausanne. The location was near some friends, but also situated well between the lake and downtown. Being right next to the train station, the neighborhood is not great, but I didn't feel unsafe either. I think they are renovating... that might help the room situa […] tion. 더 보기

This was a nice hotel. A little over priced I think for what you get. Great location, very close to the train station and the Grancy metro stop. Staff was nice. Room looked fancy, but was not that impressive.

I was there on a business trip and the moment I stepped into the hotel, it felt so "cold and hard" because of it's steel structure and dark blue furnishings. When we went upstairs, the 2 beds abd pillows were so old and soft which made our sleep so bad. Room servicing was ok, kept the room clean. Great modern hotel close to train station. Excellent value, would stay again.

Great location. Near transit system. Easy to get anywhere downtown without a car. Rooms was nice. No restaurant service though they do serve breakfast for an additional fee. Very expensive. No wi-fi access in room but there is a computer in the lobby you can use for a fee. Limited parking under the bldg and on the ground level. The metro station Grancy is within about 2-3 minutes' walk from the hotel. The staff are friendly, and the interiors are very modern and new-looking.

Location: 2 minutes walk from the main train station, 1 minute walk from the metro, 2 metro stops from the lake and 2 stops from the old city. Clean, tidy, friendly and helpful staff, good room size. No brekfast taken but very good selection of it noticed. I will use again for sure, Not disapointement at all.

I chose this hotel because of the overall high rating and 4-star rated. However, when we arrived, we feel like it just look like a 3-star hotel as the condition is quite old. However the overall service and cleanliness of the room is great. If this hotel could be renovated that's perfect.

proximo a estacao de trem e o melhor tinha uma atendente que falava portugues e tambem um rapaz que falava portugues o que facilitou muito a nossa estadia,Todos muito solicitos no hotel.Gostamos muito. O cafe da manha era caro assim nao tomamos, mas tinha uma chaleira no quarto e cafe o que nos permitiu tomar cafe no quarto.

Ich fand den Service des Hotels nicht gut. Mein Haartrockner viel jeden Morgen auseinander und wurde nicht geflickt. Obwohl im Zimmerbeschreib das Frühstück inbegriffen war, war es dann doch nicht einbegriffen. Jedoch gab es einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer mit 2 Teebeutel und 2 Portionen Kaffee. Als ich die 2 Protionen Kaffee am ersten Morgen getrunken […] hatte, wurden mir für den nächsten Morgen keine mehr zur Vergügung gestellt. Das wirelesswar sehr teuer, wo man doch heute in jedem Bergrestaurant gratis wireless bekommt. Für ein business-single room nicht sehr toll. 더 보기

Hôtel particulièrement bien situé (sur la ligne 2 du métro à 10 minutes de OUCHY et à 5 minutes de la Gare). Acceuil et chambre de bon niveau avec un rapport qualité/prix excellent pour Lausanne.

Hotel bastante dejado, no tiene la categoría de 4 estrellas. No lo recomiendo.

belle surprise, un bon rapport qualité/prix dans une ville où actuellement tout est si cher! A recommander pour son prix, sa situation à côté de la gare et des transports en commun, mais aussi à distance proche du lac. Accueil convivial.chambre spacieuse, service discret mais efficace.

In Geh-Distanz zum Bahnhof Lausanne und zur Metro, freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr "modern" und kühl, vielleicht nicht gerade charmant und gemütlich, aber funktional. Kein Grund zur Klage. Mehrere nette Cafés in der Nähe.

Detta var det värsta hotell jag checkat in på. Hissen och rummet luktade urin/avlopp och inpyrd rök. Jag bokade ett enkelrum "Superior" som bestod av en 90cm säng och rummet var ungefär dubbla den storleken. Inredningen var ofräsch och gammal, väggen med fönster var blåmålad metall och fick mig mer att tänka på en ekonomihytt på en färja än på ett hotellrum. […] Värdeboxen fungerade inte, Internet kostade extra och priset för frukost var helt orimligt högt. Att renovering på utsidan pågick framgick vid bokningen, men jag hade överseende med det eftersom jag hade förväntat mig ett fräscht 4-stjärningt hotell på insidan. Hotellet var inringat med ca 3 meter högt järnstaket och det var nästan omöjligt att hitta hotellet, än mindre ingången till det. Det var en total grusgrop runt hotellet med stora lyftkranar. Jag kände mig inte säker när jag tvingades gå under lyftkranar med dinglande bråte för att komma in i entren. Att kalla detta hotell 4-stjärnigt är ett skämt. Jag checkade ut efter 2 timmar, jag kunde inte bo där. Hoppas att de satsar på renovering av insidan istället för i så fall är läget ganska bra nära metro-stationen Grancy. 더 보기

Der 70 Jahre Style der Einrichtung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, der abgestandene Rauchgestank im Zimmer sowie die Teppiche eher nicht. Dafür ruhige Lage mitten in der city

Cet hôtel est au maximum un 3*, pour le confort moyen, la petite taille des chambres, les gels de douche bas de gamme, les fenêtres à la peinture un peu écaillée, le petit déjeuner très moyen pour même un 3*, et le bruit des voisins de chambre qui avaient organisé une fête dans leur chambre, musique incluse, jusqu'à ce que l'on demande au gardien d'intervenir, […] ce qu'il a fait un quart d'heure plus tard, vers minuit et demie; est-ce habituel dans cet hôtel? En revanche, un bon point pour les tickets transports gratuits pour Lausanne et le bon accueil. 더 보기

Hotellet ligger fabelaktig godt til i en rolig gate rett ved jernbanestasjon og metro. Hotellet har selv en restaurant, der man kan få frokost og aftens, men denne er dessverre dyr. Pris og kvalitet står ikke helt i forhold til hverandre. Det finnes imidlertid gpode muligheter både for frokost og andre måltider rett rundt hjørnet. Rommet var bra, men […] tv fungerte kun når du sto på litt under 1 m avstand fra knappen og brukte en nokså treg fjrnkontroll. 더 보기

das hotel war sauber. der style war schrecklich .. die ausstattung des zimmer entspricht auf keinen fall die eines 4*s .. die lage ist super, zwischen bahnhof und see und nahe einer metro-station. für einen kurzen aufenthalt reicht es allemal. den vollen preis würde ich für dieses hotel niemals bezahlen .. übelster 70's chic ..

Das Hotel ist sehr einfach erreichbar - vom Bahnhof nur 1 Metrostation. Ruhige Gegend ohne viel Schnickschnack.

Un hôtel 4 étoiles qui en vaut 2, une chambre à la déco des années 70 au mieux, un matelas défoncé et une chambre donnant sur un accès au garage, le tout avec des grilles sur les fenêtre. Avec en plus, des touristes quittant leurs chambres à 6h00 du matin.

très bon hôtel dans la gamme des prix moyens, dans cette ville ou les hotels sont tous assez chers... ビジネスでの利用ですが、全体的に満足してます。 利点は * Lausanne駅から近い * 地下鉄の駅(M2, Grancy)から近い * フロントの応対が丁寧 * wifi接続の電波も悪くない * レマン湖に近い(地下鉄1本でいける) 欠点は * 外観・内装はよく言えば近未来的だが、あまり日本人のイメージするヨーロッパらしさを感じない * city centerは駅を挟んだ反対側にあるため、(地下鉄または徒歩でもいけるが)少し遠く感じる

Preis Leistung prima. Lage optimal - sehr nahe zur Metro. Die Betten sind ein wenig ausgeleiert - so wie das ganze Interieur - aber für eine/zwei Nächte null problem. Frühstück Fr. 22.- p.P. etwas teuer.

Cela fait 3 fois que je passe dans le groupe (2 x City, 1 x Agora) Le personnel est nul, pas sympa, Plus question de mettre mes pieds chez vous !!!

Super Hotel für Business-Aufenthalt

très propre et beau, très bien placé, gare de metro a 80m, personnel serviable, a recommander. a noter: pas de resto, juste petit dej mais il y a un resto sympa juste a coté

Excellent acceuil - Très bon rapport qualité/prix des chambres - petit déjeuner copieux mais cher
