We stayed at the Sofitel for 6 nights with our 4 children. The hotel is in a fantastic location - just steps away from the best shopping in Paris. Every designer store is around the corner! Also, it is walking distance to every tourist site in Paris - Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elyssee, L'Arc de Triomphe, ect. Absolutely exceptional hotel; from the location to the excellent facilities and warm service. As we walked in, a lady from concierge approached us and the first person she went to was my 6 year old daughter .... and I was immediately won over. Fantastic hotel, great location (15 mins to Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame etc) and excellent staff. Would recommend and I am looking to return in the next few months!

the room service was poor the cant even make cappuccino!! the staff is not polite enough for a 5 stars hotel . i reserved a junior suite its smaller than deluxe room in other hotels. lobby was good and luxirous the rooms is elegant. I will not go there again

The location of this hotel cannot be beaten. Not only are you close to everything, but you are across from the US Embassy. This means that the street is always blocked off, making the street in front of the hotel always quiet and serene. We used the concierge quite a bit at the hotel. The concierge was quite good about making reservations, but don't […] expect him to make a lot of good suggestions. Better just to tell him where you want reservations and when. The other problem we had was that the concierge did not know that all museums were free on Bastille Day. Thus, we bought a 2-day pass that we did not even need! DO NOT eat at the hotel restaurant. It is such a ripoff. 25 euros for a bread basket and coffee! Much better deal to walk 2 blocks and have (much better) coffee, breads, eggs, and fruit at Laduree. Even better, walk only one block and have breads and coffee for only 5 euros at Bread and Roses. We also had a couple of service irregularities. We did not always get water in our room every day. One day, the cleaning people knocked a contact case down the sink and left it. Nothing terrible, but several annoyances. Again, though, if you are familiar with Paris and don't need good service and the extra amenities, the location makes it one of the best places to stay. 더 보기

Muito bom, limpo, cheiroso e proximo das melhores grifes

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, at the 2nd, early in the morning there was no power inside my room. At the 4th day, my room was not made, we were in 3 adults and after a long tourism day, when we just got at the hotel, we noticed that the room was not made and the additional bed was not prepared to rest still. It so wierd to a 5stars hotel.

Nogen støj fra gaden,på alle tidspunkter fra bla.a lastbiler med leverancer til Hoteller.

un peu cher toilettes communes du hall sales à 2 reprises sur 3 jours

Erstklassige und ausgesprochen ruhige Lage, hilfsbereiter Concierge und freundliche Receptionisten, Zimmer eher klein, Frühstück überteuert (es hat nette Cafés um die Ecke des Hotels), Minibar-Preise sehr hoch

Jeg er kommet på dette hotel, siden det blev renoveret i 90´erne. Personelet er venlige. Bellboy kan altid skaffe en taxa. DEJLIG bar BAR 30, åben fra 11 til 1. Bo midt i centrum. Løbetur langs Seinen. osv. SKØN.

Prestige suiteを予約しましたが、多分、1ランク上の部屋に自動的にupgradeしてもらえたようです。 TVが最初映らなかったのには驚きました。すぐに調整してもらえましたが、日本では考えられないことです。 隣が米国大使館なので、車の進入は規制されており、騒音はほとんどなく、静かな環境です。 主要な美術館、オペラ座近辺も徒歩15－20分の範囲内です。地下鉄の駅（コンコルド駅）も徒歩3分程度です。 ホテル内のレストラン、ルームサービスは、料理の味はそこそこ良いと思いますが、当然ながら値段がいかんせん高いので、近隣のカフェ、ブラッセリーの方が、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。 英語は問題なく通じます。 Late check-out (4pm)も無料でOKでした（ただし満室予約のときは難しいかもしれません）。 時間やシーズンの繁閑によるのかもしれませんが、check-in, […] check-outは列に並ぶことなくすぐに終わりました。 더 보기

un seul point de questionnement sur l'hotel nous avions reservé une chambre pour trois mais heureusement nous avons été surclassé de part l'exiguite des chambres de cet hotel donc de ce fait nous avonsété tres satisfait mais point d'attention lors de la réservation

la réception est classe et spacieuse mais les chambres sont assez petites. Il faut atteindre au moins la suite junior pour commencer à respirer dans la chambre. Le côté rue budha Bar est bruillant tôt le matin, mauvais pour les grace matinée ... le taxi est assez dure à trouver dans les environs. Le reste est de bon niveau.
