침실과 욕실을 비롯하여, 로비, 식당 등 모든 시설이 깨끗하며, 주변환경과 위치 또한 매우 훌륭함. 안내 또한 매우 친철하며, 아침 식사도 훌률함. 종합하면 별 4개 이상의 호텔에 못지 않아 적극 추천함.

Pros: price, location, comfort Cons: whirlpool sucks (no juice) and the TV was dark

It is a nice hotel, clean. But wasn't located close enough to were we want to ship Great Lakes Crossing. More in the industrial section of town. But still a nice hotel

This is a nice newer hotel that I got at a very reasonable price. Nice pool, hot tub. Wonderfully comfortable beds & what I thought would be a great selection for breakfast items. The breakfast was very disappointing as they were constantly out of everything. No one was moving very fast to replace items & people left without. We had to request housekeeping […] service while we were gone, only to return to find NO towels that we had to track down. Dirty coffee cups were left in room & we barely had enough toliet paper to make it through our stay. We had to return to the desk to have our key valadated for a 2nd night as it wasn't done upon registering. Very nice hotel but staff seem to appear non caring. 더 보기

A very nice hotel to stay, If I was in the area, I'd stay again. Though my credit card was initially declined when I checked it, I asked the clerk at the front desk to try again and it worked. It seemed she made a typo, but she's only human.

I was not happy with the add of $25.00 charge to my account. I have NOT inccured this with any other holtel that I have stay at. You already had my credit card number for esentials to my room. So why add the extra charge.

very nice reception, good breakfast, and high quality room set up. There is only drawback about the door without noise-proof. We were bothered by big noise all nights when someones opened and closed their doors. Another shock is no one clear our room and when we asked new towels for showing, the font-desk promised but we did not get them at all.

This hotel was adequate for our 12 hour stay. However, the jacuzzi was not working properly and the water was yellow and as a result, the pool was closed the next morning for "maintenance." Our 10 yr old was very disappointed. The continental breakfast was O.K., however, was mostly gone by 9:00 a.m. and did not appear to be restocked. The staff was […] extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here however the whirlpool did not appear to be working (jets) but was very warm and relaxing. Also the breakfast buffet in the morning was sparse, ran out of a lot of items - by the time we got there (1/2 hour before it ended) there was hardly anything left to eat so we grabbed THE last donut, a few bite size muffins and some apples. […] We heard a lot of people complaining. The tv in our room worked fine but we had to plug in the cord to get the cable channels, it must've been unhooked or accidentally pulled out because when we first turned on tv it was all static. Hotel is a little better each visit. Only complaint is hot tub. It's clean and plenty warm, but the jets don't work, only the circulating pumps. The pool was toasty warm too!

This Wingate in Pontiac is an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a hotel in that area. Easy to find from the interstate and within a half hour of all the main attractions in the Pontiac, Auburn Hills, and even the greater Detroit area. The price was great through Hotels.com. Loved the hotel. Cleaned to perfection - no dirt or gunge anywhere - even behind the toilet. Clean and large bed. Microwave and fridge in the room. Free wifi - that was fast and efficient. Loved the shower - its massage setting really worked. Only small issue was the fridge was not working in my room.

The Hotel was wonderful. The beds were great. We had a great time their. My brother came up and he needed a place to stay to. They set us right up. The rooms were right next each other. We both Was their because our brother pass away that was stress full enough. Wingate was wonderful we laugh with the guy in charge of rooms he was great. I even left […] my clock their he set me right up gave to my brother without a problem and than my brother could come up to see me and brought the clock. It was just amazing trip for a sad situation. 1st class customer service, breakfast, pool, workout room. Clean. Only complaint Bathroom could use updating.

This is my third visit here in the past few months and each time the place has been a little better than the previous visit. Friendly staff and clean hotel with a nice clean pool and hot tub and a better than average warm breakfast. Keep up the good work!

I received the room at a discount and was completely satisfied. The room was more than satisfactory and the hotel staff was very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was hot and hit the spot. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

A little dated, but for the price I paid I can't complain. Breakfast bar is okay. Bathroom was a little tired.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and reasonably up to date. The staff were friendly and courteous. We didn't use the gym or pool but both looked really nice. I would stay again. Oh yeah and the price was excellent.

All employees were courtious, great location just off of hwy, Very good complimentary breakfast in the morning with a large selection of food, Very clean and luxurious rooms, by far the best hotel i've ever stayed at for the money, would do it again in a heartbeat!!

One amongst a cluster of other medium quality hotels/inn's. Just across from Chrysler HQ - but from the moment you walked in you sensed a lack of cleanliness, including the room. Very nice hotel. Not far off the interstate but it was a challenge to actually get to the hotel at night. The attendants were pleasant, with a sense of humor which made checking in pleasant. The room was large, spacious, and the water pressure of the shower was noteworthy. Yes I would return to this location.

Overall this place was pretty good for the price. Room was spacious and clean, but there was no toiletries and only less than half a roll of toilet paper. A second roll was totally empty. Front desk staff supplied the needed items.

On the plus side, the introductory price was great. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. The location was good for my needs. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean during my visit. Only complaint was over breakfast, which would have been better than average (especially in this price range), except for […] the fact the electric chaffing dish was not working so the eggs and potatoes were cold. I didn't really mind until I politely pointed out the problem to the front desk and was told they knew it didn't work and had told management many times about the problem.
