Our last minute booking got us into the last room at the hotel - so we got a two room suite for two people. Checkin was quick, found a restaurant not too far away for dinner and had a nice buffet breakfast with eggs and waffles at the hotel in the morning. Only CON: soft, sagging mattress gave me a bit of a back ache.

The hotel is in need of a make over and the room isn't cleaned thoroughly, dust in the corners and along baseboards stained carpet etc

I checked into this hotel with my fiance. We were going to a 2 day workshop nearby. Initially we were not impressed with our room. The bed was very uncomfortable and the furniture and appliances and fixtures looked very worn.The room was very clean. The a/c in the room wasn't working well. It kept turning off before the room cooled. We complained and […] the following day we were moved to a room that had a much better quality bed, a fridge, microwave and working a/c. The staff was gracious with our requests and accomodated us quickly. That evening there was a tornado and the hotel sustained damage. Many cars in the parking lot were also damaged from hail. My car was severely damaged. We were 4 hours from home without transportation, and had just been in a very scary situation, It was stressful. The manager and staff were helpful in providing bags to cover the windshields and any other assistance needed. We were not sure if we would be able to get a rental car on a Sunday and we had the 2nd day of our workshop to attend. The manager allowed us to stay in the room until 6pm with no charge (checkout was 11am). He also was gracious enough to allow me to leave my car in the hotel lot until the insurance company can look at it and have it towed. The staff made us aware of the plans to renovate and improve the hotel and we believe that with these improvements, it will be a top notch hotel. The staff is lovely, and the hotel structure is nice. The hotel isn't in the best shape and shows wear but for the price it works just fine.

It wasn't the nicest hotel in the world, but after reading the reviews a was a little worried. The hotel has changed ownership and I believe that made a big difference. The breakfast was great, I was expecting some coffee and maybe a bagel or something, but it was a pretty decent spread and fresh too. Also the staff was very courteous. The building […] could do with some repairs like the ceiling in my room was in bad shape, but other than that and the fact that I was in a smoking room and had trouble getting an ashtray, no real complaints. 더 보기

Great renovations and very clean but the spa is odds permanently. The outdoor walk to the pool was very nice bug it was closed and the breakfast was very good. General stuff but free so I'm all for going back anytime.

The staff was really nice but the bed was the worst bed I think I have ever slept on. The website advertised them as plush.Ha! They were the farthest thing from plush! Location is hard to find too.

Everything went well however I'm not sure why my room was not done for the three days I was there. In spite of that I would recommend it.

We stayed 4 nights and overall were very pleased. The hotel is a little run down and in need of maintenance, but our room was very adequate and clean. Breakfast was good, but go early. They run out of some items and don't replace them. There is an elevator at the far end, but we used the stairs to our second floor room. Great location. Quiet area, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast included. Hot scrambled eggs, biscuts and gravy, Belguim waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins. Our room was very nice and clean!!! Would highly recomend this hotel to anybody. Shopping centers and restuarants close by.

Matresses were torn and stained badly. Bathroom wash old and in dire need of remoldel.

It's not the Ritz Carlton, but a great choice. We have stayed here twice now and would return again. The staff is extremely friendly, even the morning cook remembered us from our previous stay. Great central location.

I have a pleasant stay at hotel.These people provide breakfast as well which was not being mentioned on hotels.com.

I was a little hesitant about the quality of this Days Inn since the price was so reasonable. A fellow business person paid more than twice the amount that I did at another nearby hotel, and he admitted that he should've chosen this hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating, room clean & comfortable, free hot breakfast (although I didn't expect it) […] lobby just as nice as more expensive hotels. When I pulled up to the hotel I thought it was shut down. It looked deserted. The room was filthy ; carpet filthy, furniture was broken, carpet behind the bed was atrocious. I did not sleep on the sheets. I did not sleep in my pajamas fir fear if bed bugs. NEVER AGAIN! GROSS HOTEL!

The Hotel was good enough my stay was comfortable. Though i did not stay in my room for long hours in 2days stay. they made the sure that the room was neat everyday.............

good hotel for the price. good people working there. best cheap hotel in saint louis by far.

The only problem I had was the shower head in the bathroom. They really need to change those out. I used a towel and soap to clean if off..

The Days Inn was quite scary to be honest. The hotel was in poor condition inside and out and looked all but deserted. I promptly cancelled the reservation upon seeing the room, which was in poor condition. The bathroom was gross and the carpet was badly stained throughout the room and the interior of the hotel. This is a decent hotel,the breakfast is good.On this trip we had no hot water in our shower. We called and were told to let it run for 5 minutes. It never got hot. There was no HBO.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room comfortably accommodated the kids. Breakfast was great. I'll definitely stay the again.

Christina was wonderful. They treated me like a queen and service was fabulous. The exercise equipment needs to be repaired, none of it worked at all. The hot tub was broken when I got there and then it was repaired in one day, although it was murky looking so I didn't take a chance getting in it. The place was the best i have ever been in. But that's not saying much. There was a lot of small imperfections. spot's in the carpet, side doors would not open with key cards, little mold in the bathroom, Those were not much. But king size bed with pillow-top was a lie. Flat as a floor and not much comfort to it. And hot water was not much. A big improvement […] would be to put the soup dispenser lower so people that chose to take a bath can reach it! 더 보기

Nothing too exciting at this hotel. Staff was courteous but I didn't require much. Relatively close to downtown St Louis. Id stay again if I needed a place to crash after a baseball game.

Albeit we were just looking for a place to sleep and not a 4 Star hotel, and this is what we got. Nothing fancy. Was concerned that the security of the rear door. The lock didn't work and anyone; guests or not, could have access the hallway to the rooms.

Lobby and staff were great. Unlike the lobby, the rooms could use some update, but still very clean. The breakfast was not so good but for the price, it was acceptable. Overall, it definately fit our need!

We have stayed here many times. With satisfaction. This time there was a scumy film on the hot tub. Dirty carpets, a suspicious stain on the couch, hairs in the bathtub. Overall, the next time we are in St. Louis we will definitely NOT be staying here again! The only thing that was not too bad was the breakfast.

There was some sort of reunion at the hotel so it was pretty crazy around there. The lady that checked us in was overwhelmed but very nice. Check out guy was rude.

Upon getting to our room we did not have towels and the carpet was dirty and frayed. We attempted to call the front desk only to find that the phone would not work and had no dial tone no matter what we did. My husband went to the desk to get towels and they would only give him 2 despite the fact we had three people. The bathroom counter was a mess it looked like they just threw everything around. We also only had 3 pillows and no extra blankets. We were happy with the hotel and the location close to 270. The hotel staff was nice. The bed was not very comfortable. You could hear people in the hallway talking. The breakfast was not comparable to other hotels at this price point - we tried it the first morning but ended up having to get breakfast elsewhere. if you are looking for a surprisingly amazing hotel for the price, this is the one. This days inn has the look of a VERY epxensive hotel, updated rooms, and outstanding service for a reasonable price. The wifi was flawless, very fast.

It was 85 in my room because to AC was not blowing cold. So i asked to be moved to a room with working AC so i was moved to a room that was never any cooler than 80. i had to go to walmart at 2:00am to buy a fan.

We were disappointed with this hotel! I'll just make a list: "Queen" beds are not queens at all. Might pass for full size. Wallpaper peeling off the walls and carpets coming up. A foul smelling elevator. Evidently there was a towel shortage. They would not give us any more towels until we turned in our dirty ones. (There were only 2 in the room and […] we had 3 guests in our room) The magnetic card readers on the outside entrances were not working so the door were propped open. (real safe!) The rate is great, but the pool does not get cleaned daily and there is mold in the showers. You would think they would put newer drawers in the rooms as well.

The hotel was easy to get to and in a safe part of town. The employees were helpful and friendly. On the down side it was not very well maintained and there was only one elevator. We had two rooms booked. The balcony room was fine, but the room across the hall had a leaky air conditioner, the smoke alarm kept going off (so we removed the batteries) […] we had to go down and get extra towels and cloths and the soap dispensers were empty. I saw this inn recently switched ownership and brands, but I was surprised at it's condition. Usually when you take over a business you want to create a new image, but all I saw was old and run down with ice machines out of order and many repairs needed to the building itself. The staff was also terrible to deal with as the desk help was still training […] and appeared to have come from other motels as they argued amongst themselves as to how to handle things. Check-in was long and frustrating. Finally, breakfast was very sparse and rarely refreshed with new food. Felt like we spent at least $25 too much for the room for what we received. The air conditioner in our room barely worked and was very noisy. Also the pool was not heated and the water was cold. Also the breakfast in the morning started over 30 minutes late
