Very pleasant hotel in a great location in the heart of Helsinki. Room was a good size, as was the bathroom and very comfortable. They seemed a little understaffed at the desk leading to some delays on occasion. For some reason they refused to change euro denominated traveller checks. The hotel is quite lovely, and obviously a well maintained property. I had a deluxe suite, which was extremely comfortable and well appointed, no complaints there. However, for the price that was charged, I was surprised and dismayed that nothing was included that would normally be considered standard. We went downstairs to have breakfast at the provided […] buffet and was surprised to find a bill for the very pricey meal on my room fees. The hotel further states that internet is provided in the room, and hotel common areas, - it is, but also at a premium fee. If you have work to do, or want to have a leisurely breakfast in the hotel without breaking the bank, this is not the hotel to do it in. 더 보기

Fantastic location. Everything you wana see / do is around here. However, for the rates that the hotel charges, the rooms could be better. The upholstery is withering and the carpets inside the room and in the pathways are old. Still looks grand but overall, the place is looking kind of old now. A truly fantastic hotel right in the heart of Helsinki. Surrounded by all the must see places and fantastic shopping and restaurants. This was my first trip to Finland and was amazed by the level of customer service we experienced. No request, at any time of the day was too much for the polite and curtious staff at this truly 5 star hotel. I appreciate […] that hotel kamp is by no means cheap, but Helsinki is not a cheap place to visit, but as my grandmother always told me, you should never mind paying extra for something if it is real quality. I cannot thank the hotel staff enough for their help and advice and their willingness to accommodate our 14 month old little girl. It is always a pleasure to stay at Hotel Kamp, certainly with the reputation of the finest hotel in Helsinki. I have been a frequent guest of the hotel for the past 5 years. During that time, however, I have noticed the small things....towels that are not quite white....condition of the chairs and sofas in the rooms not quite clean...not as nice amenities […] in the bathrooms. I am a native Finn from Helsinki, living now abroad. Whenever I am in town, I go to Kamp. It is centrally located, walking distance from almost everywhere, including a few Michelin star restaurants. The staff is good. My only complaint would be that the reception seems to often be manned by only one person.

The best hotel I've ever stayed. I stayed with my family, wife and 4-year-old boy, everybody loves this hotel.

Great location, peaceful and quiet room and lobby. Kamp galleria closeby plus many restaurants. Only negative things are expensive wifi and breakfast. We preferred Fazer Café just accross street which was nice. Definitely will recommend this hotell. My wife also liked the day spa.

Kamp hotel is a 5 star hotel, everything is great but they overcharge for wireless internet for every 24 hours. I have been to Kamp several times on a business trip and I always try to negotiate for a free wireless internet, sometimes it works and sometimes not. Hotel this standard should offer free wireless internet.

Absolute delight to be able to stay in this hotel. Great hospitality, very nice classy hotel. Would love to have more vegetarian food choices in the hotel's restaurant. Overall was very pleased and would definitely stay he re again.

The Kamp is an opulent hotel with huge, comfortable rooms and a very attentive staff in the heart of Helsinki on the Esplanade and near the main street of Mannerheimintie and the charming Market Square.

This was my second stay at the Kamp and everything was excellent. Room cleanliness and service at reception were absolutely top notch. Only (slight) grumbles were no tea making facilities in the room (but provided in five minutes upon request) and the cost of wi-fi but thats it. The hotel location is without doubt the best in Helsinki. The rooms are of adequate size but by no means generous, with overall cleanliness living a little to be desired (rings on both tables in my room). The bed was very comfortable, room was spacious, attractive, clean. Restaurant very good, though breakfast was pricey, as was the wired Internet. We may not have shopped our menu options well enough at breakfast. We seem to have gotten the full buffet though we didn't eat so much.

A friend told us to stay here, as he stays at Kamp for business all the time. We stayed here one night, and stayed at Hotel GLO (down the block, and part of the same company of hotels) another night. Both were nice (different, but nice.) Kamp was just better, more high-end. Great for work or leisure travel. Downside - internet was not free in the room, […] and for us breakfast was not included. At GLO, we did get breakfast and internet... but I still prefer Kamp. (Both share the same gym and spa.) 더 보기

Everything was great...except charging 7 euros an hour for Internet is archaic...get in the 21st century...otherwise it is the best hotel in Helsinki..ok a little pricey $40 hamburgers

I think this hotel is ok for business travelers, but for a leisure traveler I don't think this one provides the best experience and I'd pass next time. The problem is that it seemed like every little thing in the room had a price tag on it or came with an outrageous extra charge. Need to use the umbrella, contact the lobby for pricing, want a different […] kind of pillow, contact the lobby for pricing, need to use the internet, 20 euro charge no problem. I mean even the mini bar is one of those kinds where if you accidentally touch something it electronically bills you automatically. Charging extra for everything is ok if you are a business traveler and someone else is paying, but if you are a leisure traveler and have put down your own hard earned money (especially at what you pay a night here), wondering if you are going to be charged for every little thing in the room takes away from the leisure experience in my view. Instead of being relaxing and fun, it was actually borderline stressing (like am I going to be charged if I use this coffee mug, it does say it can mine for the low price of 20 euro). The good things is that the location is the best in Helsinki and the room was very comfortably furnished. But otherwise I would suggest leisure travelers try something else. 더 보기

Kaikki onnistui erittäin hyvin. 60v-brunssin jälkeen oli mukava kuulla hovimestarilta, että kvartettilaulumme oli miellyttänyt muitakin brasserie-asiakkaita, samoin hänen "kutsunsa", että täällä voi laulaa muulloinkin.

Hotel Kampille antaisin ehdottomasti 5+ tähteä. Sijainti , huoneiden rauhallisuus ja miljöö näkemisen arvoinen.

Paras suomalinen hotelli, jossa olen vieraillut.

友人と２人で宿泊しました。お値打ちに５つ星に宿泊できたので予約したのですが、よく確認したらダブルのキングサイズのベット・・・でした。しかし、チェックINの際にツインベットに変更してくれました。当初予約した部屋の広さはわかりませんが、変更した部屋は角部屋で広くとても快適でした。トラムやSHOPPINGにも近くどこへ出かけるにも便利でした。また、機会があったら是非宿泊したいと思います。

Erinomainen sijainti ihan Hesingin keskustassa.Vastaanottovirkailija ystävällinen ja avulias. Huone viehättävästi kalustettu ja kylpyhuone erittäin tilava. Ainoa toivominen olisi ollut kuumavesikeitin tee-ja kahvipussein huoneessa. Voi suositella vaativillekin asiakkaille

I have heard some much about Kämp as an Instutition . The experience confirms that this is true and I certainly recommend the hotell to anyone visting Helsinki. For the night or a place for a good meal or any of the other hotel facilities. A stay in the hotel even makes a visit to Helsinki more exciting

Sijainti on loistava. Autolla voi ajaa suoraan pääoven eteen ja auton pysäköinti hotellin parkkihalliin hoidetaan henkilökunnan toimesta. Vastaanottotila on yllättävän pieni, mutta silti toimiva ja viihtyisä. Huone kylpyhuoneineen oli siisti, mukava ja riittävän tilava. Muuten erinomainen hotelli, mutta toivoisin että vastaanotossa olisi enemmän henkilökuntaa. Olen kolme kertaa vieraillut hotellissa ja joka kerta jonottanut vastaanotossa aika kauan. Virkailijat puhuvat puhelimessa, ottavat huonevarauksia vastaan ja tämä tehtävä ei kuulu tiskille silloin kun asiakkaat odottavat vuoroaan tiskillä. Hotel en muy buenas condiciones y con una localización inmejorable. Necesita una pequeña remodelación, pero en términos generales vale la pena. La relación calidad precio es muy aceptable.

Tout d'abord sa situation géographique, car nous étions vraiment au coeur de la ville d'Helsinki, et à proximité de toutes les grandes enseignes comme des sites touristiques et des lieux culturels. La ville peut se visiter entièrement à pied depuis l'hôtel Kamp. L'accueil et la réception sont de toutes qualités. […] Notre chambre Deluxe était spacieuse, confortable, propre et silencieuse en tous points. Le petit déjeuner y est cher, et vous préférerez sans doute traverser la rue pour trouver le buffet dans l'établissement d'en face qui vous offrira aussi son Wifi, car l'hôtel Kamp facture plus de €20 la journée de Wifi. Läget är toppen med 20 meter till Kafe Fazer och mitt i centrum. En lyxig och ombonad interiör som får en att trivas.

Vietimme vaimoni kanssa hääpäivää kyseisessä hotellissa, ja hoteli oli aivan mahtava. Jos jotai miinusta pitää hakea niin hintavahan se on. Miinukseksi voi myös lukea kamp span jossa ei saanut mielestänä rahoille vastinetta. Muuten kaikki oli juurikin viimeisenpäälle kohdillaan.
