Poor service ,Breakfast dreadful, Staff lacked local knowledge and had poor customer care skills , Hotel needs a complete makeover and staff training programme. Would not recommend this Hotel to my worst enemy.

Besides the noise, the hotel was very convenient. Interior is quite worn out, but great price value. Close to Manukau City and very friendly staff.

if you need to overnight in auckland this is a really good value hotel. nothing exciting then what do you really expect for the price. you need to ring the hotel. on left near mcdonalds there are free phones for the hotels but couldn't see this hotel listed. but near there are free AA accommodation books - look up the hotel there for a free 0800 number […] for them to pick you up. Hotel is a good 15 mins from airport so allow at least 30 mins for the pick up. hotel is more than adequate for an overnight stay especially at the hotels.com price 더 보기

Very poorly maintained - needs refurbishing. Holes in carpet, torn curtains - reasonably clean. Wouldn't go back.

Great for the money. Much more than we expected. Very helpful staff. Will stay again.

Room was nice and hotel is in a great location for travel to and from Auckland airport. Only disappointment was being disturbed by cleaning staff to ask when I was checking out, despite using the Do Not Disturb sign and the hotel having a standard check out time.

It was a very nice stay, close to everything and very peaceful. Loved the staff, and the room service was SUPER quick!! THANK YOU very much Silver Oaks INN

Staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel is a little old but it's clean and tidy. Easily accesible to ammenities and rate is fantastic too!

I like this motel it has been 6 years since I go there approximately every month. I recommend him(it) to all my friends because I do not have to complain. The welcome(reception) is formidable they are very kind and the establishment is quiet and appropriate(clean). Thank you for your kindness and the price is correct

Indian staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout, and so were the housemaids. Room comfortable quiet and clean...great...however: Found the outer glass sliding door to room 113 was screwed shut. Never come across this before. This is a significant risk in event of an emergency.No fire alarm either and its a smokers room as well. Stayed 3 nights […] and sought a 4th night at same rates.Was told that I had to book through Hotels.com. Ridiculous since hotel was not full. So I left and spent 4th night down the road.Receptionist on (early shift 19 May 2011) was unfriendly and not very helpful. The final account statement should always show a nil balance.In this hotel the statement showed money owing without reference to the settlement of the account. This should be changed, 더 보기

The rooms were in need of a good vacum, my daughter was alarmed to see spiders in the lounge and baby cockroaches on the kitchen bench and in the bathroom, The rooms were adequate but thats about all I will say, as far as overall stay, it served its purpose, but I have stayed in better and cleaner for less money.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and very helpful, the restaurant serves fabulous food, but a word of warning they do not do small portions !! My room was located overlooking a park which had a skateboard ramp, noisy after school and weekends, if staying there try to get a room on the other side of the hotel, also it is quite close to the flight path which […] can be busy, but you do get used to it. Breakfast could do with a little more variety. Evening meal in restaurant was very good. Bathroom should have been cleaner, dirty sink and toilet lid. Would stay again. Staff very polite and helpful. Location quiet and room good. Good value for the money.

Very convenient stay and easy access to Auckland Airport avoiding Auckland itself. Used it at start and end of N Island visit. Very close to main access roads.

This hotel was probably very nice years ago but now it is old and outdated. Could use some remodelling.

Despite the tired old furnishings and damaged fittings, this room was fairly clean and well presented. I would not suggest this for a holiday, however it is economical and good value for money during a last minute trip or short stay.

We chose this motel because of its proximity to the airport, bus stops and train station, its quiet setting, and its free airport shuttle service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the standard of cleanliness could be improved and some repairs made.

Hotel is getting a little old now and could possibly do with a bit of renovation. However, staff are excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, perfect location near airport and motorway south, and breakfast was great. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Et meget dårligt hotel. Ingen service og møj beskidt. Men prisen fejlede absolut ikke noget - faktisk i den høj ende for området! Jeg kommer ikke tilbage.

bonne situation par rapport à l'aéroport pour les départ tôt et beaucoup de boutique à proximité ,il faut avoir 1 voiture pour circuler et visiter les environs c'est mieux et facile

hotel 1 peu vieillissant ,couvre lit ancien ,mais hotel bien placé à manukau, très calme ,personnel agréable ,proche des boutiques et surtout de l'aéroport si départ tôt car pas de risque d'embouteillage par rapport à auckland city
