The hot water did not work, the bed was not clean nor was the floors it had a bad odor also! The tub would not even hold water and they didnt give us a new room or call back about the situation!

Hotel was pretty good and decent price. Customer service was excellent. Only complaint would be the noisy A/C. it was extremely loud each time it kicked on and would make it difficult for a light sleeper to get much sleep. I was eventually able to fall asleep but my husband had a very difficult time doing so.

We were in town for a family emergency and needed a room for one night. Not wanting to spend a lot of money, a hotel in close proximity to the hospital and close to our family. Found the Extended Stay in Mesa but were concerned by the cost being so low. We were very surprised to find it to fit our needs perfectly. A great value and a real find.

Simple... *No pillow cases on pillows, had to ask for some. *Bed old and sqeeky with stained sheets. *Internet speed incredibly slow, only $5 for entire stay but if you wanted it faster then a snail's pace you have to pay extra. *Check out is at 11am but at 9am I received a call from front desk clerk, "Are you leaving?" The advantages for us have been: proximity to our travel destination (visiting family), convenient to get to from Hwy 60, it has a super market across the street, has a nice office park next to it for taking early morning walks, always a good price, adequate kitchenette (similar to camping) for simple meals. The amenities are really minimal, so bring […] your own shampoo (or buy it from the front desk). Bring your own alarm clock. They do have an iron and a place to do laundry. Wireless internet is fee based. Recently, for the first time, we heard noisy neighbors late at night. Usually these Ext. Stay hotels are filled with single travelers or seniors who make no audible sound. Maybe the baseball season made the difference. We'll go back a couple of times a year. 더 보기

The bed was completely uncomfortable. If I had to stay at this hotel for any length of time, my back would be completely stiff and hurting. The pillows were definitely very small and flat. I did love the hot shower with lot's of pressure.

I spent almost a week at the Extended Stay Mesa Phx. I lived in the neighborhood which was why i chose this particular hotel. Overall the hotel was clean and quiet. The desk staff was pleasant and helpful. I have no complaints. I will stay there again. Soon!
