We were very happy with this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again next time we're in the area.

The staff was very friendly & accomodating; great location. I will defintiley return if the need arises. The weather wasn't the best-wish the staff could have done something about the weather!! :-)

The recently re-furbished hotel is beautiful and very clean. Would highly recommend it.

Great location on Scottsdale Road, near shopping and restaurants. Accommodations were nice and clean. Breakfasts were very good. Exercise facility was small but adequate as was the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Lobby under construction. Dry wall dust everywhere, including the hotel room on 4th floor. Breakfast in hallway was cold and minimal.. They need to finish this mess.

We were in town for the BrasilFest at the Musical Instrument Museum. This was very convenient. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Room was nice, could use a TV upgrade, position of TV in room is average, nice hotel and will stay again

We really enjoyed out stay at Spring Hill. The room was spotless, quiet and the bed very comfortable. The staff was professional and courteous. The breakfast served in the morning was excellent.

The location was great....Plenty of restaurants in the area that are far above average.....The continental breakfast was superior to others that we have had.....Excellent shopping....Can't say enough good things about the hotel.....Try it....you'll really like it.....we did....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This booking was a last minute addition. My mother-in-law was hospitalized like 4 minutes from the hotel so location was convenient. I love Springhill Suites regardless!!!

I love staying at Spring Hill Suites!!!! however, I do prefer the Tempe location.

No manager on duty during the day? Front desk girl to busy reading a novel ( actually audacious enough to being reading it as I walked up ) to bothered by my disappointment...as if it was beneath her to be concerned with such small things. I had to "ask" her formally to make coffee for the lobby since the guest services list was "wrong" even though […] it clearly states coffee ready 24 hours a day...she stated that it is in fact "upon request". She also made a personal excuse as to why she did not have a name tag! How professional is that??? Additionally, a noisy air conditioner READ: VERY NOISY. They were also selling expired food...I saw the date was 1 month passed NOT KIDDING 1 month passed expiration. Beware even though its slow season you can not slack like this in running a hotel, EVER. 더 보기

Rooms were nice but, could be a little darker in the morning. Great location. Close to restaurants.

The only issue with this hotel was that there was a college team staying there when we were there. This was not the hotel's problem as we've never had an issue with this hotel and stay there frequently. The college kids were just that, college kids, most were well behaved, but there were just a lot of them. The hotel is a little worn, but not too, too bad. My room was clean and maid service good. Bath towels a little thin, but all in all a reasonable mid level hotel.

This was a great place. It was a nice surprise to walk in and the place was spotless. The staff was friendly. Our room was incredible - just a standard room at that - but big and roomy and very clean and neat. We'll definately stay here again.

This hotel was clean, close to shopping, Mayo Hospital and good eating places. Just what we were looking for.

The hotel is very nice. The only issue was after getting home, I saw that there was a $17.26 charge on my credit card for a movie which should have not been there and not mentioned to my wife a check out. But it was resolved quickly upon my call to the hotel.

We were checking out of a Time Share resort at 11am on Thanksgiving Day with a meal to be prepared at my sister's house. We called the Springhill Suites and the management was very accommodating, giving us access to our room at 9AM so that we could just move our luggage and be on our way to cook Thanksgiving Dinner.

everyone that works there was great, computers and printing available at no cost, very clean and breakfast is included

This is our second time staying there and we were happy with the room, location and price. Free wifi was a plus since allot of places charge now.
