I only had to stay 1 night at this location as I was traveling cross country, but I would of loved to stay longer!! Check in was easy , except that they had to double check to see if room was clean and ready( it was 6pm I would of hoped it was ready) , but the desk clerk was reall nice and checked herself and it was just fine. Room was large enough, […] clean and bed was very comfortable. Parking was conveniant and area had several options for food and stores. Easy access on and off highway. JUst beware the streets are numbered funny. 114th street is opposite side of street than 111th street...a little confusing but the hotel itself was very much appreciated after a long drive. Quick and easy access to I-35 and I-80. Pleasant and helpful staff. Had to drive to get to restaurants. Refrigerator noisy; ran continuously. Free wireless internet, electrical outlet and wall light near small table a convenience for plugging in laptop. Would stay there again, but would ask for a room where the refrigerator wasn't so noisy.

The hotel and staff where nice. There was no cable the tvs were very old. And room reaked of smoke. If they updated the doom I would stay again.

I stayed one night and was just needing a place to sleep. The hotel provided for that need. It's convenient to the highway and the staff were friendly. The rooms are not up to the standards of say, Hampton Inn, but the price was right.

There were dirty towels at the entrance to the hotel that had not moved in two days. The garbage can was over full and had not been changed in two days. The room was nice and comfortable and cared for.

Clean hotel with a 2 burner cook top that was ideal for a long term stay since I was working in Downtown Des Moines. The staff was very friendly & the room was adequate for the stay. The room I was in had a 13" TV. I'm not a big TV person, but when you are away from home it would be nice to watch something. The bed was not comfortable. Very convenient to highways and business, basic lodging without pool or amenities, but clean and well equipped kitchen. Would stay again.

Location was a little crazy but it was great service and room.

I only stayed for one night, but it was a very comfortable night. The rate with this website was a huge discount from the normal price, so I was happy with that. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave too. The bed was comfy and the room was really spacious.

we had asked for a non-smoking room but when we opened the door, the room had a very strong odor, like the smoking smell was being covered up with air freshener. the rug was very stained and had not been vacuumed since the last occupant. when we attempted to make coffee in the morning, the previous occupant"s coffee was still in the filter! we discarded […] the grounds and started to make a fresh pot only to discover that there were no cups. Easy to find, clean, friendly staff. First stay at "extended stay" hotel - was impressed. Only negative I can mention is that the matress was a bit hard, but, I am used to a sleep number bed.

First stay in an "extended" motel. Desk clerks were friendly, room neat and clean, great value for the money. Was comparable to other places I stayed and paid much more for. I had read description before visit, so knew to take a hair dryer, which was not furnished here. Only negative was that matress was a little hard, compared to what I'm used to (sleep […] number bed), but, by the 3rd night stay, I didn't notice it anymore and slept like a baby.
