Did the job perfectly amazing staff

the phone didn't work. This is a safety issue and a convenience issue - cell phones don't always work in a hotel. Bathroom was not cleaned well. No hair dryer. No pool. Room was dirty.

Only update to hotel is front desk. Room smelled. Bed was terrible. No ice machines. terrible views. Extremely overpriced. Pay the extra $ to stay somewhere else.

The location of this hotel is great and it is right off the interstate. The rooms are decent, reasonably clean, and the staff is decent (but certainly not overly friendly though, LOL). The bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable, but thats about the only negative issue I had with the room.

For an extended stay hotel, we expected the amenities to be a little nicer. The towels were thin and scratchy. The soap was the tiniest of slivers. No hairdryer. The television remote control didn't work. Only one envelope of coffee and no decaf for the coffeemaker. The whole place felt a little gritty and in need of an update. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There's not much of a view and it's a bit of a pain driving across the river to get to Cincy. But, the rooms were huge - loved having a fridge, tv was nice, beds were comfy, close to several food options. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly :)

This place is a good price, even for 1-2 nights, though I'm sure it's cheaper for long-term trips. It is easy to get to from the highway but is not near any pedestrian bridges back to Cincinnati. The neighborhood is full of fast food chains, gas stations, and liquor shops. Not sketchy, but not all that nice either. Hotel itself was very acceptable.

This is a great hotel. The price is good, you can cook your own food, store things in a regular sized refrigerator. Good location, Cincinatti is just across the river. Good neighborhood. My only complaint was the bed was not very comfortable.

The hotel was situated on a street with quite a few other hotels that were a little pricier, but, for the price difference, I was very please with the service, the quality and the location. We were in town for the Reds and Cardinals series and we were about a block and a half away from the shuttle that takes you into the city to save you the hassle […] of finding parking and fighting the traffic. There are a number of fast food restaurants in the area if you are looking for something quick to eat after the game. We also enjoyed walking around on the Main Strasse one morning before we went on to other things for the day. It was just close enough to the city without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Would stay there again if I were in the area. 더 보기

Check in was easy (made reservations through Hotels.com). Friendly staff. No issues with checking out either. Very easy to find and close to interstate. Also close to Reds ballpark, good restaurants and activities by the River. Very reasonable price. Would reccomend and stay again.

staying in the main strasse area of covington for the price was great and access to I-75/71 was instant. there was a kitchen and the a/c worked great...the mattress wasnt as comfortable as i would have liked tho...overall...very good.

We didn't realize that "Extended Stay" actually meant extended stay. There is a tiny kitchen in the room, with a frig, stove, sink, microwave, and they even provide cookware and dinnerware. However, there is no maid service -- it is an additional charge to have them turn down the beds and replace the towels and take out the trash. The strangest thing […] is, they only give you 1 extra roll of toilet paper, and if you run out, they charge you for more! We only stayed 2 nights, so this wasn't a problem. Still, very strange. It was overall an enjoyable stay, and it was nice having a frig and microwave in the room. I definitely wouldn't want to stay for an extended period of time though. 더 보기

I was satisfied with this hotel. The staff was very friendly. I was concerned about the noise before I arrived because it is by a bridge with heavy traffic. But the room was clean and quiet. It is close to the Riverfront and highway. Nice location.

I've stayed at several Extended Stays, but this one was the smallest by far. It was more like a studio apartment and there was no real closet. Also, the bed was kind of uncomfortable and the pillows were super soft and they only gave you one each. Now don't get me wrong, if you need a place to just lay your head, this is a nice place to go. There are […] several restaurants in the area and it's near the highway. Don't expect to many frills here, but it was clean and quiet. Oh, ladies don't forget to bring your own shampoo and conditioner because the hotel does not supply those things 더 보기

Easy walking distance from the hotel to the main streets of Covington for festivals. Numerous restaurants nearby. Going over I-75 North to get to I-471 problematic as you have to cross over two lanes on the highway very quickly. Good for smokers = suggest see if can vent the room with opening a window a tad. I was traveling with my mother, who is a smoker, so I requested a smoking room. We drove all afternoon and planned to check in and go to dinner. Check in was quick and painless. The manager at the desk provided a map and made recommendations of places to eat. He was very nice and helpful. The room was a little disappointing. The exterior of the hotel […] must have been recently updated because it looks much newer than the room we were given. It wasn't shabby, necessarily, just a bit aged and worn. There is a kitchenette with a big refrigerator, a 2 burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker and sink. They provide a basic set of pans and dishware for 2 people. We were only staying one night and didn't plan to cook, but it was nice to have the refrigerator to keep cold drinks in. Everything appeared reasonably clean. I was very disappointed to see a small 20" TV with a remote control held together with electrical tape. My mother immediately pointed out the layer of dust on top of the TV. I was happy to see the recliner in the room, though. To compensate for the space taken up by the kitchenette, the bathroom is quite small. Allow enough time for getting ready to go anywhere because only one person at a time can be in the bathroom. You're not going to have one person putting on makeup and the other brushing their teeth in there. I also noticed a thick layer of dust along the top of the shower. And because I am a former smoker myself, I noticed right away the ceiling in the bathroom was yellowed and there were brown water spots on the bathroom door. It looks like the housekeeping staff comes in and does the basics like cleaning the toilet and changing sheets, but the room hasn't seen a thorough cleaning in a while. I remember from my smoking days that those spots in the bathroom would just wash off with some soap and water. I don't know if the non-smoking rooms are better. Also, the hotel sits right next to one of the bridges crossing over from Cincinnati (I-75), so there is 더 보기

I was attending a conference at the convention center in Kentucky and this hotel was very convenient. You can walk to the conference center and avoid paying the parking garage fee ($6 - $8 per day). The staff was friendly and helpful too. The big drawback of the hotel was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. I suppose if you were a voyeur then […] it could be interesting, but for four nights I heard my upstairs neighbor seemingly do laps around his room. I can only assume weighed in at around of 7 tons based on the noise. The people next to me must have been on their honeymoon (you get the picture). On the other side of me I think the gentleman must have had TB or something because his coughs made my room shake. Add to this a 4am conversation one guest had next to the elevators on her cell phone which bounced down the hallway and woke me up. And I'm a heavy sleeper! Maybe next time I'll ask for a room on the other side for the property near the highway overpass. Perhaps the sound of traffic will drown out my neighbors. 더 보기

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and informative. The front desk booked our travel arrangements for the night and provided a city map for easy reference. The room was comfortable and clean. Best feature was the full kitchen. Will definately be staying here in the future!

The hotel is very convenient to I-75 both North and South. Good restaurants at reasonable prices in walking distance. Smokers can stay here and smoke in designated rooms. My regret wqs that there is no way to vent the smoke. I wish the windows could be opened halfway for some air circulation. The full size refrigerator is a plus. Having both a small […] table to eat at and a desk too was a surprise - delightfully so. Liked the easy chair - but I wished there was a additional small table to put next to it for drinks (if not keep the chair near the bed side table). I used my suitcase as a small table. One comment - can not turn on the bathroom light by itself with out turning on the vent. Idea - install a night light in the bathroom for night time visits. The hot water is really not as hot as I prefer when I take a shower. Bring your own full size bar of soap and your shampoo as shampoo is not provided. 더 보기

Great location for going to sporting events in Cinci and about 2 mile walking distance. There is also public transportation right in front of the hotel. Kitchenette was nice and the room had a full fridge and freezer. Close to various fast food restaurants.
