This is our second stay at this location which probably says something about how we feel about it. The only minor problem we had was with the microwave which seemed to be low powered and the turntable didn't turn. When I mentioned it to the desk lady she immediately came to check it out and compared its operation to one in an adjacent room. Nice facility, clean, located next to I-75. Comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet for location near the highway and airport.

Hotel a little old. Bed could be more confortable but clean, quiet and cheap. Ideal location for a trip on I-75, convenient neighborhood. Friendly staff.

The hotel staff was very accommodating, the front lobby/front desk area was very well kept;I had prompt service and friendly but the room was not thoroughly cleaned with crumbs in the bed, crumbs on the kitchen counter;hair in bathtub;mold in bathtub. You had to ask the front desk for a hairdryer???? That of all things should be standard! I would stay […] there again for a quick visit in and out but never for more than one night until they can hire a better cleaning personnel. This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was a better visit and better room than the last time with cleanliness but I would not give it the four notch rating that hotels.com gives it. Clean and comfortable hotel that is conveniently located near free way and all restaurants. 20 min. drive to down town Cincinnati.

Extremely nice clerk. Went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The room was very clean. Will stay there again without a doubt.

When we checked in to our room, we immediately smelled "dog". As someone whom is allergic to animals, the smell was so overwhelming my throat began to swell shut and my eyes were becoming swollen. We immediately requested a change of room, and the staff politely complied. The second room also smelled of "dog" and we were changed to yet another room. […] Our final room was quite nice and we were notified by the manager that our stay would be complimentary for our troubles. Helpful accommodating staff- very clean-close to conveniences and highways

Our room could have been cleaner. However, the staff was very accomodating when we needed extra clean bedding.

Sleeping on a hay wagon would have been much more comfortable than the bed! I finallyslept in the recliner

The expressway traffic noise made it impossible to get any sleep! Trucks roaring by all night long. The bathroom was extremely small. The bed was horribly uncomfortable.

Nice clean room.....easy on and off of I-75

BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCED FOR A BOWLING TOURNAMENT. RESERVED 3 SMOKING ROOMS FOR A GROUP OF 10 PEOPLE. WE GOT 3 ROOMS ON 3 DIFFERENT FLOORS, ONLY 1 SMOKING. WAS INFORMED "OUT OF 110 ROOMS , 70 ARE BOOKED FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY THROUGH DEC. 2011." WANTED TO PAY CASH, BUT WAS ALREADY BILLED ON RESERVED CREDIT CARD THROUGH EXPEDIA. […] OVERALL NICE,CLEAN WOULD RECOMMEND CONTACTING HOTEL DIRECTLY TO CONFIRM. We stayed at this hotel to be close to the route to all of our planned stops with family and friends and appts. The wireless was a bonus and saved us lots of time. Being close to so many food options was great.

Only cleaned before I arrived. Extra $10.00 per day to provide clean towles and tidy up. I think that's outrageous!

odor in hall way got your attn right away smelled as if a large jar on pickle juice was used to mask other smells no smell in room but you could not forget the hall way

We found the hotel to be clean, near things to do and we really enjoyed the "mini" kitchen.
