Me and my family love this hotel we had so much fun we will be back again

Pros: Room was really clean, WIFI was excellent, room was quiet, lots of hot water for shower, service staff was accommodating and pleasant. Cons: Lobby and elevator smelled of cigarettes, furnishings were cheap - mattress hard, pillows thin, utensils and crockery cheap and nasty.

This hotel is a good value. It offers all the expected features and is pretty comfortable. I would consider this more of a Blue Collar hotel, but for some folks that suits just fine.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we were impressed from the very start. The hotel had a nice kitchenette for extended stays that included dishware and silverware. We would recommend this hotel for many reasons including the close proximity to Restaurants, Shopping, Theaters and the major highways.

I am a germ phobia freak. I stayed with my boyfriend for two and a half days. W'e left all of our things in the truck until we "cleared" the room. In other words it had to our pass inspection. We flipped the mattresses looking for bed bugs and didn't find any, yay! The kitchen and bathroom were clean as well. Very clean and well maintained motel. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, movie theater and easy access to the main roads. Very quiet motel. Staff was very helpful. The only negative thing I can say is the mattress was too firm and the pillows were too flat which lead to a hurting back and head in the morning. other than that I found the stay […] wonderful. 더 보기

This was my first time at an Extended Stay hotel--and I expect to be a regular customer whenever conditions permit. It is conveniently located for access on/off I-270/70. There is a WalMart within a short, easy drive of hotel.

Worn down...cigarette burns on the the carpet, front desk service basically does not exist, nothing special other than a bed and small kitchette. Maybe okay for one night but not any longer

I was turned off by the lack of room service (unless you pay 5 bucks each). My fridge was useless because I had to turn it off to sleep - it sounded like a thompson gun. I don't think this should be considered a hotel; listed as such. It's not apples to apples since there's no room service, no work out facility, no breakfast option... just a bare-bones […] efficiency with beat up furniture and a microwave. 더 보기

Located in a quiet area convenient by car to downtown Frederick. The TV did not work in my room but I only wanted a good night sleep so that was OK.

Nicely decorated. Hall and lobby appeared recently and stylishly renovated. Parking right outside front desk. Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Was not able to connect to internet and rugs need to be cleaned. Very convenient location, right across the street from mall, restaurants, and extremely […] close to stores, eateries and, interstate. I am not one to complain but I have to say that this was not a very pleasant place to stay. The room smelled. Some one actually came into our room while we we out and smoked in our room even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door. They had looked in our fridge as well and moved things around. It was very very unsettling! The general hallways […] even smelled. The staff was not happy. There was usually no one at the front desk. Most of the staff could not speak English. The hotel was cheapest of the 2 1/2 stars and was more 2. It is an extended stay hotel that offers a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen utensils. While it had soap and towels, that was it- no shampoo/ conditioner even. Not meant for one night stay.

If it hadn't been so late and my kids so tired, I would have turned around and either demanded another room (which might have been difficult as there evidently wasn't an overnight attendant at the front desk) or I wouldn't have stayed. The second I opened the door to our room, I caught the scent of urine. Don't know if some kid (or person) had previously […] urinated on the carpet or one of the mattresses, but it made me want to leave. Turning on the a/c helped a bit, but overall the room was sparse. It's the first hotel I've ever stayed at where they didn't supply shampoo, conditioner, and/or skin lotion. Won't ever stop at this hotel again, and can't recommend it to others traveling through that part of Maryland. 더 보기

Nice place, convenient to highway, room clean, bed nice, was put off that the nite person could not speak English! That ruined it for me.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, and easy access from the interstate. Shopping close by, and a kitchenette to boot! My only disappointment was that I had a non-smoking room, and when somebody moved in next door and was a smoker, the smoke smell was so intense, it smelled like he was right in my room. Either better ventilation is needed, or a non-smoking […] "wing." Also, the room itself had cigarette burns on the carpet in several places, as well as on the sheets. Extended Stay is one out of two hotels that I stay at every time I go to Maryland. It has what you need on hand. Everything but food. Extended Stay can count on me at least once a month. Keep up the good work.
