We stayed here while visiting relatives in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The kids had a great time in the pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice, clean, conveniently located hotel. We used the pool, which was clean and heated. The continental breakfast was adequate and convenient.

Been here many times and never have been disappointed! Large and comfortable rooms, clean and well maintained pool/jacuzzi. And decent breakfest included. Very friendly staff!

The morning after we woke up I was taking the sheets off the sofa bed and noticed mold on the bottom of the mattress. That is absolutely disgusting! I would not stay there again knowing they don't seem to care about the condition of their mattresses.

Nice room accommidated our family well. Breakfast was good. indoor pool was a plus in dec. Staff was friendly and helpful especially when towels were needed in the pool area.

Breakfast was NOT good an no room to sit an was cold an didn't keep eggs an sausage filled....

Very good value for the money and in a nice location with plenty of amenities close by. The free breakfest buffett was decent and the kids love the indoor pool/jacuzzi.

Suite not as big as descibed by the hotel employee and it did not have 2 rooms and two tvs...but was clean

This was my first stay at a Marriot Spring Hill although I have stayed at other Marriot hotels. The room was clean. Nice towels and very clean bathroom. Excellent shower head with good water pressure. Room was quite despite being practically on the shoulder of I-71, The problem was the mattress. It was saggy and gave me no back support and I didn't […] sleep well. I expected a good mattress although it didn't have to be over the top like the mattresses at Hampton Inns or Hilton. The lines were decent. Would not stay here again. It was not worth the price I was charged that night through Hotel.com. Always enjoy staying in these suites. This one was good but not great. The air conditioner made noise & the toilet leaked. The room was very clean though, & the sheets were soft. The lady at the desk was very friendly & helpful. The neighborhood was filled with great restaurants.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Every store and restaurant you wanted was within a mile or two of the hotel. Best of all, the hotel was very clean.

When I travel to Cincinnati I usually stay at Hyatt Place in Mason. However, I decided to change. I wish I had not done that. Upon on arrival, the person who checked me in was not friendly. She was just polite, but not welcoming. She seemed to be really nosey. Asking numerous questions of why am I staying there in Cincinnati? The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. We were satisfied overall. Only problem was locating the hotel.

Hotel was very nice. Great and friendly staff. Nice pool area and hot tub. Hot tub was a bit hot but I liked it. I find too many hot tubs are only just warm. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was that they stop serving at 9:30 even on weekends. Only downside to this hotel is that is sets way off of the main drag. In fact it appears that you are […] going into an area of office buildings when driving back to the hotel. If it weren't for my GPS, I probably wouldn't have found it. only complaint is that the pool water was cold- everything else was great!! breakfast was awesome!

The hotel was a little difficult to find, but once we did we were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very nice and was great for the rate. I would recommend it to anyone staying in that area.

The hotel is set back behind a shopping mall, a bit of a challenge, but it's worth the effort to find. This hotel is very close to Kings Island Amusement Park which is why I chose it. The hotel boasted a free breakfast, however, it was not staff or supplied with the appropriate amount of food. The ladies running the breakfast buffet were arrogant and rude. It was a nightmare. I would not recommend this hotel due to the obnoxious staff.

This was a great hotel. We had two tv's which meant the kids could watch one show while the adults could watch something different. The swimming pool area was perfect for us. We actually were the only one's in the pool when we were swimming so that was really nice. The customer service was great. Everybody was very friendly. Other than noise from the highway being so close we were very satisfied with the hotel. Great rates. Clean.

One night stay at the Springhill Suites Marriott Northeast in Cincinnati. Located next to I-71, it is close to many attractions in the area. The rooms are functional but poorly designed. This hotel is great for families. It had a sitting area with a t.v.,loveseat, and chair. Adjoining it were two comfy beds with another t.v. The pool was nice, and breakfast was good.

Our family stayed at the hotel after spending the day at King's Island. It was a relief to walk in our room and see such a clean room. The beds were very comfortable and the two tvs were nice for our boys. The front desk person was very accomodating when we asked for a later checkout by giving us until 1:00. This hotel is about 3 miles from King's Island and conveniently located next to Rt.71. Although it was near the highway it was very quiet. My fiance and I checked in late after a long day at the park and were greeted by a friendly clerk at the front desk who quickly checked us in and sent us to our room.
