My sheets were stained and not fresh....at all. I placed the towels on the bed for the evening. I have never had anything like this.

Much better then I thought. We stayed just one night and it served it purpose.

One of the worst hotel i ever stayed at first of all i booked a king size room and when i arrived at the hotel only to be told they dont have a king size bed as was booked. iasked for a non smoking room, but still the room had stale stench of cigarettes smoke. there was no houskeeping done. the bed linen had stains and when i asked for fresh ones it […] takes a day before i got it changed, the staff were nice, but i gues they have no choice because they themselves were annoyed at the service the hotel provides, i would not recommend not even my dog, worst ever experience..... 더 보기

Arrived at 3:30 a.m., was "greeted" by a surly desk clerk who inquired "name?". No "good evening", or any other pleasantry. Not even "what is your name?". Just "name?". The curtains in the room were not fully attached to the slider on the curtain rod. The bathroom sink was scratched beyond description. No hair dryer. No shampoo. The best part about this hotel is that one can safely leave their car for an extended period of time while being away. It is very convenient to the airport and safe...otherwise kind of a dump.

I will not ever stay at this hotel again. The hotel/room smelled of fried food and the stairwell smelled of urine and an empty used needle was left on the floor. People arguing at all hours of the night, with loud music blasting. Our room had a broken door frame looking out into the hallway. This room was not worth what we paid for it!

The room had a mildew smell, the pillow cases were stained, the bathtub had hair in it and the bed was broken. It was horrible we will never stay here again nor will I recommend it to anyone else that I know.

I am a 47yr old man who has been living paralyze & traveling all accross this nation and europe during my life time as a Preacher of the Gospel. I enjoyed my stay at the Ext Stay. Though there was not a wheelchair accessible room available. I had requested a non-smoking room, but the room was a smoking one. The carpet was wet near the A/C and the walls were peeling off. The towels and sheets smelled like smoke. There were huge spiders on the window and I had to kill them with my shoes. This was a quick layover before my next flight and so I thought I could get something cheaper for the […] night. The hotel was not that cheap anyway. I should've paid the extra 50 bucks and stayed at the Mariott or Hilton next door. Needless to say, I will never recommend this to anyone. While I thought the price was competitive, it isn't once you calculate taxi costs to/from hotel. There is no shuttle. Further, the room was dirty, bed uncomfortable, TV/cable did not work. I was very frustrated with my last minute decision for what I thought would be cheaper place to stay.

I am familiar with this hotel and I have stayed there several times before. I was a little disappointed at the fact that the door would not close on its own, one of the lamps was missing a light bulb, and the outlet in the bathroom was completely shot. Aside from that, I was pretty comfortable during my stay.

The day first Air condition was not working and making noise.Room was full of smoke smell while it was smoke free.Then i realized phone was also not working. Then thy changed my Room next day and they were very rude. No hospitality.Not the hotel for living unless it's near to your office.Definetly would not recommend as first choice.

Had to book in to this hotel due to delayed flight. Would only stay again if absolutely desparate (i.e. exhausted every possible other accommodation option). Don't book through hotels.com site - the hotel claimed they never got the booking and that their computer system doesn't seem to work - they rely on faxes apparently. I thus got charged for the […] room a second time on top of the hotels.com charge, despite refusing to authorise the second payment. I had booked a non-smoking room but they had given them all away so I was put in a smoking room, which was grubby, smelled, and had burn marks around the place. Rest of hotel was shabby. The ONLY Issue I had with my room was the squeakiness of my mattress!! And that only happened one night. I've stayed here plenty of other nights and have never had that problem! I LOVE The Extended Stay America...& The Deluxe. Perfect Place for business trips, leisure, etc. It's like being in a new home for a short while. Your kitchen comes equipped […] with everything you'd need to make a delightful meal for yourself, loved ones or friends. The rooms are spacious(whether there are two beds or one), flat screen TVs(DVD Players at the Extended Stay Deluxe), Iron& ironing board, closet area equipped with hangers, Etc. My main complaint about this hotel is when I entered the room, I went straight to the bathroom. there were body and/or head "hairs" stuck to the walls, on the floor & in the bathtub. The bathroom had dirt on floor & in the corners that looked like they had been there for at least a month. The dishes in the cabinet tasted & smelled like perfume. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I went for only one night stay but was pleasantly surprised. I had read some of the bad reviews after I made this reservation, so I'd like to say that those reviews were quite wrong. I would definitely stay here again.

I know this hotel was not designed for what I needed -- a few hours of sleep and a shower during a 30+ hour trip. However, I was expecting it to be clean and provide basic amenities like soap, shampoo, maybe a decent pillow... But none of these were provided. This hotel needs an overhaul and a customer service reboot.

This hotel was Nasty! There is no other word to describe it. Stains on the carpets, burn hole in my comforter, no cleaning service, 19 inch TV. Just horrible. Do not stay here.

We stayed here following a Phillies game...Lets just say price and convenience from the stadium were the only positive. I read the bad reviews but decided to stay. Check in was great; however there were plenty of unsavory characters at check in. They took my credit card number for "incidentals", even though I booked through Hotels.Com. No biggie. Nothing […] thus far has been charged. The smell of the lobby was gross. I woke up the next day, for some reason thinking there was at least coffee. I asked the desk clerk for coffee I got handed a bag of instant coffee. It was funny. It is definately a place people stay weekly. As I said it served the purpose, however the fight in the middle of the night by some huge lady talking loudly (430) in the morning is NOT the place I'm trying to take my kids. I wasn't trying to book anything fancy when I selected Extended Stay America for a one night stay. However, I could have gotten the same dirty musty room with no ventilation for half the price at any Super 8. Actually, there was ventilation: two broken windows that were barely hanging on to the frame, would not stay open without a prop, and that looked […] out onto the heavy loud traffic of I-95 below. I booked the room for two people so when I saw that there were two very thin pillows I decided to ask the front desk for additional ones. But I was informed that there were none. Dirty hallway and room, well used. Needed a thorough cleaning.

Nice enough staff and the price was pretty economical but there was some stuff going on that was not about being low cost. Big dirty spots on carpet in 3rd floor hallway. Room was generally clean with exception of couple hairs around sink basin. We needed a place for the night and I have stayed at Extended (other locations) in past, but this one wasn't the cleanest. The carpet had stains, there were latex gloves on the floor I was on. The bathroom didn't have a vent and the floor was rising do to water damage and smell was odd. I just wasn't expecting that since I have stayed at other locations […] that were really nice. Satff wonderful.....esp front desk

This hotel served it's purpose, as it was very no frills. It was clean, with the exception of stained carpets in the hallway. In addtion I asked for a late check out which was agreed upon until 12:00 noon. However at 11:27 the following morning got a very rude knock on my door from the manager stating that it was time to check out. Good thing I was […] ready to leave anyway. Other than that the location is very close to the airport and there is a place to eat within walking distance. Missed my connection at Philadelphia due to a delayed flight, so I booked this hotel before I left because I knew I was going to miss my flight. This hotel is not too far from the airport. The room was nice and staff was very friendly and helpful.

After I checked in, I went to my room to find the door slightly ajar. When I went in there was someone wrapped up in the bedspread sleeping. There was trash all over outside and the room (the next one I received) smelled. I will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay again!!!

Hotel did not have the requested room available at check in. I was supposed to have 1 room with 2 beds, ended up being 2 rooms with 1 bed each. the first night at 1am the toliet would not stop running maintance said to turn the water off and clean it up myself they had no available rooms, there was noway to clean bathroom up with just towels so EVENTUALLY […] they came with a mop and cleaned it. Once they left I tried to double lock the door and the lock was broken. woke up at 7am the next morning to water running everywhere AGAIN, thankfully i knew someone else staying there and was able to shower and go to work. Got back that evening from work, front desk said it was fixed. walked into water everywhere for the third time. FINALLY able to get another room...the catch....TV didn't work but at least I could use the bathroom.. WORST experience ever at a hotel 더 보기

Wouldn't stay again. Fine for the money but not many ammenities. Had to ask for a hair dryer, no shampoo or conditioner. Just a bare bones stay, but the price was reflective. Didn't have much hot water in the evening but the morning shower was fine. Only had a dollar in change so couldn't get any food from the vending machine at 2am. i flew into Philly late and only needed a place to sleep for a few hours. the price on here was good so i booked it, against my better judgement. Do not stay here. This place is terrible. My room was dirty, the shower was dirty. Bad overall experience.

It's way more than expected for this price. Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient - you can't ask for more. And this one comes with a complete kitchen! What a bonus.
