Bed was not the most comfortable, and I was either too hot or too cold, but the price and location were right. It is set up for extended stay and our room smelled like bacon. Staff were very friendly, and there are lots of resources in walking distance including a Super Target with anything you'd ever need.

I was visiting the city for a conference and looking for a place to stay after my conference on the ski bus route in addition to good neighborhood. I found this place, it does have a great location. It is inside a mall and next to a big mall. So, almost everything is next to you. The only problem is that this hotel "smells". I was given a smoking room, […] even though I reserved my hotel with nonsmoking for a month back. I guess they do not give nonsmoking to hotels.com. Not only the room was dirty and smelling, but also the corridor was smelling smoke. They even have smoking and nonsmoking rooms next to each other, which does not make sense. I ended up being sick on my 3rd day, even with spending only the nights at this place. I would avoid, if you want a bit clean place. But, if you do not care about cleanliness, this place has a great location. I myself will not choose this place again, and will look for a better place in the same neighborhood next time. 더 보기

This hotel was great for traveling with dogs. It had a big spacious yard for the dogs to play and a poop scoop right by the garbage can. The rooms were spacious with a full kitchen. They only clean your room weekly, which was fine with us, since we didn't want the maid service knocking and getting the dogs excited every morning. The staff was very helpful, […] but also very hands off. Kind of like an apartment with a front desk. The building and grounds were clean and well kept. It is definitely a budget hotel. Amenities similar to a super 8 or motel 6, but the convenience of the yard for the dogs was amazing. Our room was a little stinky, like it might have been a smoking room at some point. Other than that everything was clean and well kept. I would stay here again with the dogs as they were extremely dog friendly. 더 보기

Our stay at Candlewood Suites was smooth, and comfortable. The room was clean, and comfortable, and the staff were all very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at other extened stay places that provided housekeeping. This one does not only weekly. Not to happy about this.

I wishe very hotel in the world were as consistant as Cottonwood Suites. I always know what to expect when staying here, and they always make me happy I chose them. Great place to stay for any occasion.

This was great hotel, We LOVED the mini kitchen. Saves us tons as we don't eat sweet breads or bagels, we were able to cook up some eggs and anything else we wanted. Very clean hotel, there was a very slight musty odor in our room but it was barley noticeable. Definitely will stay there again!

It's not really a suite. It's more like a short-stay efficiency apartment: one good-sized room containing a queen bed, a writing/computer desk, a nice TV, and a full kitchen. Very nice bathroom. It was clean, convenient, and comfortable and there are laundry facilities off the lobby--but, just as in your own home, there's no free breakfast and maid […] service is only once a week. Good location, great value, I'd recommend it without reservation.

We were checked into three rooms before we found one that was acceptable (the 4th room). The 1st room was already occupied - we woke up the current occupant! Room #2 we accepted, despite the fact that it had been cleaned (we hope) but did not have pillows or a comforter on the bed. We allowed the night staff to just bring the pillows and comforter to […] us. The next morning we discovered that the shower head did not fit into the hardware, so we had to "juggle" the shower head that morning.When we left for the day, the front desk assured us that we would have another room upon our return that day. WRONG!!! When we returned at 2:00 pm....NEW desk staff...knew nothing of our needs....had no rooms for us. I told him that was not acceptable. We would not juggle the shower head another morning, so he found us another room. Room #3 - When I opened the door to that room, it had not been cleaned yet!!! Finally - Room #4 was ok!!!!! This was all in a 24 hour time span!!! (And I guarantee that they checked someone else into the room with the faulty shower head). Only disappointment was that I booked another room as I thought the kids were coming up, but when I cancelled it the next day I was informed that if I didn't cancel the room by 6pm on Dec. 22 I would not get a full refund although it was still three days before Christmas and the Hotel was certainly not full. I will make sure I read all the small print […] as usually as long as you cancel the reservation 24 hours in advance you get a full refund. Only received 50%. Bad smelling place

This easy to find hotel was beautiful inside and out. The room was very large, so much more than expected. We were only there for one night but with the full kitchen and large bathroom, we could have stayed a week! It is like a studio apartment, so much room even with a king size bed in the room! There was a large 21" TV, DVD player, large dresser for […] clothes,nice size table/desk with internet connection ready to plug into your laptop, large closet for hanging clothes and storing suitcases, full kitchen with every thing you need for fixing small basic meals, dishwasher, cook top, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, full size frig with ice maker. I don't think they forgot anything! It was such a great room for such a low price, very quiet, slept like a log. I had to take pictures to show everyone how wonderful it was! The hotel overall appeared fine. Perhaps Room 130 was the only bad part. The room had an unpleasant musty odor that could not be eradicated, even with extensive spraying of air freshener and leaving the window open for hours with the central fan running. And then I stepped on a hard foreign object beside the bed that had been covered when the room carpet […] was laid. I should have requested a new room, but I thought each time I left the room (and I spend as much time out fo the room as possible) that I would return and the odor would have subsided. 더 보기

Didn't realize that the room was going to have a full size fridge, cooktop, microwave, etc. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the set up. Good restaurants close by. Convenient to the mountains. Pleasant staff. Would stay again :)

Room/Suite had a small kitchen. Large desk, friendly staff, and affordable price. Not your 5 star hotel but definitely good for the price.

The Candlewood is always so welcoming! Its located in a wonderful area with lots of restaurants and stores close by and yet it seems quiet and safe! It has a nice staff and very comfortable updated rooms! I love relaxing in the new RECLINER! Soooo NICE! Beds are comfy. The kitchenette is convenient. The layout of the furniture, especially the desk/table, […] is homey. There is a large closet available for out-of-sight storage. The bathroom could use a bit of updating, but its functional and roomy. The room always seems clean (I do have a small issue with the wood trim on the cabinets) and the carpet is nice. So its a great place and I highly recommend staying here! And right now this hotel has wonderful rates! What an incredible value! I sure hope they keep the rates this affordable!!! 더 보기

Very reasonable price, safe area, restaurants and target within walking distance, easy access to I-215 & I-15. It was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

We were just passing through Salt Lake City, but this hotel made us want to stay longer! It is clean, in a very convenient location with plenty of shopping/dining right there and still quiet. I would stay here again if I were in Salt Lake City!

Nice hotel, comfy bed! Only problem we had was they allow pets but do not enforce owners to clean up after them. They have a great bbq area and gazebo, also a picnic table in the shade under some trees. Had to really watch where you walked though as the pets left their messes everywhere.

This hotel was located close to everything we needed, and close to down town SLC. Would come back for sure.

Just off the highway close to a quiet residential area with plenty of dining choices nearby. The room we were first given had a broken air conditioner, but they moved us to another room without any hassel.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, Suite hat leider nur ein Queensbett (steht aber auch so in der Beschreibung) und ein Sofabett mit einer extrem weichen "Matraze", das auch noch direkt neben der Klimaanlage steht (Heizung), die alle 5 Minuten mit Getöse anspringt. Als Ausgangspunkt zu den Ski areas sehr gut geegnet.
