Was fine for one night. Clean, and adequet for the price. Only complaint was that I had a non-smoking room and someone was smoking near by and the smoke would fill my room about every 20mins. I mentioned it to the front desk and he had had other chronic complaints about this person but nothing was done to make her smoke else where. The beds are hard and terrible, I have a back ache. TV too small. All else in the room was excellent!

I needed a clean, quiet hotel room near where I was scuba diving with friends for the weekend. This hotel served that purpose. I smelled pot coming from a couple of rooms and saw some pretty shady characters coming and going from the hotel. But nobody bothered me, the room was quiet enough and, while a bit worn, the room was reasonably clean. The mattress […] was quite firm (which was ok for me as a stomach sleeper). The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Would I stay here again? Probably if I couldn't get a good deal at a nicer hotel. But, I would be willing to pay $10-$15 more per night for a nicer hotel with a continental breakfast. 더 보기

My friends and I were stuck in Tacoma, so I decided to go to McDs and find a hotel online. It was about 10pm, and time was running out-we were tired! So when I finally found the hotel, the front desk lady was very accomodating. I just wanted to thank Nicole because she was very helpful. :) When we got up to our room, there was a full on kitchenette! […] (I'm not used to seeing that) It had a set of dishes, a fridge, sink, stove, and I think a microwave. The room was very big, and comfortable. Since I've never been to the EQC, I had to go check it out! LOL! My only problem was that they charged me twice for the room it was later resolved but I only brought a certain amount of money with me so I wouldn't spend more than I wanted to so it kinda put a damper in my plans other than that clean, friendly would stay again!

The check-in gal "Debbie" was amazing, she halped my bestfriend and I actually enjoy our girls weekend, she helped us learn where we were going and what there was to do around the hotel. Very friendly and a sweetheart.

I was not to happy at all. The location was easy to find. I booked a two queen size bed. When I showed up they said that they dont have any availability on what I booked for so they gave me two rooms with just one queen size in each room. One of the room was not clean at all. The bed was made but the bed spread has few blood stain on it. I had to complain […] about that, the lady at the front desk handed me bed spreads and comforter for me to change the bed spread. I said no, I wanted another room instead. I paid Hotel.com for my reservation and my card was charged so the hotel charged my card again. So techinically i am getting charged twice? 더 보기

The staff were very pleasent and knowledgable. Easy access to Freeways. Clean and roomy, but the bed was hard and appeared of cheap constuction, creaks like laying on cardboard. Dispite the bed, I will return.

it's very nicely priced, but slightly far from the city. excellent service but our bed made some noise. overall, i will definitely stay there again.

Just one word... Nina! I came in, she knew who I was, (from staying there before), had most of my paper work done and ready for me to sign... Good Touch!!! That made me feel real Special!

Everything is bad about this place. DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS!!! I'm attempting to move hotels now.

The room was a dive..........the hotel has no vending ice machines, and the trays in the freezer were empty, no wake up calls available, and our bed had a huge blood stain on the mattress cover, would not stay here ever again.

Like the kitchenette for same price as other hotels.

Good price for what you get. Bed a bit firm. Loved the kitchenette

The first room I was put in had a filthy toilet, but the manager quickly amended the situation by putting me in a new room, and giving me a free night coupon. I feel the staff were professional and polite and Fife is a good location which is both out of the way and close to everything.

Easy access location. They could not get internet service working despite calls to provider.

I booked this motel at the last minute. I wanted something close to the Tacoma Dome and the Best Western next to the Dome was sold out. My room at the Extended Stay was not fancy but did include a small kitchenette that I would have used it I would have stayed longer. My room had a small tube TV and a view of the I-5 freeway. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, but the room smelled pretty bad.

I stayed at ESA in Fife Wa., on 3/18/2011 to 3/20/2011. Elevator- dirty, floor not clean, spit on wall in one corner. On the second floor- hallway dirty, not once was there an attempted to clean, (vacuum). Bathroom sink was clogged, and there was no bathroom ventilation. It was awesome

We stayed overnight after a show at the Tacoma Dome. Our room was nothing fancy but just as promised...clean, with a little kitchen area. Outside there was some sort of industrial noise all night long and still going when we left the next morning, but we couldn't hear it in our room.

This place looks like a motel, but is obviously a poorly disguised crackden. Obnoxious, unruly, party-goers kept us up most of the night. All of this happened in rooms 30 feet from the front desk. Running in the halls, yelling across rooms, and screaming at each other when smoking outside our window until 3am. On the plus side, the cigarette smoke did […] cover up the distinct 'Tacoma Aroma' coming from the industrial area. As for amenities - The floor would have been more comfortable than the bed. Friendly greeting at our EARLY check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. The rate was fabulous especially considering you get a kitchen along with a comfortable room. The bed was ok. Could use a few more pillows. Was very quiet and the night clerk went out of his way to make sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. A great value for the […] price. When I first started going to the "ESA" hotels, the rooms were alot cleaner, you had amenities, like dish soap to wash the dishes, and complimentay toiletries...what happen?

Hotel was nice and clean. Service was nice. Nice to have a kitchen. No shampoo Had trouble with TV remote. Hotel was close to industrial area, but easy access to I-5. Close to Casinos and several other Restaurants.

the area the hotel is located is industrial. So not too many restaurants or things to do unless you go north two exits or south one exit.

the tacoma/fife location has abismal custer service. clerk was rude the hotel very loud the blankets and sheets awful i was cold and afraid to ask for other linens as the clerk had been so rude the facilities although appeared very clean are shabby bad quality lumpy mattress and thin sheets no apater towels or tissues. very very chincy next time i'll […] pay a little more for a much much better nights sleep 더 보기

Decent room for the price, clean, quiet, not the greatest bed but not the worst I've slept on either. Close to the freeway, easy I-5 access, quick efficient check-in, would stay again, very economical and served it's purpose.

Great value, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The room was great. It had a kitchen(including dishes and cookware) and a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly. I have stayed at places 1/2 as nice for twice the price. I will return to this hotel any time I stay in the area.

Refrigerator was dirty, spilled juice in the bottom. Sink drain was dirty and strainer was broken. Hotel overal needed a good scrubbing - not consistent with other Extended Stay Properties.

It has a two eyed stovetop range. one didn't work, the other has one degee setting-hot!!

I have stayed here many time in the past when it was a newer place. Received my room key and walked into the room. Room had been trashed and never cleaned. I almost vomited from the smell of un-flushed crap in the toilet and garbage all over the room. Clerk upgrade my room for the trouble. No fan in the bathroom. Other than that it was a nice stay for the price.
