Just clean hotel Poor service. especially front desk staff is really not helpful...and make a face....and far from city center

Good hotel for the money. Just as I expected. 100 feet to the bus stop & bus runs often.

We stayed the night before our early flight because it was close to the airport. The room smelled strongly of smoke, even though non smoking which made it uncomfortable. The room itself was bare minimum. The carpet is more like underlay, very ugly. The shower has no curtain therefore water went onto floor. This was a convienent location because we had a very early flt. the next morning. The room was clean and the staff friendly. On the down side there were several ladies of the night outside on the walk and in the lobby. They were hard not to miss. I was uncomfortable with the atmosphere and would not stay again.

The only thing we chose this hotel is the free parking facility. But the parking place is so small, about for 20 cars, that we had to park in the street. During the night the street was full of girls for money, so it was not a calm night for us.

I had to stay just one night in Florence because my flight was due to land late in the night. This hotel is close to the airport. The cab charged me 12 euros (I think the cab cheated me, the actual meter reading was 9 euros, but after we reached the hotel he hit some button which made it 12 euros. Or it could be that 3 euros is the night charge.) from […] the airport. There is a bus stop within 2 min. walk from the hotel. So, I am sure you can take the bus form airport. The hotel room was clean. But I felt the bathroom was too tiny. Although it is a B&B, my hotel payment did not include breakfast. SO I had to buy breakfast (buffet) for about 7.4 euros. hotel was ok but far from sights but good bus service available. Surrounding neighbourhood was run down and many stores were closed or vacant.

The hotel is ok in general, but not the perfect one. Located about 3-4 KM from city center but bus 22 will bring you there within 15 minutes.Clean but a bit noisy. The B&B was a nice hotel, with a comfortable room. It was located a bit outside of the areas of Florence that you are there to visit, so it was not the most convenient. However, it was pretty easy to catch a city bus to the attractions. Catching a bus back was a little more work, as there are fewer buses running at night. Great personnel, clean room, spaceful parking, not too far from the city. Would gladly stay there again.

The hotel was convenient for our purposes, near the autostrada. The room was clean, but institutional. Furnishings at a minimum and a hard mattress. I'm curious about who gives out the star rartings. The Hotel was clean which is the most important thing for me especially in Italy. However, since the name is Bed and Breakfast I would expect a breakfast which is ok. There was nothing to eat at all, and I don't need salmon for breakfast...you had to pay for this nothing extra. The room had no extra things like soap and stuff. And this is a 4 star Hotel!!! […] ;) However, it is relativly cheap and clean, so just to sleep over I would recomend the Hotel, but don't pay for breckfast...go somewhere else! The Hotel has a small shop with minibar prices. (There is no minibar in the rooms.) I whould recomend to go around the corner to the supermarket! Parking is for free! Staff is friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, nicely priced hotel that is close to the airport. The hotel was quiet, the staff was courteous and I have no compliants about anything. Dining establishments are not close, but are within walking distance. A cab ride to the airport was 12 euros.

Modern, clean, no thrills, decent breakfast. Cheap and working well - not often seen.

The hotel is just what I expected. It is not fancy, but I just needed a place to sleep, that is clean, with convenient parking, and at a decent rate. We even had a 2.5 year old and they brought up a crib for us. I would stay there again.

For just a basic overnight stay the hotel is an excellent choice. Simple but functional rooms, free parking, reasonable distance from city center (10-15 min by taxi, 20-30 by bus) and near airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was modern and interesting. The hotel kept the number of furniture to a minimum so we could have lots of empty space. The windows opened to a beautiful view of the airport. Like all good things in life, our complimentary high speed wifi internet lasted for only 3 seconds. Although it took a few tries to get the right bus, the hotel was easily accessible by the#22 bus from Santa Maria Nouvella Station. (only about 20 minutes) I was lucky to have a window view of the mountains (but of street traffic) Everything was quite clean. Very impressed with the flat screen TV and recently renovated room. Only complaint was the street noise and the noise from adjacent rooms (I could hear the toilet flush next door). I'd definitely consider this hotel if given the right price and I didn't particularly care about being in the midst of Florence. If you are a first time visitor to Florence, stay downtown for the ambiance but choose this on subsequent visits or maybe your last night there (as the airport is less than 5 minutes away). 더 보기

When we arrived we were very tired. A young man at the desk was kind but couldn't answer our questions. The hotel was dingy and not clean. We sat in a little bar area to have a drink where you needed to ring a bell for service. No one came....A woman sat at the front desk noticed our dilemma but didn't do anything until my husband went to the desk and […] asked for help. The hotel is too far from the center. The area at night is a hub for prostitution. The water presssure was horrible.

We chose to stay at this hotel mainly because it offers easy access to public transportation (with a bus stop just outside the hotel parking lot) and has free parking (although the lot itself is quite small, and fills up quickly in the evening, but there is plenty of room to park on the street). The hotel is sandwiched between a busy road and several […] working class residential highrises, with many one-way streets nearby (but I finally figured out their layout after driving around in circles for 45 minutes looking for a tiny self-service laundromat). The staff was courteous and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the bus-ride to town was quite bearable. It was a good place to rest after a whole day of visiting the cathedrals and museums. If you are travel savvy and are willing to take the bus to the main terminal this place is fine. Also, if you are traveling on a budget and want a clean place and cheap breakfast (6 euro) this is it.

The breakfast was pretty good but I think we were in an area where the oldest profession is prominent, my friend and I were very uncomfortable walking to dinner after dark. Comodissimo per il parcheggio e per il bus che porta al centro e passa ogni 10 minuti. Hotel es muy limpio. Me parece que el personal podria hacer un mejor trabajo, pero se entiende que el modelo del hotel es proporcionar todo lo basico para una estadia sin lujos. Ho soggiornato solo una notte presso l'hotel..nulla dadire sulla struttura.. davvero splendida..stanze pulitissime,enormi,comode..ambiente confortevole..Peccato che nel prezzo(elevato secondo me) non sia compresa la colazione.. che presa a parte costa molto se si calcola che accando all'hotel c'è un bar che offre la stessa colazione alla metà del prezzo..altra […] pecca è la posizione..troppo periferica rispetto al centro della città, chi non ha la macchina e deve utilizzare l'unico bus che passa da li, deve farne di strada..mi ha un pò impressionata la presenza di prostitute proprio sotto l'hotel già dalle 21.. ultima nota negativa alla receptionist.. è sembrata seccata,poco entusiasta e per nulla utile ad aiutarmi con le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno.. 더 보기

E' stato veramente un'esperienza da non ripetere,reception molto sgarbati,in bagno non ci sono asciugamani viso,il letto con le lenzuola sporche,doccia sporca,non c'e' il frigo bar,ci siamo trovati veramente male.

L'hotel non si trova in un bel quartiere ma la posizione è assolutamente strategica. Parcheggio gratuito interno e posti anche fuori (raro per Firenze). Comodo per chi si sposta o arriva in macchina. E' vicino all'autostrada e all'aeroporto. Davanti c'è la fermata del bus 22 che in 15/20 minuti ti lascia davanti al Duomo. Le camere sono moderne e pulite, […] il bagno forse un pò piccolo e la doccia senza chiusura è un pò scomoda. Le stanze sono ben insonorizzate (a differenza di qualche altro hotel della zona) e con wifi gratuito. La colazione è forse un pò troppo cara. Eravamo già stati al B&B Palazzo di Giustizia che è praticamente uguale. Complessivamente quindi il giudizio è positivo, soprattutto per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. hotel comodo per lasciare la vettura nel park GRATIS e prendere il pulman di linea x andare in centro (20 min.). La stanza normale ; mancano appendini in bagno e NON esiste l'armadio guardaroba !!! dalle recensioni pensavamo molto meglio invece siamo rimasti delusi nel bagno c erano macchie di sangue nel water e anche nelle lenzuola, evidenti la pulizia e' da rivedere

Quarto extremamente pequeno, difícil de se locomover e abrir as malas, muito desconfortável. Localizado perto da estação de trem, mas afastado da parte turística.

Hotel carino e pulito, vicino all'aeroporto. Collegato bene al centro con la linea 22, con fermata vicinissima all'hotel. Lo consiglierei per la qualità prezzo e se si va a firenze in macchina.

Vi benyttede hotellet til 2 overnatning før hjemrejse efter 2 uges ferie længere sydpå. Stort set udenfor hotellet går bussen til Firenze centrum, som nås efter ca et kvarters kørsel. Værelset var enkelt og pænt.
