2013년01월30일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기식서비스 포함 숙박권. 도착해서 안내 받았는데 12/24일저녁8-9시경에 체크인데스크에서 조식 어디서 몇시냐고 물었는데 분명히 정확하게 조식서비스가 10시까지라고했고 9시50분쯤 라운지로 부랴부랴 갔더니 이미 서비스끝난상태였음 직원이 sorry라면서 머핀두개가져다준게 전부 어제 오안내한 직원 따져묻고싶었으나 크리스마스네어쩌네 일단 넘어가긴했지만 생각해보면 돈아까운일이었어요 그럴거면 조식불포함으로 방을구했겠죠?

"Good stay with minor claims"
2011년09월07일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기Good price, clean, nice breakfast but a little old building - but recently renovated. Front desk was OK but was not that friendly. Nice big LCD TV in room but it was hard to turn it on with a remote and also with a button on TV - some electronical problem. I requested to fix it but they never did. I could not watch TV for the last four nights.

For being an airport hotel, it was still nearly ten miles away. To be somewhat fair, there isn't a lot near DIA. The dinner we had at the hotel was the worst restaurant meal we have EVER had. It was terrible. Steak was cold, potato under cooked, veggies over cooked, wine oxidized, etc. Truly awful all around. "Nice place but so-so bed"
The hotel was really nice in every way except in one MAJOR area: the bed. The king mattress was very hard and you could feel the sinkholes where the mattress sank in from where people have slept over time. When was the last time that mattress had been turned or replaced. "Great price and location"

"Walls very thin, beware"
The staff are excellent, the room was clean. The sleep number bed was a little funny. The BIG ISSUE, the walls are as thin as paper! At 1am we had our neighbors talking next door and you could hear them as plane as if they were next to you! "G&L on Tour"
The hotel was excellent - probably further from the airport than we realised. The shuttle bus was ok for the transfers both ways. The breakfast was good. No complaints at all about the service.
