Service was really good. The morning desk clerk was in high gear helping folks check out while about 40 people all hit the breakfast buffet at the same time. She was all over it. Hotel is a bit run down but is undergoing renovations. I didn't know they allowed dogs, but no real problems and no odors. I really enjoyed my stay. It is a nice hotel in a good location. I love that La Quinta accepts pets. Close to almost any kind of food you could ask for and right off of I-40. HD TVs with HD programming! some hotels have these nice TVs but then you aren't watching HD shows (what's the point?) Great breakfast with waffles even. Only problem was the community […] trash cans (in hallways and outside) were overflowing for a bit too long for my taste. Otherwise GREAT stay. 더 보기

I have stayed in several hotels in the Greensboro/High Point area since my daughter enrolled in High Point University. This hotel has been by far my favorite. The lobby area is airy and inviting; the room was spacious and comfortable; the front desk staff was attentative and efficient; the breakfast staff was very attentative to my daughter and eager […] to help when she went down for "to go" food. I would definitely choose this hotel over the others we have tried before. The only thing missing was a sitting area in the room other than the desk and chair. This hotel was very nice. When I made the reservation I was only concerned with making sure my pets would be allowed. I was surprised when I realized they offered a pool as well. This made the stay more relaxing. My kids loved it and now they want to go back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

YUCK is the best way to describe this stay; my family and I were so disappointed with the environment of the hotel accomdations we MOVED OUT the next day! allow me to sum it up! nasty, old furniture with lumpy old mattresses! tubs with hair still in them! stained carpets, trash receptacles running over and smelling like toilets at entrances! smokey […] odor, worst of all not being made aware la quinta allows patrons to bring their dogs into the hotel rooms and stay! we saw so many different types of dogs we thought there was a show going on but we didn't expect to see folks with the animals staying in the rooms! no wonder they dont bother to clean up! my husband even saw a patron bring his dog to the breakfast area and held on to him as he was picking up food items from the bar! we felt so dirty and uncomfortable we MOVED OUT THAT AM. this was to have been a special weekend as we moved our daughter off to college for the first time; thank God we found the Holiday Inn down the street and for a lower price! I usually like dogs but this was too much and made my skin crawl! the health dept needs to look into this practice. 더 보기

This is our first time staying at a La Quinta. It was a very nice hotel, staff was very nice as well. Room was very good, clean and nicely decorated. Very good location, it was near everything and the price was a great value.

Great hotel for furniture shopping in NC! Close to airport and surrounded by restaurants. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. I couldn't ask for more, and the price was very, very affordable. I was so impressed, I will try to use LaQuinta Inn when I travel the Pacific Coast Highway in September.

Good loc and very nice breakfast mile was ice cold.

This hotel seemed brand new. Very clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful & friendly..

My room's cabinet for the refrigerator had a broken door. It fell off one hinge as I opened it. There was only one small trash can and it was in the bathroom...inconvenient. There was no regular coffee (only decaf) in the room, so I phoned the front desk repeatedly. NO answer. Went down to check out and told all this to desk clerk. She simply said, […] "I'm sorry." Only stayed one night for an event in town. Very convenient restaurants and a large mall. Rooms were adequate, but could have been a little cleaner. The pool and lobby were very nice and breakfast had a little something for everyone. Hotel accepts pets wich is good for pet owners, but dogs can be heard barking as you walk through the halls.

The hotel is in a great location and definitely stands out, until you go inside. The wall paper is flaking and separating. There are bleach stains on the floor. You can see old rust stains from leaking on the ceilings. The elevators are a little raggedy and shaky. If you are going for a one night stay it would be okay if you are going for vacation there […] are many other hotels in the area and on the same street that are better. 더 보기

The staff was good. Our first room had issues and they immediately moved us. The room appeard clean until you got up close. The bathroom was not clean enough in my opinion. I am sure they would have moved us again if I requested it but I was in too much of hurry.

The hotel was good. It is no four seasons but it is comfortable, has a great breakfast, and free wifi in each room, which was awesome. It was convenient to absolutely everything. Once we got back to the hotel each day we did not have to go more than 1-2 miles to get to everything we needed. Great stay overall.

After driving for 12 hours with my dog, the hotel was a welcome site. Staff very friendly and room was clean. Beds were very comfortable and continental breakfast was very good. Waffles were excellent! Would recommend to others. Pet friendly!

The La Quinta Inn was a nice hotel in a perfect location for my needs. It is surrounded by many restaurants, shopping outlets, and very close to highway. I would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was a great value. Checking in and out was quick and efficient. We were even offered an upgrade upon check-in. We were surprised to find a breakfast that was what I call "more than" continental. Although pet friendly (we did not take our dog), the hotel was clean and odor-free. Our only negative experience were some loud kids running down […] the hall while we were trying to get to sleep....but that could be found wherever you stay and their parents should have known better. Beautiful hotel and weekend. Our conference within driving distance of hotel and hotel very conveince to the malls for my "First Lady". What put a damper on the stay, the hotel is smoke free - but when you are not a smokier, you can pick up the smell no matter close or far away, and someone elected to smoke in their room.

There were too many minor problems with the hotel to have an enjoyable stay. The first room I checked into had a broken latch about the standard door lock; basically it's a second lock in most hotel rooms and it was snapped in half. I didn't feel safe there so the staff kindly moved me to another room. It's lock was fine but the doors and walls all […] looked like they needed to be washed. I just didn't feel clean staying there. If figured that was as good as it got. The wake up call was early and there is no coffee downstaris, only in room. The doorstop in my second room was broken. Keep in mind if you book the double beds there are no fridges or microwaves in the room. If you ask at the front desk, they are nice enough to store things for you in the employee fridge. Basically, there are too many hotels in the immediate area to settle for this one although I don't have any major complaints. 더 보기

It was VERY clean!! I really enjoy my stay. I didnt have any problem getting towels or extra things. located very close to many places to eat. Overall I really like it and will be staying again.

Clean, affordable hotel located close to shopping and the Greensboro Colisium.

Our stay, with our cat, was very nice. Breakfast was good; room very comfortable & staff was extremely nice We decided to stay at this facility because we travel with our cat & after reading the reviews, decided to try it. Glad we did. they were every where and it smelled like it. Carpets nasty: in the room, hall and elevators. If you are going to have a hotel for dogs, you need to spend a whole lot more on carpet cleaning. Also, other maintenance was lagging including trimming of shrubberys outside back door which created a dangerous place for someone to lurk. Bed was old, linens […] literally threadbare in places. I have stayed at several La Quintas in the past and was always satisfied. This place hurts their brand. Way too many hotels in the immediate vicinty that are much better at an equivalent price. This hotel was a great stop off... staff friendly and accomodating when i needed transport from the airport with a midnight flight.
