The staff was very accomodating.

This was a good deal for the price, and it was pet-friendly. The person above us was a little loud with his/her footsteps, but the noises wouldn't last too long. The showerhead was a little on the hard side and the shower curtain really needs to be changed from cloth to vinyl.

This is a great place to stay & it was central to everything we did

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. We chose this hotel because it was very affordable to say its so close to Six Flags and they have a trolley that picks you up and takes you to Six Flags and brings you back to the hotel when you're ready. This was a clean and convenient hotel. We stayed there and rode the trolly to the Ranger games. When it came time to cook breakfast, there was no skillet, only a sm. and med sauce pan. You cannot cook bacon and pancakes with that. We call the front desk and they could not locate a skillet for us. Why have the stove if you do not provide all the utensils […] to use it? The hotel room we stayed in (#411) is in need of some updates and repairs. The kitchen cabinets are outdated, the toilet bowl kept running, and the air conditioner was so loud it kept us awake most of the night. We got coffee from the lobby the next morning which was so horrible I couldn't drink it. The one positive remark is the good service we received […] from Connie at the front desk. I was actually very surprised with my room. Stayed there two nights.. and cant point anything negative about the place. My had microwave, dishwasher, fullsize refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, very clean bath room. No mold, no odors, nothing. The single room I booked does not have daily housekeeping, but for two days stay this is ok for me... besides, […] fresh towels, soaps, shampoos are available upon request. I do my own bed at home every day.. so it bothers me none to do it at a hotel room. I am going back to Arlington in August.. and if it has rooms available... guess where I am staying. 더 보기

perfect for the purpose of event

It was a very nice stay. The hotel was clean and spacious for two people. We drove almost 9 hours to see the Cowboys game and we will definately stay here again. Great location to the staduim only 5 to 10 minutes away.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days for business. There was no continental breakfast and no pool. And the room was kind of gross. I found a pubic hair in my bed, the bed spread was torn, the bottom around the bed had visable dirt on it. Maid service was once a week, so if you needed anything you had t ask for it. I was unaware of all of this when I booked […] the room but the price seemed ok. After I was there and talked to some other people who were at the same conference I found out that there were better hotels for a cheaper price. I was a little disappointed in that. Great hotel for smokers because the rooms reeks of the smell.

The hotel was fine and suited our purposes (attending a Cowboys game) well. A little better understanding beforehand about the nature of the hotel's amenities (no ice machines, vending, etc.) would have been nice -- but they do a good job with the "convenience store."

I stayed at the suites while in town to see the Dallas Cowboys. The suites are located close to Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Stadium, and the Six Flags Theme Parks. Short drives to Irving, Dallas, and Fort Worth, where I flew in to. The free trolley provided transportation to and from the stadium on game day. Very nice hotel, was clean and the staff was very friendly. Will be staying there again for the Cowboys games. Took taxi to stadium no walking..lol

You can't beat this place for the location - 6 Flags, New Cowboy Stadium & Ballpark all within a 2 miles tops. Restaurants were also close, Wal Mart across the street from the stadium.. Utensils and cookware were provided plus the full size refrigerator came in handy. There is also a very nice covered area with a modern gas grill for barbques.

My wife and I stayed her for our wedding anniversary. We were really satisfied with our stay - my wife especially. This is a great hotel for the price. The most impressive part of our stay was the service we received at the front desk. Their staff was more than helpful and polite. I mean five-star customer service. The rooms were nice. Great location! Great room! Great staff! Lousy bed! Said queen size but I ended up with a full or double. Not enough for two people.

Great Location, fully stocked kitchen.

I was very please with my stay at Candlewood Suites. From the moment we walked into the room. It was emaculate and offered more than we expected. I used to line in Arlington so, I already knew the area would be nice. We stayed there to attend the Cowboys game and had a Super time. I will stay there in the future with no hesitation.

First, it took almost an hour to get checked in the room because there was only one person working. Second, our room was listed as containing a queen bed. The bed was smaller than a full. Third, the staff was not any help when questions were asked about surrounding locations or transportation. Lastly, the room smelled so bad we couldn't sleep. Horrible […] experience. Stay away! 더 보기

Hotel is near the Cowboys Stadium, Rangers BallPark and 6 Flags. Staff was very polite and helpful with directions and explaing how the hotel operates. The hotel is very clean and for the surrounding area quiet. Overall a great hotel to stay at. The only thing my husband and I could find at fault was the A/C was noisy. The rooms has up to date appliances […] and has everything you need if you are planning on staying 2 days or more. Just go grocery shopping for what you will need and you will be just fine. Housekeeping comes only once a week but you can get what you need from the front desk. Convenient shopping strips, malls and good eating places off I-20 and some in the area. The area is growing and is very well kept. The only thing we found fault with the area was, do not bother yourself going to Traders Village, parking is $3.00 not worth it, and it's a Fred Sandford's shopping yard!!!!!! It was a big disappointment. We stayed out in the hot sun about 15 minutes and headed back to the car, went on I-20 and did some indoor shopping. 더 보기

This was a really nice hotel the separate living room was spacious. The trolley to the parks and to near by restuarants was a plus. Will stay again.

Great bed, service, and great price on everything!!!!

Hotel staff very friendly and I didn't take more than 5 minutes to get our room. Room was very clean and had all ammenities w/out any extra charge. Hotel was very close to the Rangers baseball park which was great. I would recommend this Hotel for your next stay in Arlington.
