This is a decent hotel with friendly staff. There are nearby grocery & drug stores and restaurants. The rooms have a stove-top, dishwasher and a good size refrigerator with freezer. The bath room is split into shower/toilet with a door and a sink/closet area without a door. The TV is old CRT style but does come with a DVD player. The kitchen doesn't […] have much counter space but for a single person it is workable. There is a nice BBQ area and pool with hot tub. It is a quiet hotel with mostly professional or people going to the Mayo clinic. For a long term stay (over 60 days) they have a pretty good deal. It's about what one would pay for a studio with utilities & cable. Only you don't need the deposits and this includes once a week maid service. I would recommend it for single or couple that need to be in the Scottsdale area for more that a month but less that a couple of years. 더 보기

Loved havinf the kitchen and fridge- wish the tv had all basic cable channels

For our first visit to Extended stay we were surprised at the quality of service and the neatness of the room and the convenience of the room in regards to the kitchenett. Would recommend to anyone and the rates were very reasonable.

It was a sufficient hotel, had a mini kitchen, tv and wifi (for $5). Even if you book a non-smoking room, they will try to give you a smoking room, telling you it says on the reservation that they will 'try' to accomodate. I had the printout in hand and asked them to show me where it said that. They then located a non-smoking room for us. The lobby […] reeks of smoke. They don't clean your room, unless you pay them to. The room was very small. There were 3 of us, so the 1 bed and pull out sofa bed worked fine, but the bathroom offered limited privacy, and the layout of the room was unfortunate. You could either watch tv from the sofa or from the bed, but not both at once. The breakfast was plastic wrapped muffins and bagels, coffee and apples. Good luck finding a luggage cart to check in or out. Overall, the hotel was cheap, and that's about all I can say. 더 보기

Although we had a non smoking room it still stunk if cigarettes. But the room was a good size and the staff was very friendly.

Great Location to Old Scottsdale and northern Phoenix - Scottsdale. Used only for sleeping. No ice machine. Breakfast sparse but it probably met extended stay

NOT a good breakfast

We were so not impressed with this hotel. We arrived later in the evening and the lady at the front desk bless her heart really didn't know what she was doing therefore checkin was long. I would hate to stay any longer than we had to on such an uncomfortable bed with sheets that felt like paper. And the towels were just as bad. They were like drying […] with sandpaper. Price was decent. Room smelled of cigs and hallway had a very pungent smell of old Chinese food. Walls were paper thin.

I was on the 2nd floor and I could hear the "elephant" walking around on the floor above me. That was the only problem.

Our visit to Extended stay deluxe - Scottsdale was particularly nice. We were not visiting for pleasure, nor business, rather to visit my father who had been diagnosed with Leukemia - and was receiving chemo at Scottsdale Shea Medical Center. The staff were super in accomodating us in every way and we will most definitely commit to this hotel as our […] "go - to" hotel when we need to visit for Dad's treatments. The rooms were unbelievably disgusting! Stains and mold growing on the curtains. Bedding that probably should of been thrown away years ago with rips and tears in it. And the room SMELLED awful.... I transferred to another room and it was only slightly improved......

We liked this facility and the price was great.

After the 1st night, we requested new pillows. They were like pieces of paper...no substance. Glad I only stayed 2 nights.

The room was smaller than I thought it would be but it was ok.

The rooms stink, they charge you for 2 queens but you get 2 doubles instead. I will never recommend that hotel to anyone and I wouldn't stay there if it was the only hotel around.

We chose this hotel for the location and the price. I have been satisfied with Extended Stays in the past, but this one is horrific. The only reason I have it at 2 stars and not 1 is the price. However, you definitely get what you pay for. The room smelled horribly of smoke, even though we were in a non-smoking room. It was so bad that I woke up stuffed […] up in the morning and not even Febreeze could get the smell out of my clothes and suitcases. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible. My husband can usually sleep anytime and anywhere but not even he could sleep through the night with the uncomfortable arrangements. You can hear everytime a door is slammed shut. The walls are paper thin. The location is fine, though there isn't much within walking distance...just a Circle K and a Jack-in-the-Box. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Spend the extra $20 a night to get a good night sleep elsewhere. 더 보기

I stay at least one night every week. The staff is kind and considerate and very nice. I love the fact that I can go across the street and get groceries so that I can cook in my room.

It was a very nice property overall, with nice rooms, a nice pool area and comfy beds. The only thing I would change is to give the rooms a fresh coat of paint, and purchase new blankets as some were quite worn. Everything was clean and the service was great. I'd stay there again.

Nice deal for the price... don't forget to bring your own shampoo..Close distance to nice restaurants and bars. If you wish to stay in , there is a microwave in the room.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and two kids and it was perfect. The small kitchen allowed us to eat in the room and store a small amount of groceries. Great location near shopping, restaurants, golf courses, etc. Highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed there many times. I stay there when I have to be at Mayo Clinic early in the morning for blood tests, etc. About a 20 minute drive. Great, helpful staff.

One of the beds was broken. Spings were very noisy.

It was too noisy, the people next door, would constantly go in and out of their room. Slamming the door. The toilet didn't work very well either.

The room was much better than I expected for the price that I paid, also quite convenient to surrounding areas. The only complaints that I had was that the hallway leading into my room spelled very badly of cigarettes. My room was also supposed to be non-smoking however there was a really bad stale cigarette smell in the room along with an ashtray. […] The clothes I slept in smelled like cigarettes when I got home. I also was woken up the 1st morning by a very loud banging on my door by a woman screaming "front desk". Before I could leave the bed to answer the door she had unlocked my door, with 2 guests with bags in tow behind her. I believe she was planning on giving my room away, not sure why she didn't check the computers?!? Was NOT happy, especially since I didn't arrive until 3 am that morning and was still sleeping.
