Came our to Pleasanton to go to the Good Guys car show and needed a place to stay with NY family the evening before. When I arrived the reservation system was down for the moment, but the lady at the front desk went ahead and have me my key and just asked nw to gone down in about a half hour out so to come check in. When I expressed I would need an […] extra place setting of dishes and she got that ready for me right away and she also gave me extra bedding for the soda bed without me asking. All staff I encountered during my stay were very polite and pleasant. Our room was clean and beautiful. ASL the amenities promised were there AND functional. Me and my family had a wonderful stay and would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family =) 더 보기

We will definitely stay there again while visiting our daughter. The hotel was extremely quiet! The access to it was easy from the nearby freeway. We were greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk who explained all the hotel's amenities.

It seems this hotel is being as cheap as possible. No toiletries unless you ask, and then believe there is a charge. One of the coffee cups, and most of the silverware was dirty...not water spotted, but greasy. The curtains didn't curve around to the wall, so bright light came in from both sides. The web site, and hotels.com do not tell you that they are remolding, The carpets are dirty, the floors are dirty, the rooms have black hair all over the sheets had dried blood on them, Unless they step up to the plate and clean it up, I would not stay there. Its trash!

I thought the hotel was a little rundown and kinda nasty for the area. Maybe I was expecting too much.

While the room was large and the location ideal, the bathroom had mold. The vent in the bathroom hardly worked it was so covered with dust. It was quite noisy. We were awaken by barking dogs and garbage truck hours before we intended to wake.

no working phone in dirty smelly room, wanted to check out right away but no manager and the guy from the laundry who was also maning the front desk could not handel it. next day was told had to wait for manager to do check out becuase didn't know how becuase we booked through hotels .com stay away!!!!!

excellent service. We needed an extra blanket and the person behind the desk jumped up quickly , left the room for a minute and came back with 2.

Your first question asks it all..There was no service. No sheet change, no towel changes, no one at the front desk in the evenings to ask questions. I was there for 8 nights and never saw anyone clean anything at all. The so called breakfast and coffee service was dismantled by 930 am. the hotel staff was very friendly and i was able to choose what floor i wanted to stay on. the room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall great hotel.

Don't usually write reviews, but had to this time. The hotel is conveniently located; but there were no toiletries (including tissue). The beds creaked and groaned everytime you turned over. The coffee pot still had the coffee "bag" from the previous use, so had not been cleaned. Overall, I will not stay here again

The hotel does not offer housekeeping service of any kind unless you stay more than 6 days. Want clean towels? You have to walk down and exchange them at the desk. Walls were paper-thin, and the door rattled every time someone walked down the hall. Curtains were so sun-damaged they looked as though they had been blasted by buck shot. Furniture and condition of the room was very old. Not updated and very crowded. Hotel and staff very nice. I did not care for my stay because of the room conditions.

We found this to be a real bargain. Everything was nice. Room was quiet. Especially nice to find that there was a kitchenette in the room.

Booked on hotels.com for lowest rate. Room 310 is on top floor and good location. PROS Good location - near both freeways 580 & 680 and near Stoneridge mall. The location of the hotel is good. Very quiet and convenient. Room is clean and equipped. Friendly front desk.

1st, the room card key did not work. 2nd the bathe room light was not turned on. changing room at last. the room was near the check in stand, it is too close and noisy by other customers check in. Other than that, the room is cozy for long stay. For reducing the cost of stay no shampoo, or other amenities. I should know this first.

Small rooms, dirty, no customer service whatsoever and the "continental breakfast" was a joke. Next time I won't try to save money, as the change in quality was not worth it. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone...

Usually this chain has good hotels. This one was dirty, and they did not clean our room or bring towels because "someone called in sick'. Needs updating. Bedspreads looked older than me, and not very clean.

The room was large. Hotel staff courteous. Bargain price. The refrigerator in the room was loud. I turned it off. Faucet spewed water in random directions. When we got into our room we found that the pillows had hairs on them and makeup smudges....when I called the FD they brought up new cases, so that was nice. We left early for our conference (7:30am)..went to check out..no one there, no coffee, no help.

Rooms have everything you need, full size refridgerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, iron, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, internet connection, couch, TV. Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel appeared to be nice and the location was good but none of the plumbing worked. The toilet didn't flush well, the shower did not drain, nor did the sink. I complained 3 days in a row and they never fixed it nor did they give us another room. Had we spent more time in the room I would have demanded it but we were gone all day and only came back […] to the hotel in the evening to sleep. I would not stay here again. 더 보기

The furniture and appliances were a little old, but it's an ok place to stay while on the road for a night. Don't expect too much.
