시내와 가까와서 차없이 뚜벅이로 샌프란시스코 관광이 가능했어요...단지 호텔로비에서조차 인터넷 wi-fi 사용못하는것은 불만이였어요...

Perfect location to stay overnight before driving to keystone the following day.

Walking distance to Union Square, Chinatown and other great places. Concierge Lounge was closed, and breakfast a bit expensive.

I've stayed at this hotel for about 5 nights and loved every minute of it. Big, clean and comfortable room, excellent location, 5 minutes walk from Union Square - just in the center of San Francisco Downtown. The only thing I didn't liked was the high price of the internet connection in the room. And maybe the fact that the breakfast was not included […] - this is something strange if you are traveling from Europe to USA. But there are a lot of good places to eat around the hotel. 더 보기

Beautiful, new, modern hotel. Centrally located and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great value for the price and superbly located. Close to the main attractions - Union Square, restaurants, shops, and you can hop into the trolley to Fisherman's Wharf. I also liked the lobby bar and the restaurant food, along with service. A couple of minor issues: (a) the bathroom is extremely small - very similar to boutique hotels in […] NY; (b) they charge for the internet in the room as well as the lobby. Loved it !, great service , got upgraded to a junior suite, would be my 1st choice always when visiting San Francisco

Clean, comfortable, lovely decor and great service. Outstanding location in the heart of Union Square yet away from the hustle and bustle. Only drawbacks are charges for internet access and some noise from the Powell St cable car.

The Hotel Marriott Union Square is located in a con-venient section, making shopping an easy walk to San Francisco stores. We definitely will come back to this hotel the next time we are in San Francisco.

Very nice hotel! The location was unbeatable, close to very good shopping, cable cars and restaurants. San Francisco is great, it has everything you need, so does the hotel. Very clean and great rooms, we stayed on the 21st floor, and had a beautiful view. The cable cars can take you around Union Square, and to Fisherman's Wharf, from where you can […] go to Alcatraz (book in advance!). Roomservice is available, and the people working there are friendly. The price for parking though ($48) it high, but it's the same way with other hotels. We pretty much only used the hotel to sleep, but it was very nice, I would definitely stay there again. 더 보기

A bit pricy for me. Lucky that we were allowed to check in early. Smoky smell in my room at first. Treated and cleared by the staff by the time we returned from lunch. Very helpful bellhop who arranged our shuttle to the airport. A very comfortable stay. Will stay again if the price is right.

I loved the hotel. In town for a marathon and I was 1 block from the start line! In addition, the room was clean and comfortable. What I'm most happy with, though, is how hotels.com made sure I got what I reserved. Great customer service!

Hotel Staff was great and went out of their way to accomodate our needs and requests. And, always with a nice greeting.

Nice remodel. Someone on our floor was smoking that you could smell out in the hall, but the room did not let the smell of smoke in. Front desk was doing their job, but if you let your spouse check in make sure they have your reservation number if they are not on the reservation. Perfect location. Right in the middle of everything.

Very nice hotel. The room and bathroom were on the small side. Room and was clean and efficient. The room did not have a safe for storing valuables and I find that unacceptable in today's environment. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great choice! Got exactly what I was hoping for. Very friendly staff, clean rooms (booked another room for a friend), renovated, hotel close to everything. Wonderful location! Great hotel in a great area - close to public transportation, great shopping and lots of attractions. The room was clean and bed very comfortable; the staff downstairs helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here with our three kids (16,14 & 10) while attending a wedding. Great location, easy walking to stores, restaurants, Chinatown, theaters, etc.. We loved our stay here. Comfy bed, very friendly staff, great location, easy to get to everything we wanted to do. Extraordinarily clean, spacious. Perfect spot for a weekend away.

Been to sf a million times so i appreciate a new, well kept hotel compared to the older overpriced (need I say stuffy?) hotels that this neighborhood has to offer. If the rates are fair stay here. Hotel is only 2 yrs old and everything is nearby. Great valet service. Ps not romantic. More of a tourist or business trip. The hotel is newly built with modern design, in the middle of downtown SF. Very comfortable rooms, with nice view of the bay. Nice gym and very helpful front desk. Highly recommended

We stayed for 1 night at the Marriott Union Square in Mid April while on a short business trip to SF. The location is perfect for sightseeing and travelling around SF city. Most of downtown is within walking distance from the hotel. Union square is literally one block away as is the cable car stop for a sight seeing trip to embarcadero / piers. The dining options in the hotel looked average (we did not eat there) and the restaurant did not look busy. Why would anyone eat there instead of the gazillion options available right outside. The location of the hotel is fantastic - only one block from Union Square. The trolley runs next to hotel to Fisherman's Wharf and back. Can't beat that, really. Room was comfortable and clean. We had partial view of bay. It was nice. At check-in, I asked for a corner room (would have paid additional rate, if necessary). Was told we had a corner room. […] We had an end room (one window not two sided). Minor complaint, really. Bathroom was small. Really only room for one person at a time. Excellent choice, we were very impressed. Staff were helpful and prompt, hotel in excellent clean condition. Lobby bar great food and service. We had a 1 year old with us and couldn't fault the assistance given to us. Location in SF is perfect - certainly recommend to stay again.

This is a relatively new hotel, about a block or so from Union Square. Convenient to retail and some restaurants, but a cab needed to get to the really good ones. Standard room features and amenities for a hotel in this category. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This Marriott is a hidden gem off of Union Square. I stayed here when it was being remodeled & was called Hotel 480. The staff are very friendly & the room was very clean & comfortable. It's walking distance to everything you need at Union Square. I highly recommend staying here & will do so again.

A many years, frequent user of Union Sq hotels. Being directly across the street from a good diner & major Rx store was so convenient. One block from a public garage. Room size is typical size-price for the location. Bathroom is smaller than usual but adequate, with a great bed, if you need it simply for bath & sleep.
